To make matters worse, she turned to other customers in the store and asked them to comment on whether the dress was too tight. Involving strangers to publicly judge the bride's dress was rude and completely unprofessional. There were two more clients in the store while we were there, and she told both she could not fix the items they brought in. She was very dismissive to all of us. All customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect. When it comes to a bride bringing in her wedding dress, that expectation should be even higher.
