When I tried to call it was said "a supervisor removed you and they are not here right now" So if you you disagree with their practices and challenge the items that never took place, you are ghosted. You might ask.... was I rude? No, we never even had a conversation over the phone. Did you do something to them? Yes I challenged charges for items that never took place in the appointment. I never even received a Dr's report from that appointment. I'm guessing because the Dr didn't want to put in writing what never took place. Do yourself a favor and avoid this scam of a place at all costs!

The Mayo Clinic Emergency Department treated me for influenza A recently. As always it was a…read morepositive experience surrounded by caring cheerful staff. The new ED runs so smoothly with all departments close by. X-rays and blood tests results are back quickly and a board in your private room indicates when they have all been completed and the Dr and nurses names along with test progress is updated quickly. I have had many experiences of other departments there, from neurology , to foot surgery consultations and I am presently experiencing appointments in the PT department. Every where I go I am greeted and cared for with loving care and expertise. There are no rushed appointments and in my experience they run on time. What a great experience every time I have an appointment. Phone staff are so on the ball calling to make appointments and are mindful and helpful of time constraints one may have. Liz.

The hospital experience was great and all the nurses were great. I didn't meet the surgeons but the anesthesia team was great. The only bad thing that I took a star off for was the food was soooooo bad. I mean like nearly inedible. When you're trying to recover and eat it's hard to when you can barely shove down the food. I'm not even very picky but I can't overstate how bad it is so order oatmeal and fruit and stuff that isn't going to be nasty. The aftercare was also great and they set all my appointments for me and it was so easy to stay on track. No complaints and every provider I saw was great.

A word of sorely needed advice: less time hawking reviews online and getting bent out of shape for the poor job you did, more time acting ethically to the patients who pay far more than the 30 second visits are worth.

From the beginning, I repeatedly requested to see the physician, Dr. Perez, for my primary care concerns. Despite multiple requests over several years, I was consistently scheduled with the Jen the PA instead UNLESS I wanted to invest in aesthetics treatments. Yah it's Scottsdale, but I'm here for my health, not my appearance. While I understand the role of physician assistants, I specifically wanted physician involvement in my care and was never able to obtain it. (I still don't have answers from last summer's outstanding health issue because they truly don't care about their patients health). I also experienced ongoing communication and billing issues with the extremely rude front staff. On more than one occasion, I was told coding corrections would be submitted to insurance and that I would receive updated itemized invoices. The invoices never arrived. When I called for updates, my voicemails frequently went unanswered. I later learned that at least one bill had been sent to an incorrect address. My final experience was the most concerning. I had recently recovered from Influenza B and was suffering from what was later believed to be Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease. I was in significant pain and visibly ill during my visit. As I was leaving, I was aggressively confronted about an outstanding $100 bill that I had previously called about and requested information on. When I attempted to explain that I had already been trying to resolve the billing issue, I was repeatedly interrupted, dismissed, and treated with hostility rather than professionalism and empathy. The girl rolled her eyes at me, shook her snubby pony tail at me looked like she wanted to hit me. I told her to just email me the itemized invoice and I'll pay it when I get home. That invoice also had an incorrect address on it. Go figure. The competence here is real high as you can see After sending a message through the patient portal about my experience to Jen, I finally received the first and only message from Dr. Perez himself. Unfortunately, instead of addressing the communication and billing concerns I raised, I was told that I seemed to "have a problem paying my bills" and was informed that I should seek care elsewhere. This was particularly surprising given that I have always paid my balances and had repeatedly attempted to obtain clarification before paying invoices that I had not received. It's not about the $100 invoice. I make way more than that by posting a 20 second tik tok, and I spend way more than that in 5 minutes on a round of drinks for friends. It's not the price, it's the principle. Healthcare is about more than diagnoses and referrals. It is also about communication, respect, and patient advocacy. In my experience, those areas were severely lacking here. I have since transferred my care to another physician and have received a level of attentiveness, kindness, and professionalism that confirms my concerns about my experience at this practice. Based on my experience, I will absolutely not recommend this office. For the record, Jen is nice and caring.. she doesn't belong there.

She is patient, open minded, talented, intuitive, and caring. I used to hate doctors until I started seeing her. She has seen me through the ups and downs of the last 8 years of my medical history. I actually look forward to visits with her (even when I'm feeling like total crap!) just because she is SUCH a pleasure to be around. I am only knocking off one star because of other staff members. I have had to see other doctors at the practice when she was booked and I did not like their bedside manner and one time I was even misdiagnosed. Most of the time the office staff is great, but I have had a few experiences where they were rude or impatient. In particular, I went to an after hours appointment recently and thought the only young woman working behind the front counter crossed the line from rude to a little nasty. Instead of Ms. Cline having a conversation with me to help me better understand, she stated that she couldn't talk to me until or unless I signed her malpractice documents. FISHY! I've NEVER encountered a healthcare professional like this in my life. I guess the entire lobby filled with supplements and the printed sign by check in stating "due to so many cancellations, you will now be charged for missed appointments". Good luck with charging me.
