Solid spot for a cheap breakfast sandwich at the MSP airport terminal 1. Located in the main area off of the south security check point, it's seat yourself and there are quite a few tables. There are three different breakfast sandwiches available for $8.49 each, which is a steal for airport prices! These are available from 6:00 - 10:30am. The sandwiches are all pretty similar besides the meat and cheese options being different. The bread is actually small disks of pizza dough, cooked in the stone fire oven. I had The Napoli, which is a sausage breakfast sammie with cheddar. Tasted fresh but it definitely could use a sauce like some aioli as the sammie was a bit dry. Great meal at the Minneapolis airport which was a pleasant surprise. Traveling with friend and we picked this place because the menu looked good. We ended up splitting margarita pizza and pear salad. The pizza had just the right amount of char and the salad ingredients were fresh. I stopped at Settebello while passing through MSP Airport and was pleasantly surprised at how quick the service was. They claim the pizza is ready in under 90 seconds and sure enough my order went straight into the oven and was boxed up within that time. Perfect for being on the go. I grabbed a pizza to go with fresh basil, mozzarella, handmade crust, and pepperoni. The flavors were solid with fresh ingredients and a nice balance. Definitely better than your typical airport food. The downside is the price. A pizza and a large water ran me about $28 which felt steep but I guess that is to be expected in an airport setting. Overall quick fresh and tasty. I would definitely eat here again when flying through MSP. read more

This might seem a little low, but for airport food/restaurants a 3-star is actually not all that bad. This is a sort of no-frills, brick oven pizza place that gets you in and out quick! The pizzas are 10" and definitely enough for one person, maybe even closer to 1.5. Since this was a morning visit, we had to try one breakfast version (La Spacca) which was a unique breakfast pizza in its own right but all in all enjoyable. The standard choice we made wasn't quick as good, in my opinion, but neither were bad in any sense... just not a pizza you're going to be thinking about the next time you're craving pizza! Then again, the whole airport thing I mentioned above. See, sometimes I do make sense! Our bartender/server was attentive and friendly. Prices weren't too astronomical all things considered. Surprisingly good pizza! Served super quick. VERY thin (I'm ok with that) so I was able to eat the e tire thing. First slice was soggy because it just came out of the oven. After a few minutes the others gelled and were easier to eat but also got cold quickly and they're not allowed to reheat for you. Personal pizza and a coke was $25 plus tip = $31 but it's an airport. I visited while waiting for my flight home. I sat at the low bar facing out into the main aisle in the airport. I wouldn't sit there again. Too many people walking by and trying to look at my food. I ordered the 4 cheese pizza and added pepperoni and sausage. The thing I love about wood fire pizza is how quickly they cook. My pizza was out in less than 10 minutes of me placing my order. It was flavorful and I loved every bite. I wanted a Sid salad but the waitress informed me that the closest thing wasn't a side salad specifically but, didn't contain any protein or extras. I was not prepared for a bowl of lettuce and cheese with dressing. Lol The 5 star rating is based on the pizza alone and I will order again when I'm in the airport. read more

Alright for the airport but note this is based off only one pizza review. I took the Bianca to-go and it came out pretty promptly in under 10mins. The 10inch size was a good portion for myself. The pizza dough was good in my opinion. Good chewy texture. The rest of it was more average though and reminded me of eating a dry salad on top of a pizza dough. It could've used more of like a dressing or something cause it started getting a little dry the more I ate this. I also wished there was more prosciutto to this. I typically have low expectations for airport food, but Settebello was a wonderful choice in the Minneapolis airport. It truly surpassed my expectations! I was seated right away, and my pizza was brought out within 10 minutes. Incredible if you have limited time. They had a nice seating area as well as a to-go counter that you could order at right away. I enjoyed the taste of the pizza, but the Diavola was too spicy for my personal palette. Settlebello is located in Minneapolis-St. Paul International airport and provides a tasty, quick bite while you are waiting for your flight. We ordered the margherita pizza which was pretty solid. They offer Neapolitan style pizzas similar to Punch Pizza if you're familiar with the local Twin Cities local chain. The crust is crispy, the prices are decent for an airport, and the cheese and sauce taste fresh. The sauce could have been a bit more flavorful, and the pizza was pretty greasy which is why I knocked it down a star. Good eat for the airplane though. read more

I was at MSP airport with a significant layover before my last flight of the evening back to Fort Wayne. I wanted to grab something to eat as I was very famished, but did not want to spend too long waiting for food as I had some work to catch up on. I always cringe when I think of airport food due to the fact the quality is usually lacking. I decided to try Settlebello as I liked the atmosphere when I saw it and the service seemed to be quick. I was quickly sat down. It is interesting in how the restaurant is built as its almost trying to recreate an outdoor cafe. I perused the menu and decided to have a pepperoni pizza and and a coke. I was hoping I would eat some good Neapolitan pizza, and I ended up surprised to eat absolutely amazing Neapolitan pizza. The pizza came in an pan, it was piping hot. The cheese was gooey and omg i melted when I ate my first bite. I ate the entire pizza, and honestly I was almost tempted to try to order another. This was hands down the best airport food experience I have ever had. This place would be amazing no matter the location of its restaurant. The service was quick and efficient. Comfy chairs, areas to charge your phone, and some TVs to watch the game to pass the time. We had to make a very quick decision bc my type one diabetic daughter's bg was declining quickly and they advertised pizzas in 90 seconds (at least for cooking). We had two 10" for three people and it was plenty. Crust was thin and a bit chewy which I like. Toppings were average re quality and quantity but not skimpy by any means. We had pepperoni and salccica. Service extremely quick. Just as we needed in this situation. Not cheap but it's an airport. I'm not fussing for 40$ with tax for two pizzas that taste good in an airport. I did not like an extra four percent service charge that isn't a tip added however. read more

First off disclosure, I'm giving this a four based on the fact it's rating compared to other food options in the airport, my actual rating would be a 3/3.5. Location is pretty well central and offers sit down or take away. I sat and ordered a sausage pizza. I was surprised at the options on the menu because I couldn't find something that fit exactly what I would want. Because of the limited options I just went safe with sausage. Been waiting for this to open! I travel to Minneapolis a few times a year and Settebello is my favorite pizzeria at home in California. Could not have been happier with their airport pizza. Pizzas are a little smaller than at their restaurants but the texture and taste are very very close.
