I love their other locations so had to give this one a try for brunch. We went before a hockey game and got a few different things. All the food was good, however, a little pricy for what you get. I do think I like their non brunch food better since their pizzas are always good.

grand opening of Wrecktangles newest location in St. Paul I had been looking forward to trying wrecktangle for so long and it was well worth the wait! It doesn't hurt that their marketing/branding was absolutely beautiful. They had a dj playing all the good songs and our server was so helpful and kind. I can't wait to take my family and friends here! foods I tried and loved were the dry rub chicken wings & the hot take pizza #foodie #foodiemn #foodiemsp #yelp #yelpelite #yelpmsp #wrecktangle #wrecktanglepizza #stpaulfoodie #stpaulpizza #placestotry #downtownstpaul #stpaulmn

This spot has an awesome bar and plenty of seating! We sat at the bar. The staff was so nice! There is a lot of paid street parking nearby. I definitely enjoyed the items I got. I tried something different , but they do have the Wrecktangle pizza available here though. When I visited I have was not drinking. I love they have a boozless part on the menu. Definitely try the 3leches drinks. It's like your drinking a cocktail but not! Absolutely get the pickle roll ups! Perfection! I got the ceasar salad w/ wings. You can add the wings to the salad for $6 and it's worth it. The salad hit the spot and the wings are a dry rub. They were soooo good! I have so much I want to try here so I will for sure be back.

I went with some friends to Wrestaurant at the Palace. I'm giving it four stars because the staff were uncommonly friendly, helpful, and mindful of the needs of theater patrons. They also had gender neutral bathrooms. Although we found the food a bit puzzling, Wrestaurant's twists on conventional Italian-inspired pub food warrant another visit. I was pleasantly surprised by the appealing nonalcoholic beverage selection, and the Earl Giles ginger beer helped our bread-heavy dinner feel lighter. We ordered the Caesar salad, margherita pizza, and the ice cream sandwich. I was a bit disappointed with the Caesar salad. The shredded romaine was chopped fine and mixed with finely grated Romano and crispy breadcrumbs. I guess that's what you'd get if you pulsed a Caesar salad in the blender. The breadcrumbs added a neat crunch, but overall it was somewhat bland as if they had added Napa cabbage stems. The moisture level was just right, so they might consider punching up the flavor in the dressing. (We did eat the whole thing, however--it complemented the meal well.) The margherita pizza was like a thick cheese toast topped with dollops of tomato pate, creamy pesto, and a basil leaf. It was interesting, but with the sauces on top of the cheese the effect was overall dry. It also tasted saltier than average. Most interesting of all was the ice cream sandwich. My friends and I marveled at the fact that this was the first actual ice cream sandwich that we've ever eaten--that is, ice cream served between two pieces of bread. The focaccia was light with a pleasant hint of oil and salt; the vanilla ice cream was not too sweet and just a little bit heavy to give the sense of a premium brand. But we spent a good five minutes or so discussing what was missing. We wanted something to bridge the savory and the sweet. Maybe some strawberry slices, like what we've seen in fruit sandwiches. Or maybe a sea salt rosemary ice cream with balsamic vinegar. Overall, we had a good evening at Wrestaurant. It was fairly noisy, but we were able to have a conversation. The ceiling was high and gave the sense of good air circulation. The windows let in plenty of light. And the prices were reasonable for those who want to treat themselves. The staff were great and set the tone for a fun night.

Tried this restaurant for the first time last night. If you're confused...This is the home of the new St. Paul Wrecktangle Pizza location. The menu is slightly different than the other Wrecktangle Pizza locations but as a first-time customer looking to try the pizza, that didn't affect us. The bar area is quite big and was surprisingly quiet on a Saturday evening. The bartender said the previous night (after the show at The Palace) the restaurant was packed with a wait time to get in. We had a delicious local Italian lager on tap (can't remember the name) and a can of Montucky Pilsner while sitting at the bar. Both were delicious. On the bartender's recommendation we ordered The Shredder pizza and oh, my! I don't know if I've ever had Detroit style pizza, and I was in for a wonderful surprise. The crispy pepperoni, the crispy cheesy crust, and the delightful sauce all made for one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time. I'm not a fan of jalapeños, but the honey used in combination with the jalapeños was perfectly delightful and not too spicy. Highly recommend!

Pizza roll rawl raul huh? Basically a half empty small egg roll with some pizza sauce in it. Not impressed.

Meh. Underwhelming. Thick doughy bland pizza "all bread (crust)". An amazing loaf of bread from elsewhere for $6 would of been 100x better. See my five photos for more details.

Went for Brunch and it definitely did not disappoint! We shared the breakfast pizza, which is a Detroit style pizza and was absolutely amazing! Drinks were also delicious and the bartender was very attentive and friendly. Strongly recommend!

Food came out in more than a timely manner, as we let the server know we had a time constraint. Fantastic service and food quality. Out of town, but if I'm ever back in St. Paul again I Weill absolutely be coming back here! Great selection of local beers as well ! Clean environment and great music at a good volume. Eric my server was FANTASTIC.

Great new place with really good food and atmosphere. The pizza is awesome and they even have a window outside where you can get a slice.

Such a great addition to downtown Saint Paul finally a good sit down lunch spot. So cute and so tasty! My pizza was amazing and my friends sandwich looked great.

Try this new restaurant that just opened up. Our server was Jake and he did great. Hey that rhymes! it's casual upscale food that's not too expensive in a fun new location by the Palace theater.

Everything about Maison Darras encapsulates what kind of qualities it takes to be my favorite restaurant. Dare I say it's my favorite restaurant? Probably. The food here is always on point. I've tried almost every Panini now and am just filled with an inexplicable joy. Personal faves include the Goat Cheese, Buffalo Chicken, Rachel, Creamy, and Roast Beef. I'm probably forgetting some too! Also, they're only 6 bucks, so I never feel THAT guilty when I'm too lazy to fill my lunch bag up in the morning. The service is beyond consistent. I've never seen a member of the staff have a bad day or if they have had one--they hid it damn well. I've received many mouthwatering recommendations for lunch options from the esteemed staff. The meticulous customer service skills exhibited here is unlike anything else that you would experience at fast-casualish type of restaurant. Plus, if you've had an off day, they have THE best brownies but even more divine is their creme brûlée. I always feel so sophisticated after eating that at my desk--honestly does it get much more sophisticated? I think not. A treat is an understatement. This is a luxurious lunch at a great price.

I am not from Minnesota, so I can not just agree or walk away after being wrongly charged and given minimal quantities. About 20% of what a normal sandwich place would give for a 10$ sandwich. The paninis were labeled 7.49$ and my bill was 11.87$ including 1$ tip. It's not by accident. I hate to be the squeaky wheel, but these things go noticed. The panini with a sliver of prosciutto was as thin as two slices of bread stacked. I will not return unfortunately.

This isn't explicitly stated anywhere though so I can see how it can get you turned around like the other reviews state. Staff at the counter was super friendly and very open to suggestions though so that's a plus. We brought my niece here for a "birthday brunch" on here 21st and overall had a great time. The inside of the shop isn't anything to write home about but it's cute and great for the atmosphere we were looking for. More of a chill vibe where you can hang out and talk, think cute coffee shop meets diner type vibe. The food was good, not amazing, but still pretty decent. A little bit speedy for what you get. in my opinion but overall pretty good. I got the biscuits and gravey which maybe had a little too much greens added on top. It messed with the texture of the rest of the dish but the flavor was there and overall I enjoyed it. All in all a solid breakfast spot. A little bit spendy, but feels pretty in line with a more traditional sit down restaurant pricing these days.
