THIS PIZZA, you guys! I was blown away the first time I tried Umbria pizza in Bloomington. I grabbed the mac & cheese (and added bacon) and their deluxe pizza. My favorite of the two was the mac & cheese, which says A LOT because usually mac & cheese pizza is pretty flavorless on pizza, in my opinion. The pizza was so cheesy and full of flavor. And let's not forget about that crust! It's thick, chewy and slightly crispy. Absolute perfection!

If I could leave a ZERO, I would! Worst pizza ever!! This was a treasure we found when I was diagnosed with celiac a few years ago and would splurge to have good gluten free pizza. However, the quality has continually plummeted and this last visit was the bottom of the barrel. They have changed their gf crust and while the crust was subpar, it was the lack of toppings that made the pizza terrible. Hardly any sauce and barely a sprinkle of cheese with requested toppings. Each pie was around $20 and we ordered two. So for $40, this was a scam!! We had to add our own marinara and cheese at home to make it edible. Never again, Umbria. Cheap out on quality, lose out on customers.

Sicilian Classic pizza

Above average in terms of most pizza options in the area, but when comparing to other more popular locations further north I'd probably dock it a star. For what it's worth, I thoroughly enjoyed our dinner here though. We ordered the Italian wings (so good!) with ranch and a large Sicilian Classic pizza and the guy taking our order was super friendly & accommodating as he also brought us our food. You pay beforehand up front and aren't actually waited upon, but at least they bring it out to you and whatever you want to go with it. While not necessarily homemade/scratch/handtossed, it's a very good, crispy, pan-style crust. The sauce is a consistency I prefer, where it's not overwhelming and there is more focus on the actual toppings and cheese. The sweet italian sausage is the best!

The pizza is pretty good here. I've had better, but don't get me wrong this is still good! It reminds me of a better version of Old Chicago and just as good as Davanni's. Affordable for any family. Convenient location right in Bloomington and the service is great. You walk up and order, but they bring it out to you once it's ready. It's freshly made and piping hot. Large menu with many different selections to choose from like gyro, Thai chicken, Mac n cheese pizza, salads, and calzones. We ordered the Sicilian classic and Italian wings which both were great. I loved the Italian wings with ranch! The inside of the restaurant is cute with quite a bit of seating options, and they also have outdoor seating. They do deliver and offer a buffet during the weekdays and pizza by the slice.

A gyro! Do you see it? No. I don't either. Cold and no meat. Gyro Sandwich

So gross. The person answering the phone was also the driver and identified himself as the store manager. I asked for a return call from the owner tomorrow. This is not ok to take $64 and not being edible food. Doesn't help to give a credit back as this was a crest from Sun Country. We are going to bed hungry after a very long day and another early flight tomorrow. The driver said he made this food then closed down the kitchen and then delivered to us. He then made his way home to Burnsville. When I called, he's giving excuses of how much time it will take to drive to Minneapolis to remake the food. He's giving an hour or more to wait on him. Telling me I'm not being reasonable to expect hot food. What about the gyro meet though? Who knows. Stay away from this place. Disgusting!

Coffee Tiramisu Slice

We have had consistently great pizza from here. The toppings are generous, the crust light and yummy, and their premium pizzas are creative and delicious. The staff is always nice and friendly, and food is ready fast. Tried the tiramisu tonight along with our pizza and it was amazing!

Supreme, Athens Pizza, Double Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza

Little dark inside could be brighter and friendlier thought maybe location was closing. Little on the most side for the crust.

Leftovers from our awesome spinach and broccoli and gyro meat and chicken breast medium pizzas. Soooooo good.

My wife and I had a $40 Voucher for some pizza that was about to expire. We entered the beautiful pizzeria, the decorations were Greek or Italian themed. A huge menu welcomes you and the guy behind the counter immediately offers you a selection of beverages. I chose a Russian Porter.Baltika #6. Probably the best porter I have had. I had the Extra Lager #9 with my pizza. We ordered 2 medium pizzas and an Athens salad. With two beers it was about 48 bucks. So kind of a pricey place. The salad came out first and could easily feed two people and the dressing was wonderful. Lots of olives and Feta and red onions. Just Perfect. I got a medium cheeseless pizza with gyro meat (Awesome option) and chicken breast. My wife got a medium cheeseless pizza with spinach and broccoli. We both loved them! Crispy crust, tangy, yet a little spicy sauce and the gyro meat was fantastic. The service was great too. Way too pricey to go without a Groupon, but I think the have a weekday buffet. Great Sunday lunch.

Good food but horribly slow service. Usually only 1 or 2 people working with a line out the door.

I had a wonderful experience at Ciao Bella. We wanted to try somewhere new after hearing great…read morethings, so we made a reservation for two. We arrived a little early and had the pleasure of sitting at the side bar with JP -- and he was absolutely fantastic. Warm, charming, and genuinely interested in what we enjoy drinking. I could have happily stayed at the bar all evening. Once our table was ready, we were served by Madison, who was equally amazing. She helped us choose dishes we'd love, and her recommendations were spot‑on. We were seated at a cozy little table by the window, which made the whole evening feel even more special. I highly recommend Ciao Bella for date night or really any night of the week. And even if you're just stopping in for a cocktail, go see JP -- he'll make your day.

First, I want to say that Charlie was awesome to have as our server - so adorably friendly and professional. We started with the popcorn shrimp and crab cakes. The truffle aioli on the crab cakes is divine! We moved to Caesar salads and then I had the sea bass special which had a lemon risotto and a short rib that melted in your mouth and came with roasted root veggies. Finally, although we were stuffed, we opted to have their crumble of the night which was a wild berry crumble that was tart and sweet and buttery crumble - yummy.

And he promised to give me the chicken carbonara recipe from a person you know that used to run a franchise ha ha. I highly recommend the pizza. First time customer at Pizza Supreme. I "really" wanted to like this place, due to proximity to my…read morehome, and the fact they offer "take-and-bake" pizzas. Love picking up pizza this way and simply cooking it on my schedule hours later. Ordered hand tossed 14 inch with traditional pizza sauce. Toppings were cheese and Italian sausage. Presentation was excellent. Couldn't wait to enjoy it later. First criticism would be the sausage, however. What cold be better than fresh Italian sausage on a pizza? This sausage (on the other hand) was pre-cooked, obviously provided by a food service company... very similar to what any consumer can purchase from grocery stores. Disappointing. Now the crust. I opted for "hand tossed" style crust. The crust "looked" freshly made, but after cooking it, suspect it too was not homemade dough at the restaurant, but rather, received, likely frozen from a vendor. Baked at 425ºF (per instructions) for around 15 mins. Crust edges were lightly browned, as was bottom crust. Top cheese had acquired some color as well, so it was done. The crust lofted when baked like "hand-tossed" crusts are supposed to, however, I did not smell the characteristic scent of "yeast" when baking. When sampling the pizza, could not detect any flavors of yeast in the crust, even when it had cooled a bit, further increasing suspicions this is not homemade dough on site. Crust tasted quite like some of the frozen varieties of "rising crust" pizzas do that you can find in your grocery freezer section. If it is homemade dough on site... I must apologize for being incorrect, but it certainly did not taste as such to this reviewer. Now the sauce. The traditional red sauce provided was only "okay" as well. Would describe it as very thick. Like it's 80% tomato paste, 20% sauce with very little spice. "Lacking" in flavor is what I would say. So: a crust not unlike frozen rising-crust, lackluster manufactured Italian sausage, and lackluster sauce. Nothing tasted "bad" but nothing stood-out as exceptional either. Goal here is not to upset the apple cart of this restaurant. There are plenty of 5 star reviews so they seem to have a solid fan base. Coming from a pizza lover who makes their own often from scratch, however... Pizza Supreme did not inspire. UPDATE: June 2, 2026. Just noticed the last two review after mine that glorify the place are interesting as they are the only review either reviewer has done on Yelp. Makes one wonder if they are even real. Just sayin'
