All are fantastic and lead by individuals who are passionate about what they do. My first class was Christ centered yoga led by Hollie. Hollie is amazing and has such a strong belief and so much love. Her class is amazing and not only are you doing yoga but you are also reinforcing your beliefs. I then did a yoga basics led by Ashliee who owns the studio. She is amazing and loves what she does. She leads a great class and has such wonderful energy. So far the yoga has been amazing and best part is my husband loved it and attends with me now too. Now onto the therapies. First I had the cupping massage. Look it up and if your don't know it is. You get a nice massage follow by the cups being placed on you that drawn out the toxins in the body and get your blood circulating to those areas. I found it to be relaxing and helped with some of my sciatica pain. My husband had the same treatment and liked it as well but didn't find it as relaxing as myself. Next I did the Shirodhara. It is an oil dripping treatment and a nice soothing treatment. It was such a relaxing and blissful experience. It's bit really a massage but a soothing treatment for yourself. I relaxing and just enjoyed being there and letting go of all my worries. If your looking for massage or yoga you can look no further and come in, just don't take my spot.

It's a treat every time I get to attend one of her classes. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is just because of the location, no reflection on Sue. When more than about 12 or 15 people are in the studio, it's just crazy crowded and cramped. There is one restroom and an area for cubbies to place your belongings and shoes. The cubbie area is very nice. The colors and paintings on the walls are nice. It's just overall a little low on personal space. From the time I first came to the studio in about 2007, when Sue did her first teacher training program, till now, the growth has been awesome! She's got a new logo, has a small staff helping her with scheduling and teaching classes, and is about to open a second location on West Avenue. Although this box holds a special place in my heart for making members feel comfortable, it has since become my safe haven since Amanda has become owner. I have lost a significant amount a fat, while retaining my muscle mass. I feel comfortable in my own body and have true self confidence for the first time in my life. I feel like the owner not only cares about the member's fitness, but also their mental health and emotional well being as well.
