GTX format with a new name! Basically, Someone yelling at you on a pilates machine with music. Still better than competition, but you are really paying for it and soon it will just like them. SPIN is the only real core cardio that all ages can do and they cancel it. Poor quality "healthy food" cheese wiz on stale chips. 5 day old broiled chicken on premade salad from days before. Food $$$ & no outside food or drink allowed. Shakes taste a 5 on a scale of 1-10. After taste that keeps you from finishing the whole shake. Each shake $11- $15 Staff is nice, but limited in helping you. Price is set. Memberships very complicated. There really is no "you can go to any gym if you work aboard." each gym has specific benefits. If it doesn't match up boom not allowed. For example: NY has 14 gyms that do not allow you to go. Period! Membership offers a "all gyms" with hike up in $$$. So you pay extra for nothing. Look on line and it shows you how few gyms are interchangeable. Hot tubs need updating. Water is low so it hits you below chest with only 3 jets in the entire tub aimed at your back. Just like a motel would have.

I won't re-hash the previous review, but I will say that I pleased with the response and attention given to my concern. All to which, just adds to the positive vibe I got prior to the one isolated experience. I got a call from one of the owners and she respectfully listened to me after letting me know that she takes the reviews very serious and is concerned about my safety and the safety of her patrons. That particular act made all the difference and I am going to continue my membership because I am convinced by our conversation, that she too is concerned about the safety of her clients and business. Owner, Lori Denton, is so sweet and instructs weekly at this studio (she owns/operates multiple yoga/pilates studios around the area). Her classes are fantastic for all levels, and will teach you so much about your practice and how to continue growing and pushing yourself further. It's a beautiful space with plenty of reformers and cubby space for personal belongings. I attend the reformer "power" and "sculpt" pilates classes, and I always leave feeling more aligned and like I got the best full body workout. I also highly recommend taking Melissa's classes. She is amazing! It's hard to find instructors who are truly there to watch your form closely and correct any positioning while offering modifications, and Melissa always makes sure to connect with every person in the class and she's also super encouraging which will inspire you to push beyond your boundaries.

When someone finally came to the door, I was met with an extremely rude response and told I was not allowed to join the class and should instead "reserve" (and pay for) the 6:00 PM class. This was especially frustrating considering it took me over 35 minutes to get there, and the delay was caused by their own failure to provide basic directions or answer the phone. Poor communication, locked doors, and dismissive staff made this a complete waste of time (1.5+ hours of driving and swearing). I would not recommend this studio to anyone.

I filled out all the required paperwork to end my membership in February and had it signed by the manager, knowing my membership would end at the end of March. Low and behold, they are calling in April asking to update my card on file to charge me for my membership. I cancelled the card knowing they would do this, trying to save myself some hassle. I rarely, rarely allow monthly charges to my card but thought OTF would be honorable. Hah! My daughter was also charged by her OTF in Huntsville after discontinuing her membership. She said it was remedied with a phone call. I am so disappointed.

During each session, even though it was a class with several women, they never faltered in making sure each woman had each exercise tailored to what they could do and felt comfortable doing. I love how empowering the women are here. I never felt out of place or uncomfortable. I'm not in the best shape, but I never felt judged or anything like that. The trainers make a point to welcome you to every class and always stay behind to answer any questions or just to chitchat. I go roughly twice a week and love seeing familiar faces. I use ClassPass so booking a class is always super easy. The environment is clean. They offer water bottles if you forget to bring your own. They provide mats, weights, and whatever else you may need for the class. I would recommend this studio for sure.

This studio is very clean, it has shower and they provide hair bands, toiletries and towels. Owner sometimes bring some healthy treats to the studio and share with students. Everyone's friendly and welcoming, instructors try to remember students name and talk to each person as they come into the classes. Barre3 focus more on cardio and balance, the class will make you sweat and stronger the more you go. I was surprised how it changed my body shape and toned my muscles in 30 days, with 5 classes a week. Sumo squats transform my big flat butt to a firmer and rounder smaller butt. :D If you never try barre before, try out Barre3 and see how it can change your body in 30 days.
