Sevan came out to my condo, installed a new air conditioning split unit and 2 large tv's. I was un expectedly surprised by his impressive workmanship, his attention to detail, and his creativity. He came up with solutions that I had no idea of how to solve. He went way beyond the call, even helping me take the 75" tv boxes down 3 flights of stairs to the dumpster. I will be referring him to everyone I like. I have attached a few pictures of the work (notice how he made the wires blend with the buildings exterior). His prices are very reasonable. I had a great experience with Sevan installing my Tesla home charger. I found him through the Nextdoor app and asked him for a quote. He came to my home on a Sunday and offered me a deal I couldn't refuse. He was professional and did his best to maintain the integrity of the wall in my home. After taking a look at it myself, it had appeared that one of the breakers had gone out. After making a couple of calls, many of the electricians weren't immediately available. Emanuel got back to me right away and was able to come out quickly and quoted a reasonable price for the repair. After he came out and removed the main panel cover, it was discovered that unfortunately the entire panel needed to be replaced. Since we were in the midst of a heatwave, I decided to have Emanuel just move forward with the job without bidding it out. If he wasn't gouging on the original breaker repair, I was confident he was charging me a competitive price on the panel replacement. Emanuel worked tirelessly for 3 days and corrected my Tesla charging station as well which apparently wasn't installed to code previously. It was also discovered that one of my electrical receptacles wasn't working-- likely an undiscovered, unrelated issue. Knowing that I initially called for what I thought was a small repair that ended up being something major, he replaced the receptacle for me in goodwill. Emanuel's a good dude and delivers what he promises. The panel came with a 5 year parts and labor warranty. Highly recommended.

The technician who came by was pleasant, but when he heard we wanted a complete rewire, he did not even inspect the property or the amp panel. He just ballparked us a random number that made absolutely no sense. It was when I asked him to do an inspection to review the scope of work that he half heartedly opened a few outlets and said "ok, we're just going to replace them." In the end he gave me a quote verbally and never even sent me an actual quote that was promised. I would be extremely careful working with this company or choosing them for any high level electric work. If you review them on BBB or the California licensing board, you'll see that the owner is C-10 licensed but his workers are contractors who are working under his license. In comparing them to other electric companies in SGV in which the workers are licensed, this company uses just random contractors so the quality of your work varies.
