This would result in poor spinning cycles and that would result in getting stuck in this repeated cycle with water, washing, draining, and spinning. He did an assessment with the issue to ensure it was the appropriate place to resolve. He confirmed that the suspension rods needed to be replaced. I purchased them ahead of time knowing it was a common problem with the unit. He was able to quickly swap them out, calibrate, and I was able to do my test run.
