Hidden Gem!!! Literally…read more So, your GPS/Waze will get you there but your eyes and brain will be lost. This is because it is literally inside the HighGrain Brentwood BrewPub. Once you've found HighGrain, park in the parking lot and go inside. You walk in and La Terza is immediately on your left. When you walk in, you can go up to the counter and check out the menu. Just hit the little doorbell on the counter if nobody is there when you arrive. They'll show up quickly. You'll also likely notice the coffee's that they currently have "on tap", if you will. They put the bags out front so you know what you're ordering. You can choose from one of their straight up cups of coffee to espresso or latte's, iced or hot. During this visit I selected a small black coffee and an iced vanilla latte. The black coffee was a Costa Rica bean that was bold and robust with flavor. I really enjoyed this. The vanilla latte was not sweet at all. So, if you're looking for something a little sweeter, I'd ask for it to be sweetened or possibly go with the caramel latte, as that was a little sweeter. They do roast their beans on-site. I was going to take a walk over there but the door was closed once I got my coffee order. I did buy a bag of their whole Peru sourced beans that I'm very much looking forward to grinding up and French pressing to perfection. Combined with HighGrain, there is a lot of space to sit and enjoy your coffee. They have a small bakery cabinet to check out and order from as well. I can only assume that the coffee shop and brewery work together, so you may be able to order food from HighGrain and have your coffee too. Would I go back? 100%. I'm looking forward to trying the beans that I purchased. If they're as good as the coffee that I had in-store, La Terza will be on my list of local places to get my beans from.

Big boy when you open the door you're greeted by a waft of great smelling brunch food like maple syrup and pancakes. There's no one to greet you, no signage to seat yourself or wait to be seated but if you want to get out of line (don't!) to ask the barista who, even clearly busy, was accommodating to let you know to just get in line and order! There's plenty of seating though! Now on to the food; I got ham and cheese croissant (to go), Yaki omelet sando. I asked if it is good and the cashier said it's the most popular menu item! The omelet sando is delicious: crunchy, salty savory, just perfect with the perfectly toasted sesame sprinkled white toast sandwich! Traveling east from Indianapolis to Akron, Ohio, I called Boston Stoker and asked if I could get a tour and the person on the line went out of her way to make some calls to make a visit possible for me. The employee who showed me around the roastery took a personal interest in getting to know me and my love for coffee and tailored the tour to my interests and level of knowledge. He didn't seemed rushed and was genuinely interested in sharing with me about Boston Stoker, like their history and what they have been doing in the specialty coffee world. To top off the visit with a wonderful display of souther hospitality he brewed me a pour over of a favorite coffee the team was drinking at the time and sent me off with a bunch of sweet stickers. They were the only coffee vendor at the event, so I was fully prepared to pay their outrageous prices, but their "service"--if you can even call it that--was completely unacceptable. I stood at their trailer for over 30 minutes while eating my food, and not a single employee bothered to come over and take my order. It looked like a ghost town. In frustration, I actually called the phone number printed right on the side of their trailer. Someone answered, but instead of being helpful, they were incredibly rude, snapped "What do you want?", when I answered they immediately hung up. When I tried calling back, they just ignored the phone entirely. It takes a special level of terrible service to completely abandon your post at a major festival and then treat paying customers like a nuisance when they try to reach you. After the way I was treated, I wouldn't drink their coffee if it was free. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.
