Lanes are modern and clean. Services and prices are suspect. Its 50 dollars for two hours when not on special. The bar charged a 20% gratuity with absolutely no table service. The bartender served us beer, twice. Thats it. We were told the added 20% gratuity was because we had a party of 6 or more. We had two lanes with four people per lane. Each couple opened their own tab. When questioning the bartender about the forced gouging, he just smiled and said "it is required by management" . Any song requests are $2. My friend and I walked into this establishment, went straight to the bar to the right. We were trying to figure out if the lounge was open. It wasn't opened. So we went to the bowling side. Asked what time they closed, at that time it was about 11pm. Staff told us 1am, she also mentioned we could order food at the bar (right side). He then goes on and saids he the owner and if I was bowling, in his tone it all made sense so said no I was before but now where gonna go. He then goes on and tells me to leave that this was not a public restrooms. Smh. Now, remember its 11pm at night on a Friday. Next door it's a gas station and 7 Eleven. Why would I pass & U turn pass these stores, talked to staff just to come use their bathroom? Absolute judgement and discrimination. We had the most wonderful experience filming a documentary at Seven Ten. Ash and Morris the owners were so incredibly nice and could not have been more accommodating. A true family atmosphere and it's clear they care very much about their customers having a great time. The location is clean and nice with cool lighting, great bar, yummy food and a super fun arcade. We decided to check this place out despite the bad reviews. We didn't make a reservation online, so we were expecting to have a bit of a wait for a lane. We were okay with this because they have an arcade. We waited in line to get a buzzer for the lane waiting list and then headed to the arcade. However, about 95% of the machines were out of order, including the machine to buy your game play card. So, we had to wait in line again at the front desk to buy a card to play the few games that were working. There is a brand new Minecraft dungeons game that looks like it would work, but after my kids put $9 worth of card swipes on it, we realized that it wasn't working either (no sign to tell us that though). There also seems to be a lack of prizes at the prize area and no staff manning that station. If you did manage to rack up points, I imagine you'd have to go all the way to the front desk and wait in line again. There seem to have been several open lanes, unless they weren't working due to mechanical issues, but they never did call us for our lane. After more than an hour and a pitcher of beer later, we'd decided we had had enough and left. The facility itself is newer and looks really nice, but there seems to be a lack of staff, care, and/or money to fix the arcade machines. The owners really seem to be dropping the ball here. They could also use a second person manning the front desk to keep the lines shorter. The ladies bathroom was disgusting - toilet paper all over the floors and it wreaked of urine. What a fun place to bowl, have some food and fun with friends! Came to town for a visit with 3 friends and decided to pay this place a visit. It turned out to be a great place to bowl! The food was really good too. We had nachos, onion rings and burgers - which hit the spot. It's also a good place for kids so I will bring mine next time I visit. The perfect bar to drive from because it takes so long to get a drink it's physically impossible to become inebriated. Waited 20 minutes for a bottle of beer not once but twice. The second one was SIX MONTHS EXPIRED! I quickly googled if expired beer was dangerous, realizing it basically just gets flat. This one was flat and weighing the wait I would have to endure to get it exchanged I just let sit partly drank and counted it as wasted money. The bartender left several times to another part of the building to put a mixer in a glass as the soda gun was broken (they had a line of pitchers of various sodas in the well getting warm and flat but I guess someone needed something special.) If not for the band, the entire reason I came to this joke of a bar, I would have left ten minutes in. The bar foot rail was missing but the hardware for it hung limply where one once was. Owner tried to charge us an outside cake fee for cookies gifted to my son. When I asked for the policy to understand he immediately became aggressive and argumentative but wouldn't provide the policy. Charged me $35 and we found the fee online listed as $25. Sent his employee over to our group an hour after we had checked in and paid the fee of $35 to have her show us their online policy that had been changed to $35 over the course of the hour. I asked the owner why he asked his employee to approach my family to show us the changed policy and he immediately became argumentative again, misgendered my wife and refused to refer to her as "she" even after being corrected, and talked in circles. I asked for the plates that were part of the service charge for the cookies and he referenced the policy. He refused to give us the plates and eventually the staff stepped in and cut him off to ask how many plates we needed. Overall aggressive energy that felt antagonizing coming from the owner the entire time we were there. On several occasions I looked up to see him staring intently at us. Strange encounter & wildly unprofessional practices to make up pricing on the spot for services you then refuse to provide. read more

2-Stars only because staff was very friendly and helpful. Bowling: the lane needed bumpers. Asked about why they wouldn't come up and was told they didn't work on my lane. She said some go up and don't go back down and visa versa. My lane was one that went down and wouldn't go back up again. Ok, why not have that fixed? Couldn't switch because the games had already started so that would've been impractical. Had a group of 6 kids so after they were finished bowling, they had about 30 minutes left before their parents came to pick them up. Decided to play in the arcade. Arcade cards cost $1 to activate in addition to the money spent on the games you were already paying for. The arcade card machine was broken so has to go to front counter. Here is the kicker: out of 25 games, 14 were out of order. Of the 11 that worked here is what we experienced... One took my money 3 times and you couldn't press some of the buttons, one you could play but it didn't keep score, one was lit up like it was working but the handle to start it wouldn't work & the wheel didn't light up. Fast &Furious I counted as one that worked but out of the group of 4, only one worked. Food was mediocre at best but, again, service and staff were great. To the owners: if you want to attract clientele you need to spend some money on upkeep. As for our group, we won't return anytime soon. Just our group alone spent almost $200 in the time we were there which would've been fine if the experience wasn't such off-putting. read more

They moved us to another lane and things were okay after that. It's to dark here to bow. If you're looking to just bowl or if you're some kind of serious bowler I'd try somewhere else. Pricey but a really nice place with a helpful and friendly staff! A friend of mine coordinated to have 15 or so of us meet here on a Saturday morning for a fun group hangout. I don't know the final cost, but I paid my friend $18 for two games and the shoe rental. I can say Saturday morning is a great time for a big group and especially if you want to feel like you have the place to yourself! One of the women working asked what kind of music we liked and we chose Prince and got several of his videos playing on loop right away! Shoes and balls are requested at the front counter. Then games are set up and players can customize their names and whether or not you want bumpers to come up on your turn. Trust me, playing with bumpers really helps the gutter ball blues some people get so I highly recommend them! There's a full bar and a good selection of food. My lane ordered a few beers and two pizzas. Pizza was a bit floppy when trying to pick up a slice, but tasted delicious! The employees stopped us twice to have a little dance party which kept everyone laughing and smiling. The arcade is the biggest one I've ever seen in a bowling alley. I unfortunately had to dip out right after the two rounds of bowling, but I heard later from my friends that the games were fun! We don't live super close, but if we're in the area again I can see us coming back! read more

We walked in and although I love The Four Tops, but the kids were born in the 2000's and videos of the Four Tops and then the Supremes was not the game. They opened at 4:00pmET and no one was there. The game was $7 per person, $4.50 per shoe, $4 for cheap stockings if u don't have socks, and a discount for 2 year olds (joking with the cashier). So, one game for four people cost us $47. They put us on the end lane as if they were out of space. Dry service, and a Captain and Morgan on the rocks cost over $7. There is a reason folks are not breaking down the door. Lovely window washer though, doubled as bartender. Recommendations: play music according to the audience. Have a happy hour. read more

Refused to turn the music down, nitpicked every stage on how many people to a lane and refused to turn on lanes until he has every detail figured out. Came back and charged me for socks for one employee .. I mean come on really? Even his employees where complaining about him. We ended up with 9 receipts for the night as he audited everything. My wife and I headed out to 7-10 for dinner and a couple games. The venue is great looking, and the service was pretty good. I do think they could do a little better in assisting you with ball selection, since their selection is a bit tighter than bowling alleys that I've been at before (however, it's FAR better organized). I had the Chicago Stockhouse burger, which was very tasty and cooked perfectly to order. The fries were good, but I'd like to see a selection of sauces offered with the fries, a truffle mayo or spicy ketchup would have been great. My family and I had a terrific time at 7/10. The prices seem fairly reasonable, in my opinion, I guess I'm accustomed to Cambridge and New York pricings. The staff was friendly and attentive and the drinks flowed. Just above the bowling pins, which seems to be the theme at bowling facilities, there are several large flat screens featuring music videos. I had to remind myself several times during my bowl that I'm not in a music video and there to shake it on the dance floor, but I couldn't help myself. There's also an arcade in the back and the bar featured amazingly attentive bartenders. To be honest, my family and I became a little loud with laughter than we usually are, because it felt great to be together again and to see each other after so long. However, no one bothered us about it. I brought it everyone's attention and we lowered our voices. It was nice that although we may have gotten a little loud no one bothered us. I'm really looking forward to the arcade in the back next time. The only thing I didn't like about 7/10 is that they blast the music just outside the doors where you're entering. However, I understand why they do it, to discourage patrons from exiting in their bowling shoes and hanging out in front of the facility talking on the phone. So, I get it, but I still don't like it. I have lived in Hagerstown for many years, and used to come to this placed with my friends when I was in high school (not that long ago, by the way; place is still very new.) I have always liked this place very much and thought that it was very underrated. Compared to other bowling places in Hagerstown, this one is tops for sure. However, last night when I came here with my family, I was completely blown away. It was a Thursday around nine, not too crowded. It looked like there was only one or two people working. The Asian man who checked us in and waited on us is the sole reason I was moved to write this review. He was so nice and attentive, even going so far as to offer to play another music video again on the screens just for my mom because she had missed the beginning of her favorite song. The rest of the night he frequently checked up on us, making sure everything was going well. Fantastic guy, hope he is there next time I come home for a visit. Definitely needs promotion or raise.To make the visit even sweeter, they had $1 drafts of pretty decent beer for Thursday night. Overall great visit. It looks like they are doing some construction on the outside, or adding a nightclub to it, so it is great to see this business is thriving. I hope they are around Hagerstown for a long while. Note: not a great place for young children in the late evening. The songs are definitely for a club feel, with lighting effects and loud (but not overbearing) music. My only warning is if you have any special shot you want made or even a simple shot,if they don't have it in there system your getting fully charged for each shot!! And being a bartender the shots were not a standard pour! I ordered ALOT of shots called Cinnamon Toast Crunch which is fire ball and rum Chatta, being they didn't have a button for that in there system I got charged 7.00 for fire ball and 7.00 for rum chatta ! Unreasonable customer service. We asked for a pool table and were told it was $20 an hour. They took my ID and we pay at the end. Fine. By the time my husband and I both take turns using the restroom, he goes and gets a drink, I check my phone, we shoot a few times and realize we're too tired or our eyes were too dry...was impossible to play well and it's only been a few shots each. We realized bowling would be a much better idea and quickly removed the few sunk balls and headed back to the front desk to explain that we'd rather pay to bowl because pool wasn't working out for us and we'd barely started to play. "No, It's been 20 minutes, that's too much time," the young man at the desk with a black ponytail told us. I told him I spent much of that time in the bathroom, that we barely played, made the wrong choice and wanted to bowl, that my husband and I never get a night out, and that pool really wasn't working out for us...the dry eyes, the sleepiness, whatever I briefly attempted to explain. He dryly repeated himself and took $20 from me for ten minutes in the bathroom and between drinks getting about five minutes of play tops. He seemed happy to do so, and had my ID such that I clearly had no choice. I left with my husband after wondering aloud why they would do such a thing, when it made so little sense.
