We decided to check this place out despite the bad reviews. We didn't make a reservation online, so we were expecting to have a bit of a wait for a lane. We were okay with this because they have an arcade. We waited in line to get a buzzer for the lane waiting list and then headed to the arcade. However, about 95% of the machines were out of order, including the machine to buy your game play card. So, we had to wait in line again at the front desk to buy a card to play the few games that were working. There is a brand new Minecraft dungeons game that looks like it would work, but after my kids put $9 worth of card swipes on it, we realized that it wasn't working either (no sign to tell us that though). There also seems to be a lack of prizes at the prize area and no staff manning that station. If you did manage to rack up points, I imagine you'd have to go all the way to the front desk and wait in line again. There seem to have been several open lanes, unless they weren't working due to mechanical issues, but they never did call us for our lane. After more than an hour and a pitcher of beer later, we'd decided we had had enough and left. The facility itself is newer and looks really nice, but there seems to be a lack of staff, care, and/or money to fix the arcade machines. The owners really seem to be dropping the ball here. They could also use a second person manning the front desk to keep the lines shorter. The ladies bathroom was disgusting - toilet paper all over the floors and it wreaked of urine. The one bright spot was the bartender. We didn't catch her name, but she was fire!

The perfect bar to drive from because it takes so long to get a drink it's physically impossible to become inebriated. Waited 20 minutes for a bottle of beer not once but twice. The second one was SIX MONTHS EXPIRED! I quickly googled if expired beer was dangerous, realizing it basically just gets flat. This one was flat and weighing the wait I would have to endure to get it exchanged I just let sit partly drank and counted it as wasted money. The bartender left several times to another part of the building to put a mixer in a glass as the soda gun was broken (they had a line of pitchers of various sodas in the well getting warm and flat but I guess someone needed something special.) If not for the band, the entire reason I came to this joke of a bar, I would have left ten minutes in. The bar foot rail was missing but the hardware for it hung limply where one once was. The wine glass my friend got was dirty, half the beers I asked for were out of stock yet still displayed. I kept waiting for the bar rescue guy to kick the door in and start yelling.

Outside dessert fee listed online at $25 instead of what we were charge

Owner tried to charge us an outside cake fee for cookies gifted to my son. When I asked for the policy to understand he immediately became aggressive and argumentative but wouldn't provide the policy. Charged me $35 and we found the fee online listed as $25. Sent his employee over to our group an hour after we had checked in and paid the fee of $35 to have her show us their online policy that had been changed to $35 over the course of the hour. I asked the owner why he asked his employee to approach my family to show us the changed policy and he immediately became argumentative again, misgendered my wife and refused to refer to her as "she" even after being corrected, and talked in circles. I asked for the plates that were part of the service charge for the cookies and he referenced the policy. He refused to give us the plates and eventually the staff stepped in and cut him off to ask how many plates we needed. Overall aggressive energy that felt antagonizing coming from the owner the entire time we were there. On several occasions I looked up to see him staring intently at us. Strange encounter & wildly unprofessional practices to make up pricing on the spot for services you then refuse to provide.

If you're looking to straight bowl this might not be the place for you. If you're looking for an overall good time, it just might be. We had issues with the lanes not returning our balls. They moved us to another lane and things were okay after that. It's to dark here to bow. If you're looking to just bowl or if you're some kind of serious bowler I'd try somewhere else. The food was great and the service was great too. It's nice to have someone bring you your food and drinks while you bowl. It's very comfortable here too. The bathrooms were very clean and the building is nice with a lot room and a lot of stuff other than bowling to do. To sum it up, Bowling...meh, everything else...yeah!

Took a break from bowling to do the Wobble!

Pricey but a really nice place with a helpful and friendly staff! A friend of mine coordinated to have 15 or so of us meet here on a Saturday morning for a fun group hangout. I don't know the final cost, but I paid my friend $18 for two games and the shoe rental. I can say Saturday morning is a great time for a big group and especially if you want to feel like you have the place to yourself! One of the women working asked what kind of music we liked and we chose Prince and got several of his videos playing on loop right away! Shoes and balls are requested at the front counter. Then games are set up and players can customize their names and whether or not you want bumpers to come up on your turn. Trust me, playing with bumpers really helps the gutter ball blues some people get so I highly recommend them! There's a full bar and a good selection of food. My lane ordered a few beers and two pizzas. Pizza was a bit floppy when trying to pick up a slice, but tasted delicious! The employees stopped us twice to have a little dance party which kept everyone laughing and smiling. The arcade is the biggest one I've ever seen in a bowling alley. I unfortunately had to dip out right after the two rounds of bowling, but I heard later from my friends that the games were fun! We don't live super close, but if we're in the area again I can see us coming back!

Amazing place & Great Customer Sevice! Bit pricey but we think it was worth it. We paid $57 for 2 games for 3 ppl, $40 something for Lg pizza and 3 drinks, $20 for arcade games. I'm only giving it 4 stars because they should have different prices for children and more arcade games for the smaller kids. The Pizza was really good perfect spot to spend the weekend for anyone.

So after you reserve a lane, you also have to pay per game?

We found this gem on Yelp during our trek back to Michigan from DC - conveniently located right off…read morethe highway, we were pleased to see they were open on Memorial Day. The General Manager greeted us upon arrival and we were seated immediately. A few minutes into our arrival we were greeted with an appetizer compliments of the manager and chef. We had a sampler of their best sellers - Brussel sprouts with sweet chili, handmade onion rings, elote corn with their house made Brick sauce (so delicious) and then a side of their house made honey mustard (probably the best honey mustard I've ever had - and I am a huge foodie)! This newly opened restaurant deserves more praise and more reviews (highly recommend adding a QR code for reviews to the menu or receipts). 7 reviews on Yelp doesn't do this place justice. Our server Neveah was fantastic - so sweet and knowledge about the menu and seasonal specials. The She Crab soup is the best I've ever had. Granted, I'm from Michigan so "when on the East coast" I had to try it. The chef says this is house made, along with 80% of the menu. The NY Strip salad was full, fresh and flavorful with house-made dressings. The Double Smash Burger was juicy & cooked to perfection - the Brick Sauce on top made it the most delicious burger, the kids meals were insanely delicious and don't sleep on the Mac & Cheese - delicious! Now for the best part - the Donut Bread Pudding. I read a review stating their donuts are from a famous local bakery, and that's what they make this with. It's special, you are in for a treat. We can't wait to make another trip to this adorable town - Hagerstown, MD just to eat here again. The service and food is top notch!

She asked if we had reservations and reluctantly seated us. Our server had about as much enthusiasm as the hostess. We received our cocktails. My vodka martini was fine but husband asked for a blackberry mojito and there was no balance very tart and he would not order again. The only good thing we received was the French Onion Soup. It was a little salty but very beefy broth which we both liked. Husband had the prime rib which was good. On special Tuesdays for $25. I had the ribeye and it was flavorless. I would not order again. We were traveling and the location was not convenient so we wouldn't be back. The building and atmosphere is nice. The gentleman who brought our food was also very nice.
