He responded to my voice mail within the hour. We set up an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time and even gave me a text message to say he was on his way. The first appointment did not yield a solution to the problem with the Frigidaire side by side refrigerator because he could not test the sensors unless the unit had been plugged in for a couple days. When he returned two days later, he tested the sensors and found nothing wrong. This unit has a design flaw that allows water to spill over the "U" shaped fill tube into the ice maker. Once the unit was allowed to thaw, the ice build up went away and so did the noise. He only charged me for one service call. I think Servando is a welcome addition to the appliance repair field and he is my first call from now on. He is honest, knowledgeable, and prompt!
