George offered his recommendations for round tables vs. rectangular, port o potty for the men and use the single bathroom for the women inside and heaters if it was going to be a cold day! January usually is! He helped me decide on extra chafing dishes, 2 extra rectangular tables and 2 extra black linens. I ended up adding more white chairs and green astroturf to hide the cracks in the driveway. We had 3 of our own pop-up tents and tables and together, it was a HUGE success! We expected people to go in the house and backyard which was set up for table games and corn hole but only the young people did that!
