You guys didnt even take the freedom to stop by and evaluate the venue after a down-payment was made. You guys knew that the existing house-porch was 10 feet tall why wouldn't you flush that with your tent ( if you would have evaluated the venue then you probably would have prepared yourself for it). Using the F-word while speaking to a customer seemed completely normal to them, which was shocking and highly unprofessional. In the end, nothing worked out with this company - and honestly, we're very happy it didn't. My advice: read the reviews carefully before doing business with companies like this.
