I hired Noble Plumbing to fix what turned out to be a big hair clog in my shower drain. Frank came to my house this afternoon to remove the clog and he did an excellent job. I found water on the soil by the main water line to my house late Saturday afternoon. The pipe was underneath the ground. I called Noble Plumbing and Frank arrived in a short notice. Frank dug the soil and vacuumed the water to determine where the water leak was located. He gave me an estimate to replace the pipe. Price quoted was reasonable. Frank worked on the repair for approximately 4 hrs. He did not leave till the repair was completed so we can turn the water back on that night. Excellent quality workmanship. read more

They went above and beyond to make it right and made me feel like they valued me as a customer regardless of the situation. I called them to clean the drain in the laundry. The clean out was right behind the washer but it was deemed not easy access and I was charged more than double the advertised price. After cleaning one clean out I asked clean the only other I had in house and that just just looked using the camera but not cleaned using the snake but still charged. read more

They did a 45 minutes job (after we had identified and exposed the leak before they showed up) and they charged $450 (even lawyers don't charge that much per hour). Outstanding service on a major main-line job. The best experience I've had in my life of homeowner services. This problem was 20 years in the making; it was not simple, and it was expensive. Noble was the only company that offered free camera diagnosis. Frank knocked politely on my door morning & evening to give me updates, since the job took several days. He was assuringly present throughout the job, supervising a 6-man crew who worked their butts off on a tree root-infested main line. They had to dig several holes 6'-10' deep to expose the lines, working on a 35° hillside half the time. 10' diameter x 2.5' piles of dirt, the perimeters kept neatly controlled on thick plastic to avoid ruining the lawn. Entire crew was conscientious, respectful. Frank figured a way to avoid breaking the driveway and sidewalk concrete, saving me extra expense. On the final day, begun at 7 a.m. -- they didn't just walk away. 12 hours of intensive labor, yet they took 1.5 hours to hydra-wash my driveway & sidewalk; then took the same machine to wash the street below my hillside, so that any remnants of the job would be invisible to the entire community I live in. Finished the job around 8:30 pm. Unbelievable commitment to service. It was an honor to employ Frank and his crew - I've found a life-long plumber at last. read more
