She then tells us these are our options plus a section on the wall. She then leaves and doesn't help us with any questions. We start trying on glasses thinking it's very odd for no one to be helping us... when we see her walk by. We ask her 2 questions about color and options for fit which she gives us literally 2 word answers for and proceeds to walk away. It was clear we had more questions and could have used some help. I walked out with my kids and husband completely turned off by the lack of basic customer help. We were ready to buy at least 2 full package glasses.

They were professional and gave me space to choose the frame. The staff who attended me was polite but personally I felt they could have been little more friendly. When I asked her to explain the pros and cons for a particular frame she came out with a one line answer "It is a personal choice". i felt the staff did her job but there is nothing like super friendly or plesant or anything helpful that makes me happy and choose maple again. Atleast I did not see anything like that. Just a REGULAR, ORDINARY eye care center. 1) As I stated very clearly this is my personal opinion based on my experience which I had with you guys 2) Seeming satisfied and being satisfied are two different things. I may have seemed satisfied but I was not. When I asked for frames I was just shown few frames and when I raised few questions about a frame I was just told its personal preference. Staff made the use of my vision plan simple, getting the details in advance and having that end of things all figured out before I arrived. The optometrist (Tracey) performing my exam was friendly, professional and efficient. Optometrists are a husband wife team, James and Tracey, who clearly care about their patients eye health. I definitely recommend James Tracey Eye Care.

Went to both Midland Park and Wyckoff sites for IPL treatment for severe dry eye. Due to an eye…read moreoperation I had at 5-yo, I am very anxious with anything or anyone going near my eyes. Dr Sara and Dr Tracey were both very patient and careful with me. Glasses took longer than expected to come in, however worth the wait. One staffer at Wyckoff seemed a little distracted, but otherwise both locations provided me with excellent care. Travis at MP and Rich at Wyckoff were also patient and acted like they cared that I got the lenses I needed. Each location also gave me a little bit of a discount on minor things - very appreciated, as they did not have to do this. (I did get 3 pairs of glasses in addition to the IPL treatments, so I spent some cash there). Yes they are more expensive, but in my opinion you get what you pay for. Thoroughly recommend. Bonnie H.
