Over the weekend my phone fell into the river, I went to the sprint store thinking I had a free upgrade, but I didn't instead a 700 new fee for a phone. I walked out out refusing to hand over more cash to another giant corporation, and passed the spot on 26th. Not only did he fix my phone he offered me a iPhone 5 and threw in the charger. I gave the old phone to my mom. It felt good not giving any more money to sprint and supporting a local business who does great work and offers better deals than the sprint mega business. At the sprint store another woman had a broke phone and they wanted to charge her 700 I sent her to 26th and mission, I'm sure the nice guy behind the counter was able to help her. I smashed the screen of my HTC One X + and I started looking online if there was someone able to repair it. I called Frank and he told me he had a spare screen for my phone. I went there and he fixed it in front of me for a really cheap price! I had a small issue afterwards and he told me to come back free of charge (he has a 7 day guarantee policy) and then my phone was great as it was before! :) I suggested him to a friend of mine, who was super satisfied as well. This guy was a life saver. I dropped and smashed my Droid Turbo's screen. With an international flight booked the next evening I panicked. Inventory for the necessary replacement part was difficult as no one in the bay area had it in stock. I ebayed and had the replacement screen FedExed overnighted to me. I ran to this gentlemen's cell phone repair shop at Mission and 26th street and he had me out the door with a fully functioning phone within 15 minutes. I came in as a walk-in an hour before the store was closing to see if they were able to repair my cell phone. Excellent service. I brought in a dead Samsung S4. Feras spent about 30 minutes taking it apart, testing it, and putting it back together to diagnose it. He determined that the motherboard was dead. I decided not to buy a new motherboard (I bought a new phone instead) and Feras did not charge me for diagnosing the problem. Super kind.
