I just got my iPhone 5s screen repaired here. My phone literally had shards coming out of the screen, and I had kept it in such poor condition for almost a year. The owner was SO nice, very flexible with his schedule, very reachable by phone (I called to confirm availability of parts), and explained to me what he was doing as he did it. The whole process took about 20 minutes, but probably would have been shorter if I wasn't distracting him with conversation! He is genuinely such a nice person, and I would definitely go back if my screen broke again (let's just hope it doesn't!). He was the most affordable place in the Bay Area that I could find, and he uses really high quality parts. He actually told me that the price of the parts tripled in the last few months, so he's really doing everyone a favor by keeping his rates so affordable - a testament to how nice of a person he is. I read the reviews and saw there were mostly positive reviews, but sadly, this is not the case for me. I had a cracked screen on my phone. At first he said it would be at least three days. He never explained that there needed to be an LCD replaced. I said I cannot be apart from my phone that long since I don't have a second one and I am searching for a job. He then said he could do it a few hours. When I came back to pick up my phone, he seemed to be in a hurry for me to pay and leave. I looked at my screen and I noticed there were long scratches under the screen. When I asked him what it was he said it was the LCD that was not replaced. Now I was not happy, because he never told me that the LCD needed to be replaced until now. I asked him why he didn't tell me about the LCD since I have no idea what needed to be done. He said he could repair it but I would have to pay for the LCD as well. I was not very happy, and felt I could get better more professional service elsewhere, paid for the screen, took my phone and left. I felt he didn't explain very well the whole procedure. I went to another place and they guy thoroughly explained that the scratches were on the underside of the new glass and he said it was odd that that would happen. He also said any time you replace the glass you need to replace the LCD. He had to order the LCD since he didn't have anymore in stock and once it came in he fixed it. read more

My iPhone 6 was extremely damaged to the point my scream was black and there were 3 red lines on the screen. I thought it was beyond the point of repair.
