Use with caution.I had phone repaired for 265.00. Was yelled at because I couldn't not pay upfront. Borrowed $$$ to get out next day. It took 5 days to get phone back. I received phone with blue tag popping left side of phone. 4 days later the back panel fell off as I picked up phone, causing it to fall re-cracking screen of device. I was afraid to go back because of his behavior. Issue with women I think. Anyway had him look at it one more time . This time he broke it completely by slapping some wood glue on it cementing phone. I'm not particularly happy with the quality of the work. I got the front and back glass replaced for my Samsung Galaxy S8. After replacing the front glass, the headphone jack didn't work. I had to come back and get that fixed. Also, the guy didn't have the replacement back glass in stock. Both times the guy took off and replaced the back glass, he couldn't get it to fit properly on the back. There's a gap between the phone and the back glass that makes the phone not smooth, which bothers me. I'm going to have to redo it myself. Also, the price was really high. $300 to replace front and back glass. I can get the parts for half of that price. read more

(I can't say how long the fix will hold since I have to send the phone back immediately: all I needed was enough time to get it functional enough to back up non-Google app files.) LCD broke on my phone, so called SF Smart Wireless to get a quote on replacement. The quote was very reasonable, cheaper than many other places and I was told the phone could be fixed the same day. So I got to the place. The guy was very friendly and polite. It took few hours and phone was fixed. However, later that day, I notice that the phone stopped working. None of the touchscreen functions were operational. When I came back the next day, they had to replace the entire LCD assembly and they did it free of charge to me. Stay away from these liars. My fiancee called and got a quote to fix a broken screen on her cellphone. They quoted her $70. Great. She dropped off the phone with that quote but when she went to go pick it up, they said it was $170 saying the new screen itself costs over $100. Umm. I'm sorry, we only dropped it off because you said it was $70, it's not our problem that you gave us the wrong quote. I don't know if the guy was trying to take advantage of my fiancee being a girl but they then held the phone hostage and refused to give it back to her. But since I have returned a second time to SF Smart Wireless, i can no longer put this review off. About 3 months ago I got a new Samsung 7 and within a week I dropped it and cracked the rear glass cover...ugh!!! Sprint was going to charge me an arm and a leg and actually advised me to go to an independent repair place. So after researching on yelp and making a few calls, I got the best price here at SFSW. Feras was wonderful and quick and made my new phone look beautiful again. Fast forward to last week, my grandson came to me with his broken iphone screen crushed in a car doorway. It's not an iPhone or Samsung. White 1520 is very uncommon, but he had all the parts available! Fixed screen, new outer shell even for a super low additional price. It was buggy following the repair and I took it back a few times to have him look it over carefully. I didn't expect a quick routine fix for a Windows Phone. But his brother took his time and didn't mind me watching, so interesting. Finally fixed. And for the trouble of coming back for additional service he apologized with a gift of a ++GB SD card. Wow.
