Where do I start! If I could give them a 10 star, I would! First of all, I have a 2013 BMW 328i I was on my way to work when I got a red "engine oil pressure: please stop now". I didn't know what was going on since I just got a oil change and I got no warning signs prior? Made it to work and decided that I was gonna drop of my car at the dealership just so they could do a vehicle check. Turns out that I needed a new timing chain, oil pump, oil valve and recommended motor mount and front bushings. All this costing me 9k at the dealership. Mind you, I just paid my car off a month ago and NEVER had problems til now. I sure as heck was not about to pay 9k!?! Thankfully jumped on the BMW forums and it brought me here...SGV BIMMER! I called right away, spoke with Clement! Great customer service from the beginning! I told Clement the light that popped up and he instantly knew it was the timing chain before I even told him! I knew I was in great hands. Dropped off my car Thursday morning and it was ready by Saturday morning! They literally went above and beyond, fixing other issues on my car that I wasn't even told about. Pricing is amazing! Paid a third of what the dealership was charging me! SGV Bimmer did an excellent job taking care of a broken oil drain plug. They had the end of the bolt out in a matter of minutes and I couldn't be happier. Had they not gotten it out, it would have required removing the oil pan (a very large job), and although it wasn't necessary, I would have been very confident having them tackle the job! Owning a BMW can be difficult when you cant find a good mechanic or one who doesn't charge an arm and a leg. I found Tony and his shop after being left hanging by another mechanic on Yelp. I had a problem with my gas tank which was leaking and the previous mechanic said it was a problem with one of the sensors and didn't tell me anything for 5 days. I ended up calling Tony who was nice enough to send a tow truck to get my car from the bad mechanic and over to his shop. Tony diagnosed the problem in 1 day and called meet up right away with an estimate of the repairs. They not only fixed the problem, they went above and beyond by addressing other issues on my car and not charging me for some of the extra work or parts. After visiting many BMW shops in the area and being overcharged or let down, it was a godsend to find Tony's shop. I've been going to the technician here for a few years (back when he was fixing my car at his house) and he's always given me the best deal and done an amazing job helping me maintain my finicky bmw. He finally opened his shop 8 months ago and I came here for the first time. I had many things wrong with my car (starter was old, lots of other things I didn't understand lol ) but my dad said it was a great deal compared to the actual dealership and I had saved hundreds of dollars! They only use certified bmw parts as well. I was able to get my car back in 2 days AND he washed the car for me and vacuumed (since I am a messy girl lol). My car needed an oil change and a service for a while now and I've been meaning to bring it to a mechanic. However, I've had bad experiences with previous mechanics so I was delaying it until I couldn't anymore. I called at 8:30 am and was able to bring my car at 10:30 am. I needed an oil change and brake fluid change for my car and looked around on Yelp to see if there were any reputable shops. I came across this shop and saw the great ratings and decided to check it out. I called in on a Tuesday and asked for pricing from Tony. I made an appt for the next day. 1st impressions: Tony's shop is clean! Seriously clean. It's by far the cleanest auto body shop I've ever step foot into. Tony greeted me right away and brought my car out back to service it. He quoted me that it would take about an hour. An hour was what it took to get the work done. Tony serviced my car, reset the electronics and filled my tires up to optimal levels. The great reviews for Tony's shop are warranted. His pricing was actually even better than my local mechanic who charges me "BMW pricing." Tony's pricing is extremely reasonable. His service was great and overall I'm very happy with the service. Clement and Li totally deserve this five star review. My 7 years 130K miles F30 had been having many issues, electric system reboot, tire pressure sensors malfunction..., but among which the most critical one is intermittent engine rattle noise that often happened when the engine got hot. I brought in my car to the shop knowing they took care of my regular maintenance very well last time with a very reasonable price and good service. Upon a detail examination done by Clement, turns out the timing chain guide was broken and part of it broke inside of the engine block and the part stayed outside had been scrapping the engine off! Clement was very honest about the situation, doing facetime and going through all the possible solutions with me. It came down to only two options: scraping the car completely, or doing an engine swap. Having confidence in Clement and his team, I decided to go with engine swap option at a very reasonable price. Clement and Li stayed on top of the fix and had been keeping my updated all throughout the process. The fix was less than a week and when I went to pick up the car, everything is fixed and cleaned up like nothing happened. Engine swapped, tire pressure sensor reset, battery changed, light bulb changed, coolant and freon added. She's ready for another 100K miles now. Now that Clement and his team knows my bimmer in and out, it won't make sense for me to go to any where else for any future work. I just hope I could've keep my old engine and make it into an awesome furniture. read more

The transmission of my 750Li went into safety mode as soon as I arrived in LA for my aunt's memorial service and class reunion. Clement suspected immediately what was wrong when I gave him the fault code. He could have taken advantage of an out of towner, but did not and charged me an honest fee to repair a broken seal between the megatronic and valve body. Clement identified another part (drive coupler) that was also about to breakdown soon. So I had him replace it at the same time, since the transmission was already partially removed. Also options for OEM or aftermarket parts. Quick diagnosis, fixed it right the first time, and running great six months later. Regular oil change -- in and out in half a day. Brake service -- in and out in half day, even though the parts weren't in the shop's regular stock. Be sure to give them a call a day or so ahead of time, and find out when they can see you. Big plus: - Tony was in communication before, during, and after each visit. - Prices were reasonable, without the 'German car sticker shock'. - Work was done right each time. - And they washed the car! I had a valve cover job done on my F10 model M sport 5 series at another bmw shop which they did a terrible job and months later started leaking again and was so upset I just didn't want to take it back there. It is very refreshing to meet a truly honest mechanic. We brought my son's 2008 328i in to have some noises in the power steering and a clicking noise when going from park to drive diagnosed. Turns out the noises my son was hearing are normal for a 3 series with 100,000 miles on it. He listened to all our comments, the car noises and test drove the car with my son.
