I've asked for medium on a couple occasions, which came out to the appropriate medium level, so I wish they could just knock that down a hair for a mild level when I'm looking for a little less spice. Most of the time, they are pretty quick, but there were two separate occasions where I had to wait 15+ minutes after the estimated time for my order. I'll keeping stopping here and I hope they can make the tweaks necessary to improve the dining experience.
