    The plates

Amazing food It's all about the food, and they get the food right Upscale indian food done to perfection in an eclectic setting with excellent service This place is a must try The sauces were thoroughly cooked and presented in generous portions with excellent choice of breads or rice If this place was in California I would eat here every week

Came here on a Friday for lunch and the place had plenty of open tables - definitely not too busy. The ambiance felt clean, tons of natural light, and it was very quiet. A pleasant meal overall. The menu had a good mix of entrees and variety of dishes so it was a bit hard to choose. We settled on two main dishes along with naan and rice which satisfied two of us pretty well. The mango lassi was a little small in my opinion for the price, but tasted fine all the same. The curry we got was pretty spicy - I would definitely ask for lower spice if you're not a fan, we typically enjoy a kick but this one is stronger than your normal flavor. The chicken was well-cooked for the other dish and we enjoyed it a lot, albeit it felt small on the portion side. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and would recommend the place for the quality of the food, however the price point is a bit high so I'd just be warned of that before coming. Regardless, good food and service though - thanks Kebab Culture!

I recently visited Kabab Culture and had a fantastic experience. We tried the Amritsari fish, which was perfectly spicy and lacked any fishy taste. The chutney paired with it was amazing and complemented the fish beautifully. We also had the Galuti kabab, and they were incredible! They melted in my mouth, perfectly flavored, and reminded me of the kebabs from my hometown in India. I've never had such good kebabs in the USA. The service was very good too. Highly recommend checking this place out! P.S. Ambiance is really pretty as well however they have a small space. I would definitely recommend to have a reservation.

I came here with high recommendation from a lot of people for the food. Some things were really good (Seekh kebab, pudhina parantha) some were good (dahi kebab, dal makhani) others average butter chicken, garlic naan was below average. it is without a doubt OVERpriced. The google and Yelp pages says $$ but it's $$$. It's a BYOB and not fine dining. A appetizer dish (5-6pcs) costs about $24 approx. now, food vs price, there's better food available for the price. They add 20% service charge for a family of 3. I can understand that for larger groups. It's a shame. I saw people waiting for their food for long enough time, they were been apologized for the delay (it's a good thing) but shouldn't happen when service charge has been added for the service. Guest should have the right to decide how much add for the service. the server (guy) was rude to talk to, The female keep coming to our table and pulling my kids cheeks. Once was okay, second time she did it, my son was uncomfortable enough and told her to stop. I don't know if her hands were clean to touch a kids face while working. And why do it! We were annoyed at this. If the food was the greatest, I wouldn't mind paying anything. Sorry to mention, it isn't.

Food is good, it's a clean restaurant with limited seating. Service was good but felt being rushed to finish food and leave. We made an online reservation and went on Friday Eve. Being vegetarian, we ordered Paneer Tikka, mushroom shahslik and Dahi kebabs. Paneer Tikka and mushroom were really good. For entrees, we ordered Dal Makhani, Paneer Butter masala and jackfruit biryani. Dal and Paneer was really flavourful but biryani was lacking authentic flavor and spices, felt like eating pulav. Overall, it was a good experience but nothing special.

Food 4/5 - Agree with many of the reviews here to get the chicken shekh kebab, beetroot kebab, and angarey chicken kebab. However the stars of the show were the entrees including their chicken dum biryani, dal makhani, chicken tikka masala, and butter naan Service 3/5 - Given how popular this place gets I gave them grace for not taking our order for over 20 min after we sat down. However, I believe the woman (maybe because of the hectic atmosphere) taking our order was very curt and not very personable. The servers were also just okay and not very receptive once they set the food down. Ambiance/Misc 3/5: Can get extremely loud especially during peak hours such as the weekend. Additionally the space itself is quite small and cramped so expect to be feeling a little bit more congested at your table if you have more than 4 people in your party. Overall the food is the highlight while the rest of the experience is nothing worth writing home about.

I'll try to keep this one short, as much as possible :) So I went here in December with bunch of co-workers for a holiday dinner. We knew this place was slightly on the higher price point, but wanted to try it out since the menu looked promising. So the food itself was very delicious to most part, barring a few minor grievances, like some of the appetizers were not piping hot and galouti kabab was not up to the mark, it was barely melt in the mouth, you could feel and chew on the ground lamb meat. However the other kababs, be it the chicken malai Tikka, fish kabab or the paneer Tikka were really good. The surprise star of the meal was the jack fruit biryani which was super flavorful and right on the spot! Coming to the part that really upset me, the dessert! We ordered a Kulfi and asked them if it's shareable and we were told it will be 4 pieces, so we're like that's cool and what arrived was one spoonful of kulfi cut delicately into four pieces, just so you get an idea of how big was the kulfi, I've attached a picture of me holding the entire kulfi in a dessert spoon! We ended up with a $400 check for 8 people with half filled stomach, mind you this is only for food, we got our own beer and wine! THREE STARS ONLY FOR THE FOOD!

    Dry Pakoras

2 stars only for the non veg items - Butter chicken masala was good. Do you know a place where butter chicken is not good ? I never came across one! So why goto Kabab culture for it. Anyways, The veg items that I ordered were Pathetic. I ordered Kadai mashroom, it was very oily and very hard to break. A2B serves best north Indian veg curries, why goto Kabab culture. Posted a picture of it. Then I ordered their Pakora Avocado Tacos. Sounded delicious on the menu. It was a really bad choice. One huge dry pakora with a slice of avocado on dry soft tortillas. It was not prepared well. Neither got the taste of tacos or the pakora. It was besan ka pakora, which was not properly cooked with that bitter taste of avocado slice in it. Could have removed the pakora to eat with chutney but pakora was pathetic itself. Look at the pictures!

Nadru (Lotus Root) ke Shami Kabab.

Starting with the good: This was one of the few Indian restaurants that did not rush you out. As an Indian, I feel like we seldom truly appreciate the dining experience because we just eat and it's on to the next thing. Kebab Culture clearly valued the dining experience as they gave you time in between each course. Now to the not so awesome: The entree took quite some time to come out so I figured it was being prepared fresh so it would taste delectable. We ordered the Kadai Paneer - which was subpar - lacked spices and a bit too oily for my liking. We had that with the garlic naan, which was thin and crispy, as oppose to fluffy and airy which I typically prefer. For appetizer, the owner recommended the Nadru (Lotus Root) ke Shami Kabab, which was unique and spicy (good!), but nothing extraordinary. Finally, for dessert, the Jalebi Caviar on Rabdi fell short of my expectations - the jalebi "caviar" didn't even taste like jalebi. The presentation of these dishes was also just okay, and there were no complimentary sides, i.e. papad, rice, pickles, which kind of blows as the price point is higher than their competitors. We happened to come in on a night where the owner sings, which was awesome to have live entertainment; however, we had to have come on a bad night because the system was malfunctioning and screeched loudly multiple times. Sitting next to the speakers in a small enclosed space, it was uncomfortably loud and ruined the dining experience. The owners vision of uncovering some of India's hidden food gems is great, but unfortunately a lot of improvements need to be made. In an area that's saturated with Indian cuisine, I'd opt for one of the much better restaurants just down the road.

It definitely is a vast selection, but maybe we picked the wrong things. We had the following: Manchow soup with veg - good! Chicken 65 - lots of food coloring, so unhealthy, but dish was yummy Chili Lotus - lots of food coloring, but dish was yummy TM's Chicken Curry - coconut milk base dish, might be fine for someone else but tasted bland to me Lamb Biryani - I'm used to South Indian Hyderbadi Dum Biryani, so this biryani was not it for me. It has a tomato gravy type taste, and the lamb pieces were abundant and soft. It wasn't bad, but just not to my personal taste and anyone who's wishing to have something like a spicy Hyderbadi Dum Biryani, I would not recommend. Garlic naan- amazing Mango lassi - I've had better and would not recommend here. It was really thick and a little tasteless. They are a fusion restaurant, so I'm thinking maybe they made all the food taste a little blander to accommodate to everyone, but for anyone trying to get authentic spicy Indian food, I would not recommend. The vibe here is so nice though for a date or friends or gathering, plenty of space. The waiters and owners are extremely nice and attentive and polite.

Everything from the Chicken Chapli Kabob, Chicken Gyro Platter, Chicken Tikka Masala, Beef Kabob to the fresh made naan is delicious. The hummus is a must try. We were told it would take 30-35 minutes, which is fine for cooked to order food. It really wasn't very busy, but the order took 50 minutes. The order was sitting on their counter ready to go, but it appeared they were backed up with making the bread. Once the bread came out, they bagged it up and we were ready to go. They almost forgot to give us the side salad, but they remembered before we left. Now for the food... - The bread that we waited for- was doughy and undercooked. It had burnt pieces stuck to it and they were not shaped as nicely as their usual bread. - The hummus side that we ordered, which was almost $8, was a half filled half pint container (very small amount) of what appeared more like a sauce rather than the thick hummus we are accustomed t. I wouldn't order this again. - The salad was watery...they need to drain the water better - The rice was cold - I think it was sitting out too long - Now for the main event - the meats - we enjoyed the flavor. This saved our dinner, we did enjoy the meats. We called them about the bread and they were apologetic, and told us we can stop by for bread next time we are there. As this is one of my favorite restaurants, I want to give them an opportunity to do better next time! The afghan bread and their rice have alway been my favorite part of their meals! I think it was an off night for them, I'd definitely give them a chance again in the future.
