Maybe we are lucky, or hitting the good crew schedule or something else. But... I kind of think some reviews are overblowing a minor challenge with a poor general review. C'mon folks - adopt a "Hang Loose" attitude and enjoy your meal. We have thoroughly enjoyed every trip to Hanford Chili's for the last several months. The food has always been good. The hot chocolate was made with water, but definitely needed more chocolate, and it was cold within a couple of minutes. The pancakes are huge and cover the whole plate, but again you have to eat everything really fast because it's cold in there. One of my dining companions ordered a dish that was as somewhat similar to a chile relleno, only filled with ground beef and without cheese. It was tasty and savory, but had no heat, no chiles.
