Found torn shingles were…read moreinstalled, butt indentations left where installers sat on the ridge vent, chimney cap crew set a ladder on the new roof and sliced into the shingles, gutter crew installed 1 gutter sloping the wrong way and another gutter leaks at a 90° angle, water stain in the bathroom from not covering all the bare roof during a thunderstorm. They will fix the problems though if you find them. Always inspect new work done by anyone.

When he requested half of the money for the job I was wary but we were impressed by his thoroughness and rapid response and gave him half. he stated the work would be completed by the following week. By the end of the next week we had heard nothing. we called and he answered stating he wasnt sure if the glass had come in but he would check and get back to us. Crickets....no further communication or responses after multiple calls and text. We are on a fixed income and are so disappointed. It's week 3 now. Maybe he'll come through but I'm not confident and feel as if he stole our money.

He only answered his phone once, to say he had just recovered from a flu and that he would get back to me to arrange a time to install the window shortly. Since then, he has failed to refund me, schedule a time, or answer his phone at all. This guy stole $185 from me and wasted my time for three weeks.
