The team did an excellent job making me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful, from the assistants to the front office staff. A special shoutout to Ana for getting me in so quickly and for being so positive and welcoming. She made the whole process smooth and stress free. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you need a root canal done, I would definitely recommend Endocare. Great staff, great service, and a surprisingly easy visit!

Dr. Nazeri performed a root canal on my upper back molar, which was similar to a difficult root canal I had previously on the opposite side. Due to the significant amount of infection, the treatment was originally expected to require two separate sessions. However, thanks to Dr. Nazeri's expertise and skill, he was able to complete the entire procedure in just one visit. Most importantly, I experienced absolutely no pain during the treatment and no discomfort afterward. In addition, the cost of the procedure was very reasonable. I highly recommend Dr. Nazeri and the entire Endo Care team for their professionalism, efficiency, and excellent patient care.

I am thankful for that with the holiday and long weekend coming up. I don't know if I was going to be able to wait that long. Dr. Ryan is so kind and so professional and so warm that you just feel right at home. For one thing, right when you enter the office, it's so cutely decorated. I loved all the decorations for Halloween. I love that they had a candy station and water and drinks. I love that you can park right in front of it the office. The staff was so professional and kind once again I keep saying it, but they are just so kind and caring! It is the overall feeling you come away with. The whole procedure with the x-rays and the numbing and the root canal took about an hour and 15 minutes so that was the only thing that wasn't true because the receptionist told me it would take an hour in and out because I was concerned about leaving my new puppy home alone, but I don't even know how it could've been exactly an hour so I didn't have a problem with that. I highly highly recommend Ryan endodontics.

Dr. Mark Stevenson is a flat-out lifesaver! With my claustrophobia, I desperately needed an IV…read moresedation root canal. There's something about an infected tooth that really messes with your mind. Each day, thanks to the way nerves work, different teeth, jawbones, and even brain sections would hurt and ache at varying intensities. It feels like something beyond your control is going wrong in your head, which only exacerbates the claustrophobia. At times, you feel like you just can't take it anymore and want to pull your own tooth out. Then, imagining a 1.5-hour procedure on a complex tooth, with equipment everywhere and a dental dam covering your mouth, it eats away at your psyche. On top of that, in non-major cities like mine over in Sacramento, options are limited, with only a few monthly slots and waits of a couple months for IV sedation surgery. Antibiotics were helping me get by for the time being, but it was touch and go, and I didn't know how long I could hold out after waiting several weeks. That's when Dr. Mark Stevenson entered the picture. After an exhaustive AI-assisted search, I discovered he was the go-to endodontist in Northern California for IV sedation root canals, with weekly slots available on Mondays and Wednesdays for in-house IV sedation procedures. Even though 1.5 hours away in Concord, I decided to call and quickly scheduled both the consultation and surgery. During the consultation two days before, Dr. Stevenson answered all my questions and reassured me that the IV sedation would address every fear: the chair position, my ability to breathe through my mouth (yes, you can from the sides), and a signal system if I felt distressed. But you never truly know how it'll go until you're in the moment. The night before, I had panic attacks all night and couldn't calm down, no matter what I tried. It was hands-down the worst night of my life, I didn't sleep much at all. On surgery day, Dr. Stevenson used his soothing demeanor for some final reassurances: once the needle was in my arm, it would be all downhill, and I'd have no issues. Well, this might sound anticlimactic, but he was 100% right. As soon as the sedation kicked in, I was out of it and basically slept through the procedure. I only started waking up during the last 10 minutes of wrap-up, and even then, the sedation made me not care about anything going on. There was no pain felt at all during or after the surgery; just maybe a little bit that night, nothing some Advil couldn't take care of. The next day, my tooth and entire mouth felt great, as good as new with no pain! Dr. Stevenson runs a highly professional operation. You feel like you're in the care of a seasoned emergency room doctor. There was a very thin nasal oxygen tube for easy breathing, a blood pressure monitor on my arm, and a pulse oximeter on my finger. He takes no step for granted, follows strict protocols, and is a true master of his craft. His dental assistant, Stacy, was fantastic too, very comforting and supportive. All the office staff were great as well. I'll only do future root canals under his care. If you're in a similar situation and live in the Western United States, he's your solution. Just make the appointment and get there. (Pro tip: Bring a companion driver, as it's required with sedation.) For me, the hardest part was simply showing up.

It was actually very traumatic, and I have avoided root canals since then, despite the fact that I honestly need to have one. When I started having terrible tooth pain in a recently crowned tooth, I had no choice but to find a new Endodontist. I am so lucky to have found Dr. Jensen. She is not only amazingly talented, but her office is very modern and up to date with all the new technology. Her staff was lovely and so welcoming. I had my root canal yesterday, and it was actually painless. Dr. Jensen is very skilled at giving injections and assured me I would be numb before my procedure. I also used Nitrous for the first time, and it helped to calm my nerves as well. My tooth is no longer in pain, and I feel so lucky to have found an endodontist that I can return to. I see more root canals in my future, but I am no longer fearful of them. I felt cared for by her and her entire staff.

Remained painful and when I went back a week later he confused me with another patient that had been in 2 days previous, and told me just to tough it out. And their billing procedures are unethical. According to my insurance I had OVERPAID them to the tune of $130 which they acknowledged and told me I would receive a refund within a month. When I didn't, I inquired again and was told I had received a laser treatment of $130 (which I DIDN'T) that insurance did not cover, so would NOT be receiving my refund due. :-( Also - WHILE I was having my 2nd root canal the assistant was singing along to the canned music, and she and Dr Winig were gossiping office politics - apparently neither wanted to work with Dr, Jensen now that Talebi was gone!! VERY unprofessional. Wouldn't go back and advise you to seek alternative, more scrupulous practitioners.

Upon arrival, I was greeted right away by the staff. I noticed the office has a coffee/tea station and bottled water, which is a nice touch for their patients. The office is modern with advanced technology. I knew immediately I would be in great hands. I met with one of assistants named Nancy who took me down the office to take a 3D imagining of my teeth. It was an easy process. Francisco, Dr. Dadvand's assistant, made sure I was comfortable. He gave me pillows for my neck and back, and dark glasses for my light sensitive eyes. Since I walk with a cane, the dental room is equipped with an x-ray machine. This is a nice accommodation from getting up and moving from room to room. You can rest in your dental chair while getting x-rays in the same room as your procedure. Dr. Dadvand arrived in the room and greeted me. She explained the procedure. She was very professional and understanding. She has a calming voice which made me feel at ease. The procedure took longer than expected. I am glad Dr. Dadvand took her time to make sure the root canal went perfect. The only thing that may be uncomfortable were the shots. Once you are numb, the procedure was painless. I highly recommend this office. You will be in great hands.

Finally returned to the dentist, and discovered I needed my first root canal. To say that made me anxious is a huge understatement; petrified would be closer. They are caring, considerate, they listen to the client from the moment you walk in the door. There was no pain, nominal discomfort (and that was actually of my own making). They work with you very closely to ensure that everything that can be done for your comfort is being done. Without reservation, I recommend Dr. Aimar.

Later, when my insurance covered exactly zero dollars, they said I must have had recent work done. I hadn't. When I called my insurance company, they told me that they had told the office that I did not have coverage remaining. So I'm stuck with a large bill I can't afford - I'm not from Walnut Creek. I'm guessing I am not their average Mercedes driving client. I was in a lot of pain, so not sure I would have had a better option, but to have been fully informed is so much better than being told your insurance will cover it only to have a massive bill and have to sweat paying rent. I know we as patients have some responsibility to know things, but insurance is often unclear to non-medical people. Medical offices deal with insurance every day. I have rarely done more than cleanings. This is new to me. I would hope a provider has their patients best interest in mind. It didn't feel like they did here.
