I lived here for a little over a year and wanted to shout out the maintenance team Jorge and Todd, they're awesome. Always in a good mood, quick to working any maintenance requests and resolve issues quickly. We never really had to wait very long for someone to come work service requests as needed. I've even talked with other residents and they have also shared praise of Jorge and Todd. DO NOT RENT here!!! You will regret it! The laundry is not always open on time. There fitness center sucks! Most of the equipment doesn't work! Now they have closed the fitness center and it's been a month and it still hasn't been opened! Swimming pool is dirty. There is dog poop every where! Laundry washers and dryers are dirty because people are disgusting! However the only thing I have something to good to say is maintenance always gets everything fixed quick! The maintenance crew are nice! Allan and is supervisor I also like that it has a patio and a balcony, it allows you to have fresh air. There is a lot of homeless people that hang around and people who sell drugs, I see it directly from my window and balcony. I do see her coming back and forth from the laundry because the laundry is not open when she wants to go do laundry at the time it should be open 8 am. Living here was a nightmare. The apartment was infested with vermin (roaches) which they attempted to solve by sending someone with ineffectual sprays and powders instead of taking care of it the right way. Newborn was being bitten at night, and they were everywhere. When we woke up we would find them in the toothbrush (disgusting). There is inadequate security and gangs of young thugs hang out at night. Once we came home and they were occupying our assigned parking and gave attitude when asked to leave. The next morning found they had broken our windshield. Another time one of us was assaulted in the parking lot and we had to file a police report. Finally we threatened to sue in order to break our lease. Now I see they have the unit on the market again, and some other poor victim will move in and have the same problems. Let me start by saying all the PROS of this place: Todd from maintanence is amazing. He's the only person I've dealt with since moving in in December 2023. I'm sure the other gentlemen are great but never interacted with them. I loved the layout of the inside of my apartment and the fact that there's a separate door to enter the restroom so guests wouldn't have to go through my bedroom to access. Assigned parking was nice too. Now for the CONS: The plethora of homeless the surround this whole complex is ridiculous. I paid $55 a month for a covered parking spot that homeless sleep in, do drugs and urinate around. They threw ice cream on my car . They ripped the back up camera off of my car. They cracked bottles and threw it all around the parking area. so many different cars parked in the parking spot randomly and slept there overnight. Men have been peeing on the walls, even if I was sitting in my car. They messed with my motorcycle and my car. They stole my safety cones and the cover for my motorcycle. They did not give a fuck. I have called the sheriffs department, I have called Security numerous times and I had emailed the apartment complex many times about the same issues, all to no avail. I suggested that if the parking spots were available that they be blocked off. Obviously No one was assigned there if all these different cars are parking there with no tags and sleeping there overnight. Then there are the teenage kids who play loud music and smoke weed and party in the laundry room all hours of the day and night. Half of them didn't even live in the complex. There would be like 5 to 7 of them at any given time. I would constantly call Security about it because it was directly in front of my apartment and he was useless because it's like he was afraid of them and he will tell them they have to leave and they laugh at him and just stay there. It was a constant thing. I emailed the office about it many times. They tell me to call the Sheriff and security. I shouldn't have to email and called about the same issues over and over again. My packages would constantly get stolen. There were kids who would randomly try to open my door and bad ass kids would jun into my patio and bang on my screen door. The price was good but you get what you pay for. I was able to get out of my less early which was a blessing. read more

Good if you are at a last resort point in search for housing .. the pool opens and closes every few days for maintenance, had our apt treated for roaches twice in my first year and the laundry room never has available washers and or dryers , people leave their loads in and don't come get them for hours so it's annoying having an on site laundry and not being able to use it , also at least one washer and one dryer do not work and they still charge to use them. The kids always leaving trash in the sidewalks and streets and food on the floor so when I walk my dogs I have to make sure they don't eat anything on the floor ever day. Also there is broken glass on the hill next to Dale Ave by the green box, has been there for about a week and a half to 2 weeks now. Nobody cleans the area up. Also don't understand the construction they did at the bottom of the parking lot because there is only one access point to the area where the dogs go to bathroom and if there is cars all parked there then you can't get to it at all. Pointless maintenance needs to focus on the real issues or they will lose a lot of residents. I'll probably end up going if things don't change. Despite of all bad reviews i read, I moved here 2 weeks ago, July 2024 ROACHES Roaches are definitely here and there could be worse, but ive been Wiping and cleaning all the time. Put repellents. Lavander Repellents. Wipe down counters with Lysol lemon Spray each time i use the kitchen and bar. Vaccum everyday definitely alot of work but it helped Kept roaches away. Got the apartment super clean and tidy and wanted to keep it that way! Disinfected everything before moving in. PARKING The only problem i had was it definitely gave me anxiety about the homeless people around the area, and past reviews about stealing and vandalizing Cars and etc. PET FRIENDLY People not picking up after their pets because i had to pass by that grass all the time and it smells! I hope they clean it and They put more sign to it to maintain it clean. DUMPSTER Since i moved in, i never seen the dumpster full or messy like the past reviews. Well maintained and improved UNIT SMELL Another problem i have is, No matter how HARD i clean my unit, the smell of cigarettes still comes to my unit. It comes to the point where my Bath Towels smells like cigarettes too and i would smell like one!! Even after lighting scented Candles or Essential oils. Cigarette smell will take over! And im not even sure, which neighbor smokes or if they can do something about it! I used to smoke cigarettes, so i really cant handle the smell anymore! I dont want to be accused of smoking inside later on once i move out lmao! UNIT LOCATION My unit is located at the back of the common space or area which i dont really hear kids passing by so far i have no problem with noises. Stealing packages i havent ordered anything online so idk Laundry Improved, cleaned, maintained GYM Gym area is awesome, bring ur own sanitizing wipe or anything Pool Never got a chance but, seems clean Community Managers or workers Friendly and responsive even if sometimes i had to follow up with some things manytimes they are pretty responsive :) Maintenance Supervisor Jorge is the best! Friendly hardworking always there and Responsive! Interior Its nice and Clean when we moved in, carpet were super clean too. Shelves and inside it were clean just had to maintain it that way Overall, Community is good, but it needs more security and unity! We cant always prevent roaches if our neighbors wouldnt do the same! Same as following policies, smoking, picking up after their pets and etc Most of it are manageable but One important thing that put it down to 3 stars is the Security around the community, we are paying extra parking for 25$ next to homeless people, i really have no problem with them but the past reviews really gives me anxiety about it read more

I've been experiencing in my apartment. I've noticed that the cleanliness of the unit has been deteriorating, and unfortunately, there seems to be a roach infestation as well. I wanted to bring this to everyone's attention so that you don't fall for the pictures you see online. Living in a clean and pest-free environment is essential for the well-being and comfort of the tenants. I understand it's important to address them promptly to ensure a healthy living space for everyone in the future. So please don't be like me and just look at pictures. Already sick of this place. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The people respond quickly which is a bonus[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] but the people who live below me are awful and I've reported them a million times and nothing changes. I've had things fall off of my walls from doors slamming, bass boosted music bumping. We have had pieces of our car literally stolen off. Someone scratched a big X into the hood. I wake up at 6 am every morning to the sound of kids SCREAMING bloody murder because his mom beats him through the complex. The kids pull the fire alarms when they're bored. These apartments are INFESTED with roaches. I got shoulder checked by a guy who proceeded to watch which apartment I live in. This was before I even reported anybody. The whole place feels so sketchy. When we moved in our glass door was broken and you could literally open it from the outside. They fixed that but like cmon now. We already had a bug guy come by and nothing changed. Can't wait til my lease is up and we are thinking abt possibly terminating it. I REALLY wanted to give this place a chance because there are nice people here but this place is ghetto trash. Don't report anyone because they'll just scream at you for reporting them because the COMPLEX TELLS THEM WHO REPORTS THEM. And they'll be getting a bill from my vet for the piece of pizza and chocolate they left HALFWAY up my steps that my puppy snatched up before I could react. I love walking down my steps and feeling piles of cheerios and chips crunch below my feet. Security team sucks, but the maintenance people are really nice and quick. The bad here outweighs the good. There are better places. PLEASE even if you're in an emergency situation, it's not worth your quality of life being compromised in the long run. read more

Was a tenant here that moved out a couple years ago due to the unsafe and gross conditions of the place. Recently I had a package accidentally sent to my old apartment there. Talked to multiple people who said they will go ask the current residents if they received the package then call me back. Only the 4th try is when I got a call back and they said maintenance will hold the package to give it to me Saturday . A maintenance employee called me back finally and gave me his personal number to call when i was coming to get the package but turned he didn't see my package in the office. So I called and told him I drove to the complex to speak to the current tenants, they told me they gave it to the maintenance supervisor who wasn't working Saturday. When I called the maintenance employee back to say I finally got the information on who to contact directly, the mainlands employee had an annoyed attitude regarding me calling back to let him know I got the right info I finally spoke to the maintenance supervisor to set up when you pick up the package and he said they mailed the package back to the vendor. The leasing office and maintenance are not on the same page and I wasted about a week trying to contact them for them to just end up sending my package back to vendor even though the leasing office employees told me they would hold it so I can come pick it up. read more

Don't let the pictures fool you, this place is FILTHY FILTHY FILTHY. Worst apartment complex I've ever came across. Terrible management. -The children run around screaming loudly in groups, they throw rocks and toys around. They play football next to the cars and hit them. They bully other kids. They peep in your windows and will mess with your dogs through the windows. The security does absolutely nothing. -There are endless homeless walking around and digging through the trash bins. They will even shoot up their dope in your parking spot. Be careful walking in the grass, you May step on a needle or many other narcotics I've found just laying on the floor. -Dog poop. There are at least 10 piles of dog poop at each patch of grass. You will step in poop eventually, it's all over the place. -A lot of the residents are rude, and will park in your spot or have their friends park in your parking spot without a care in the world. Many people who do -You can not use the pool because they barely clean it. There are always clothes, broken toys, and trash in the pool. The children are ridiculous when it comes to trashing and terrorizing the apartment complex. -I'm not sure how this keeps happening but the mail man mixes up mail and puts them in the wrong boxes. I've seen numerous residents bring mail to other units that wasn't theirs. -The office is ALWAYS closed. And I mean ALWAYS. 1/10 you might be lucky to find someone there. -The apartments are extremely cheap, my cabinets fall off randomly. If you live on the bottom floor, your AC is inside your house, and vents out into another room you have. Making that room extremely hot! Very poorly put together. Looks nothing like the pictures. THE ONLY GOOD THING HERE IS THE MAINTENANCE GUY. He is very fast/professional/ and respectful. I'd suggest you look somewhere else. read more

This place is awful! I would give it no stars if possible. If you can, live elsewhere! After living here for two years it's time to leave. This past year everything has run into the ground. The complex is loud 24/7 from unattended children running and screaming, to people playing music way too loud in the middle of the night. The security is a joke. It's outsourced to a call center so it can take hours for people to show up for a noise complaint, which I'm pretty sure they never actually do anything about anyways. At 3 am you don't exactly want to wait 2+hours for them to tell someone to turn down the music. The other major issue here for me is the condition of the complex. There are holes in my wall from a previous tenants towel rack (which I thought they used people's deposit to fix that kind of stuff when they move out). And in our bathroom the knobs on the sink don't even match! The community laundry room always is a nightmare and it's so disgusting I don't want to wash my clothes in there but I have no choice. I also washed a white sweater three times and now it's tan. GROSS! The pool always has food or debris in it and WADS of hair. It has grossed me out so much I will not use it. No one picks up their dog poop, and they let their dogs poop in the middle of the sidewalk! Every morning some kind of animal has peed on my front door, and homeless people come up to the porch to steal your shoes or whatever you have out. The area is not safe. There are homeless people all over all the time, two halfway houses nearby and cars getting broken into and stolen, domestic violence issues... The cops seem to be here all the time. These assholes even had my car towed from my own parking spot, then when confronted about it, denied the whole thing (but the towing place said it was them.) Also our apartment had an a pretty bad ant problem and they were coming in from the outside wall. We had to call several times for them to take care of it. They put "ant bait" all over our apartment and after it dried it is now hard as a rock and it will not come off. Do yourself all a favor and live anywhere else! read more

I like living here. It's a good price for my apartment. I just transferred in May to a 2 bedroom and the office made the paperwork easy. I didn't have to go through filling out everything again. Jorge and Henry are super good. They just came to fix a leak in my kitchen and they cleaned up all the water off my floor and even sanitized. Neighbors are friendly and there are a lot of kids. I just wish COVID was over already so the neighborhood kids can all go back to school. BBQ needs to be fixed but I was told they're working on that finally. Overall I like it here!!! read more

I will start off by saying do NOT move here unless you are extremely desperate and have no other options. Read and take all the reviews at face value because they are true. 1. There 100% will be roaches in your apartment, You might not see them right away when you move in, but they will turn up no matter how much you try to get rid of them. The apartment states they spray them, but it doesn't matter, they show up because the apartment isn't patched correctly. 2. Dirty - These apartment complexes don't look bad at a quick glance, but it becomes obvious the apartment complex doesn't care about the grounds. There's trash everywhere and upon my first week here, someone had defecated behind my car!! This was not cleaned for over a week. It smells like pee everywhere, people constantly leave huge pieces of trash outside the dumpsters. 3. Aside from moving in, don't expect to have contact with the leasing office. They never answer their phone, respond to voicemails or emails. Goodluck actually catching them in office and if you do, the staff is not very friendly. I will say the maintenance team is awesome and very accommodating. 4. Yes, there are many children who live in this complex and there isn't much space for them to just play like kids, so they do often play in places they shouldn't. These kids do not care about anyone around them and will not move for you or take in to consideration cars driving around them. They play into the hours of the night, loudly running by your windows and yelling. 5. People bump music throughout the day, late at night or early in the morning. No one has any consideration for anyone else in this complex. People yell, argue or just hang out outside late as well. These apartment complexes get really hot because of poor air circulation, so you have to keep your windows open to get air. So, its not like you can just close your window against the noise. Not that the window provides much cover. 6. Residents do smoke, weed and cigarettes, which is not an issue in itself, except when you cant have your window open because your neighbor is smoking right outside and then your apartment stinks. Also, my neighbors would smoke inside their apartment and turn on the fans inside their bathroom, so my bathroom and bedroom would stink like weed. 7.The complex advertises security at night, and they are there sometimes but they do not do anything. If you come home late you will see them standing around the parking area, smoking cigarettes. They never ask people being loud outside to quiet down or anything. 8. You can pay for a parking carport, which I did, but people here don't care. They will park anywhere they want. I had a carport that was pretty covered, so people would constantly park there to do drugs or complete drug deals. Children hide there to smoke weed and leave trash everywhere in my space. 9. Yes, there are many homeless who walk through the complex going through trash. They will go through trash bags and leave the trash on the ground. Sleep inside the parking carports and use the grounds as a bathroom. 10. Yes, people here do have LARGE dogs. No, they do not pick up after their dogs sometimes. If the apartment above you has a large dog, Goodluck. The only good thing about this place? The maintenance team is very awesome and friendly. They respond quickly to any issues, even during COVID and they take the necessary safety precautions. read more

Rent here is EXTREMELY high and will go up at EVERY year at lease renewal $100 or more. The pictures that are posted online are falsely deceptive. ROACHES are rampet! Apartments are not upgraded for the monthly rent you will be paying. The grounds around the apartments are not kept clean except around the leasing office in the front. Dog poop everywhere and the pluming is SHOT which they charge an EXTREMELY high amount for water/trash in addition to the HIGH RENT and forced renter's insurance. Water is always off due to a pipe breaking. We can never get the right shower temp. Goes from ice berg freezing to scold your skin off your body hot. Parking sucks. If you don't have an assign parking spot you wont find a space if you come home after 10pm. If you have a guest sometimes no extra parking is found anywhere around the complex. Even street parking by the leasing office is taken up fairly early in the day. Did I mention the ROACHES ARE RAMPET!!! I could not wait until my lease term was up.
