Bought a brand new 2020 LQ from the Tennessee location. We are out of state. We have never received the tags for it and it is 2024. Tried and tried. I agree with everyone here about the customer "service." They said they sent everything to our state's DMV but our state's DMV says they don't have anything. We got charged over $300 and were told we couldn't just register and tag it ourselves it had to be done by them. They never did it. At that time the original owner had just died in a plane crash and things look much different as far as the sales locations and website. We are trying again to get what we need to get plates etc and will just have to have paid them an extra $300 something for nothing. A gift. A tip. for horrible customer service. And yes we drove out to pick it up and it wasn't ready. We spent all day there waiting for them to fix it. This required welding in pieces to attach a stud divider to. Crazy. read more

Haven't dealt with a less customer service oriented company in my life! Purchased a trailer in February and I paid 2 separate doc fees and STILL don't have a tag for this trailer. Also filed a warranty claim a month after purchase because the trailer was leaking. Never heard a thing back, so I took it to be repaired myself (apparently they "forgot" to caulk the front top part of the trailer). Submitted receipts and they said they were sending a check. Still have yet to receive it 6 months later. Have reached out multiple times to no avail. read more

We bought a 2016 Shadow Trailer that has leaked since the day we bought it. Shadow has failed to fix it or stand behind the product they make. Spend a little more money and buy from a company that stands behind their product. read more

I responded to an ad online for a used trailer. I was working with a online salesperson, Lori Cropley. I decided to purchase a trailer from their Tennessee location. Lori told me that when I got there it would be all clean and ready to go. After 5 hour drive we arrived and the trailer was filthy. Lights/awning and the advertised working washer and dryer was not working. The mattress was missing and so was one of the propane tanks. There was poop in the holding tanks and the trailer was not clean. After telling Bryce(the onsite salesperson) that the mattress and tank that was in the picture was not in the trailer he had it all put back in. Lori had told me that the down payment check cold be held for two weeks in order for me to do the deal(which she wanted done asap). I told Bryce this and dated the check for the 16th. After we got home with the trailer I contacted Lori and told her the washer and dryer was not working(which Bryce was aware of when we were there). I explained that no one had cleaned or put any effort into getting the trailer ready for me to pick up. I explained I had to pay to have the washer and dryer removed and would now need to purchase another. I also explained I had no keys to the trailer and the awning was broke as well. On the 8th my check was deposited overdrawing my account. I emailed Lori and she acted as if this was never discussed. I told her that I wanted a full refund of the $1100.00 down payment and I felt it was more than reasonable since another washer /dryer was a minimum of $900.00 plus all the issues and fees I had paid to get it out and would have to pay to put it back in. Multiple emails to Lori asking for updates and her saying she had to talk to her manager etc...Then I called the home office and explained everything that happened to the Controller Brenda yesterday. She said she would take this to the "higher ups" and that she was not aware of any of this. Well I get am email today saying they were only going to give me 1/2 of my down payment back at $550.00, period. This is how these people work. SHADY!!! LIARS!!!! I would NEVER buy from any of their dealerships Michigan, Tennessee, Florida, Indiana etc.....I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well as with the bank they work with to finance their loans. They are a greedy bunch of people who have no integrity and do not know hat customer service is! I am now out about another 1200.00 for the remaining repairs and replacements I will have to do to get the trailer to what they advertised and I purchased! read more
