It was a huge relief to speak to a local computer expert who could help me from losing my files due to Microsoft's tech support very bad advice!! I dropped off my laptop PC at his place and he had that thing up and purring like a kitten later that evening! I definitely WOULD NOT recommend Terry for any computer repairs. He had my sons laptop for an hour…read moreand 20 minutes and texted me it was unfixable and charged me $150. Said he worked on it for over 2 hours, but definitely did not. Time stamps don't lie. He also has a car just for his business, but didn't offer to drop off or meet or anything, so I didn't have to drive an hour.
