We were very excited to see that the pricing was not only competitive, but the staff actively looked for ways to save us money. There was never any pressure to upgrade items. In fact there were a few things we had chosen that they suggested we would not need. The owners, family, and staff are all extremely helpful. We set up a time for my daughter to learn to build. Steve (one of the owners) spent several hours helping her one on one. She left with a fully operational computer that she had chosen the parts for and built herself. By the time we left, we felt like we were one of the family! Thank you AMT for giving us such a fantastic experience! I had seen AMT's store near the Sherwood post office & took my Possessed laptop in on an information mission. Steve was in the shop that day and was so kind and knowledgeable that I felt comfortable leaving my computer with him. Little did I know at that time that banks send customers who have been hacked to AMT and this type of crime is not uncommon, even in Sherwood. The voicemail states that the business is no longer supporting new residential customers (only existing residential customers with support plans). I very much appreciated the clear message so I didn't waste time leaving a voicemail and waiting on a return call. Now back to Yelp to try and find someone else.

10 STARS I have been…read moremeaning to write this review for a while, but you know, life, and well, now that my 2019 Macbook Pro is like brand new, thanks to Geeks4Mac, I've been busy! Geeks4Mac are hands down, the best in the city!!!! AND seriously, the coolest cats around! I first went to Best Buy due to urgency and convenience at that time, (super nice folks but couldn't help me) and they quickly tried to sell me a Best Buy tech year membership, or a new laptop. And of course I went to APPLE, but they too leaned on the "buy a new laptop" shtick, things that made no sense to my pocket, nor brain! lol I did some online research and found Geeks4Mac. We started a dialogue via text where I could share my detailed issues. This was amazing. I truly felt heard and felt their integrity ASAP. They were not just trying to sell me something. FYI though, they do sell refurbished macs! And I would absolutely buy one from them if it came to that, someday.
