It's not just the price but his passion to help everyone get their computers fixed for a price much less than a new computer would cost. He spent days running programs and diagnostics then removing all kinds of malware and viruses I had acquired. I even found out that someone was using my computer to send out thousands of spam mail through a "back door" they had created. I also had a virus designed to steal account passwords. Jonathan cleaned all of this up. I believe places like big box stores purposely charge high repair prices so that you figure it is cheaper to purchase a new computer instead of getting yours fixed.
