Those buns take anything to the next level. The sandwiches sell out fast! You can purchase the brioche buns here which have become a staple in my home. The staff is always friendly and helpful and I got an excellent cut of brisket to make corned beef which the butcher helped with...it was amazing! I also love their maple sage sausages, ground sweet Italian sausage, their seasonal peach sausage, and freshly ground beef and pork. They also sell beef tallow, eggs, butter, spice rubs and some sauces!

I originally pooh-poohed the place going solely by the Googly pics but OMG so glad Steve chose this place! Many plants and beautiful irises outside. BUT...I stepped INSIDE the store and the first thing I noticed was the bakery section. Okay, so only one item was gluten free (local bakery offerings) but they were lavender meringues and they were only $1 each! A super unique treat for me! Steve found the freezer with the meat. YOU MUST BUY THE MEAT! Buy ALL the BACONS! We fried up the Irish bacon today (had to find out how to cook it just right) and it was soooo good. Very different and much much much better than any store bought bacon. We also purchased Canadian bacon to try later this week. The tomatos were the first of the season. I cut one up for a tomato, spinach and brie omelette and the tomato flavor stood out. Very very good flavor! I would love (and hope to) return for produce this summer...and for eggs. Some of the items were a bit pricey for us (bacon was a steal for the quality, though) like the bourbon maple syrup and the duck pastrami however these are top notch products I have not seen anywhere else and honestly, the syrup is on my shopping list now if I do ever get back to Holbrook Farm. We also bought local coffee but haven't ground the beans yet. BTW the proprietress was very kind and patient and lovely. Please visit!

I am happy to give them a 5 star review with the quality of the service and especially the food! It's a typical meat store with some of their own packaged sausages and ground meats but they make a mean sandwich. They have about 5-6 sandwiches to choose from. It's also more of a grab and go place, they have a few picnic tables in front to eat at for warmer weather. My wife and I split 2 subs. We had the roast beef and the turkey. Both were very enjoyable but the turkey stood out a little more for me. It was pomegranate glazed turkey breast with baby arugula molasses and a spicy feta dip that packed a punch full of flavor to complete the sub. The roast beef had a horseradish tzatziki and olive oil with their pasture raised beef, everything was really fresh. I could not leave out the seeded bun in this review, soooo good, couldn't be any more seeds on this wedge in a good way, the bread is outstanding. He carries a large selection of Hungarian spices, noodles, crackers and condiments. It's amazing all of the wonderful products he fits into this relatively small shop. We just want to try it all!
