This is a cute little pit stop for coffee and a quick breakfast on the go. The breakfast sandwiches are pre-made and they just heat them up. They're nothing special and far too cheesy for my liking. The people working there are always friendly and the lavender latte was amazing. They have some knick-knacks for sale throughout the store, which attributed to its "back-in-time" vibe as well as some other local farm-related refrigerated goods. This is the cutest coffee shop, and stumbling upon it was the best surprise ever! I was shooting a film nearby, and me and my co-star were in desperate need of a caffeine fix, and wanting something better than Dunkin or gas station coffee. When we pulled into the parking lot, we know we were somewhere special. Greisers looks like it used to be an old colonial house or building, and it was that quaint rustic vibe which I love. Inside they have cute local grocery items, like chocolates, teas, pasta etc. and artisanal gifts as well. I was so happy to see they had matcha lattes on the menu, my all time favorite. The staff is so sweet and down-to-earth, and added some extra matcha to our drinks free of charge because we were so tired. It's such a lovely cafe, and I wish it was closer to me. read more

I've tried really hard to find something to like on their menu but every time I come here, maybe 5 times, it's always underwhelming. The place is a landmark in the town, and it has a very rustic chic charm. But the food just isn't very good. The drinks aren't very good either. Greiser's was a spot of light in the deep dark days of early COVID lockdowns. They set up an easy-to-use website where we could get staples and even yummy extras with a few clicks - and even offered delivery (rightly reserved first for the most vulnerable in town). Now that it's a little safer to venture out, Greisers offers a delicious and eclectic coffee and tea selection, yummy sandwiches, and sweet treats including GF selections. The store is a much-needed "coffee & a chat" gathering place in a mostly rural town that doesn't have too many such spots. And let's not forget Greisers has hosted the popular weeknight pizza truck and tiny holiday markets. This is the quintessential small town business with a big heart and true community spirit. The cafe and groceries have a huge markup. We drove through the town of Easton on our way and stopped in. The store and cafe definitely capitalize on the convenience factor for residents that don't have a close grocery nearby. One of the most expensive and underwhelming lattes that I've ever had. read more

Greisers holds a special place in a lot of Eastonite's hearts. It's been around for as long as I can remember. But recently it's been renovated, and Dick, the original owner has sold it to a new couple. They've done a great job with the place, and it has a lot of unique touches that pay homage to the history. The local breads from Fairfield Bread Company, many of the antiques that one can assume Dick garnered over the years, and labeled mugs for regulars give a very homey feel. The chai tea is delicious, and the grab&go sandwiches are a great option too. Looking forward to coming here again. read more

We love Greiser's so much! The food is so yummy. The lovely store is filled with artisan treasures and serves great coffee. This spot is a beacon of fun in Easton. We love the summer Thursday afternoon cookouts with music and neighbors and is very family friendly. Our daughter played tag and made friends there as we are new to the town and it made us so happy we live here. Adrienne is so friendly, welcoming and brings the community together with her warm heart and knowledge of the town. We are blessed to have a place like this in our neighborhood. Housed in an antique building, it's filled with surprising gifts, kitchen items, and home decor. I got a lavender hand cream that is my new obsession! You wouldn't do a full grocery shop there, but everything that's there is carefully chosen and top quality. And so many of the gifts and groceries are locally-sourced, so it's a nice feeling to support our little town. I haven't even gotten to the food and coffee! I went to this coffee shop today to do some homework. My sister and I each bought a coffee and sat down to study. About an hour later, the owner came over and told us it was "a bad day to do work on a computer," that she was "too busy," and asked us to sit outside or leave to make room for "paying customers," finishing by saying she was "losing money." My sister and I were taken aback, finished our drinks and left. I am incredibly disappointed by this abysmal customer service. It is a very cute place, with delicious food and excellent coffee. Had she even asked if I planned to buy lunch, I would have understood a bit more. I love supporting small businesses and was very excited to be a patron there, but I would now feel uncomfortable returning having been treated so poorly. Disappointing ! read more
