She has serious anger management problems and people should be warned not to leave their dogs alone with her. 5 stars for Jake, who was patient and kind with my friend's dog who has anxiety. Kori has left 2 of our dogs with bleeding nicks and cuts, and has scolded customers and dogs in front of their owners. She is emotionally unstable and one time she even said she couldn't cut a dog's hair because she was having a bad day that day. Sorry Kori, but if you can't handle the stress and don't enjoy your job, just let Jake take over since he knows how to treat customers and the pets they love.

She takes excellent care of my dog-son, he's always so visibly pleased to see her though he tends to be a bit timid usually but he already knows her and feels at ease coming to the grooming location. The grooming in itself is truly the best he's ever had (he spent the first four years of his life in the Bay Area and has seen quite a few skilled groomers).
