This review is long overdue. I visited Lahaina last year in May and the bf booked a reservation for…read morea tour. I didn't check the date to make sure to remind him because I got distracted with other lame stuff during our trip and we ended up missing it. Obviously our fault for missing our own damn booked reservation. Couples vacations are a nice testing ground on which to see what kind of planners you are and how well you can coordinate things together. I learned from our trip that if I don't pay attention to times and when things happen, we miss it. He couldn't get another time calling direct so I contacted them over Yelp and apologized after Sam, the owner, told me they were completely booked that weekend, we were set to fly out that Sunday. I messaged her over yelp and gave my number in case there were any changes because if not, we'd be out our money for 4 slots and wouldn't get to share this experience with our 2 kids on this trip, which put a damper on things. Sam texted me with an available time and made it happen. Grateful and relieved because the experience was great. Didn't see as much wildlife as we had wanted but still neat. Thanks for getting us in before our trip was over and hope the business is still going after the fires (we went before the fires happened). Not sure why the bad review; evidently by the other rave reviews this women-run business persists because they know how to run it. My son took a lot of pictures. I don't have anything to post because as it turns out, I get seasick, so the experience was more for everyone else in my party. Staff was very helpful and nice to me. The girls on board gave me ginger chews and allowed me to go back up on deck to alleviate the feeling in my stomach. Never experienced seasickness in my 20s. Word of advice, don't grow old, kids lol

The glass boat is taking passengers along the costal shore of Lahaina, and the ride is approximately one hour under the water, and the last twenty minutes you'll be allowed to get on the deck. The staff working here are all very friendly and patient. I've seen many colorful tropical fishes and a sea turtle on this ride. I would recommend this tour if you're not capable of snorkeling in the deep water, though there's a higher chance you'll see more ocean species if you go into the water yourself.

What a trip! We returned to Maui this time with…read moregrandchildren and toe. We wanted to take them on some kind of unforgettable boat ride so we had to return to this company. They are fantastic. We found the Dolphin Watch Sail Deluxe which was perfect. And there were dolphins! Literally hundreds of spinner dolphins all over the place just offshore. What a treat. The kids were thrilled. The first thing the captain when he saw them was called all the kids up to the (trampoline) on the front so that they could see the dolphins underneath. The kids were so excited. It was amazing. The boat was spacious for the number of people we had on the tour. Maybe 30? Just a guess. There were lots of seats indoors and outdoors, and people tended to move around quite a bit. The staff were wonderful. They told us about the animals that we saw: spinner, dolphins, green sea turtles, and monk seals. There was also a photographer who took pictures of family groupings. They weren't cheap, $90, but she took so many of our family. It was totally worth it. They served lunch, snacks, and drinks. My only suggestion is that it might be worth a thought for them to eliminate the lunch entirely. There was nothing wrong with it. Pork sandwiches and salad were great, but I just don't see how it's necessary given that the tour left at 1:30. That seemed to keep the staff pretty busy and maybe needlessly? I don't know if it would be worth reducing the price by just a small amount and eliminating that because I'm not sure if it's that much of a draw. It was absolutely perfect. We all loved it! Highest recommendation!

The boat also was not overbooked so there was plenty or room to sit and enjoy the views. The boat tour itself was amazing. The boat was clean, the crew were so welcoming, funny, accommodating. Service was great!! Also I did not expect there to be appetizers on the boat, but they were actually so delicious. We had chips and salsa, grilled shrimp, chicken quesadillas, potstickers and more. I just thought we were only getting cocktails, so I was very pleased.

The level of service exceeded our expectations from beginning to end. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel incredibly well taken care of throughout the cruise. The four-course meal was stellar and much better than we expected from food served on a boat. Everything was fresh, beautifully prepared, and delicious. Between the incredible crew, exceptional service, wonderful food, beautiful ocean views, and Maui sunset, this was the perfect way to end our time in Maui. We couldn't have asked for a better final evening on the island.

I would 100% recommend taking this trip while you are in Maui. It is an experience you will never forget. We started to trip with cinnamon rolls and they provided really great gluten free muffin for me. Then made sure to always provide GF food options for me throughout the day. Snorkeling was fun and accessible because they had prescription masks available, which is a must if you cannot/do not wear contacts and want actually see the ocean life. We had a plenty of time to float and observe the fish. Lunch was delish and they prepared some tasty gluten free noodles JUST for me. On the way back, one of our daughters helped hoist the sail and we were able to catch the wind of a bit. We also had the good fortune of observing a pod of Hawaiian spinner dolphins on the way to and back from Lana'i. Book this trip! It is SO worth it!!!
