Super small shop but the tea was good - if you're looking for a quick tea/boba fox, I'd say this is a nice spot to visit in Kaneohe ; the shop does have plenty of other snacks and things to buy for a movie night or other get-togethers, so would recommend visiting for any general snack needs - Miguel Morales Photography

The service was fast and friendly. The shop clean and organised. As far as the food, the tea was nice and strong, but I do wish the bobas had more flavour. If they did, it would have been a 5/5. I will definitely go again. I did get the wrong tea, but it was good, so I didn't care. I ordered a green milk with boba, but they gave me a jasmine milk with boba. The macarons are delish. Chewy and yummy.

More than just boba! Love that this location has a ton of different Asian snacks and smaller packaged yummies such as sour gummy bears etc if you just want to purchase a bit to sample. The cashier was friendly and helpful with recommendations. The lady in the back making the drinks was super efficient. Prices are a little higher than the boba places in town but you are in Kaneohe! Parking is ample and free so that's a plus. I don't remember any tables inside so this is more of a grab and go place. The bubble tea itself is okay and not terribly bad. I requested not too sweet but felt it was not milky enough. I ordered the green milk tea. If you are in the area craving bubble tea then this place will satisfy the craving!

The best ones I ever had. I tried every where else and we always come here no matter what and it's not as expensive as other places too

Ordered Pineapple+Mango Green Tea w/ lychee jelly & Lilikoi+Mango Green Tea w/ popping boba, both are so good & made pretty fast! Store is clean and has a great variety of snacks for sale. Great customer service, will definitely be coming back again.

Shaka Shaka Tea Express in Honolulu is my go-to for fresh, real fruit drinks. I'm obsessed with their Kale smoothie (for all my fiber needs) watermelon juice with coconut--so light and refreshing--and the lilikoi smoothie with boba hits the perfect tangy-sweet balance. I seriously want to try every fruit they offer when it's in season. Plus, they've got fun Asian snacks that make it even better. Total hidden gem!! I much rather be getting something nutritious for my body than powders and syrups!!!

Best place to get smoothies and adding boba to it is a PLUS! I love getting the mango milk smoothie. Its like drinking out of a mango. It's super fresh and light. It's $8 for a large but it's definitely worth it. They have a stamp card system which is nice to look forward to :) the employees are very welcoming and the owner I believe is the one making the smoothies & she's the best!! I also love how cute it looks inside.

Love this little gem. They didn't use the powder in the drinks and love the natural. The sweet level really have to adjust it. If you love sweet then just get regular if don't want too sweet you must tell while you ordering. Around the store have some snacks and I found the noodle which is my family favorites. Went back to get another package. Not sure the crowd is less so their snacks are limited. Wish they have more variety and maybe I can visit more often. Third time went there for noodle then order taro milk and pina colada. Yummm....support them...

It was more than a tea place. I had fun shopping for snacks lots of lots of snacks. The girl at the register was sweet and kind. She answered all my questions and I had Lots

Located next to the Asian store with ample parking. They used fresh fruit and natural sugar in their smoothies. My taro smoothie was not too sweet and you could taste the fresh taro. I like it more on the sweet side. The boba was nice and chewy. I wouldn't come back because the drink wasn't that good and there have high price, large smoothie with boba is ~$7-$8

Parking is easy to find. The lady who was working was very welcoming and kind. There were no customers. I ordered the Strawberry milk tea (4/5): quite sweet even though I got 50% sweetness. The boba pearls were chewy and smooth. Google/apple pay is accepted here. One thing I do have to say was the price is a bit high and that a $5 minimum purchase is required to use card. However their drink prices do cover a large spectrum. Overall Shaka Shaka Tea Express is pretty good but I wouldn't recommend it due to the price for boba.

Fresh Fruit Smoothies that are better than Jamba. The menu is easy to read and it's not a long wait for your drink(s). I got the Mango milk smoothie. It was so rich and creamy like I was sipping straight out of a ripe mango. The boba is not sweet, but it is soft and chewy. Love coming here for a fresh fix.

The shave ice itself leaned more gritty than fluffy, which was a little disappointing since that soft texture is usually half the fun for me. The flavors also tasted more artificial than I was hoping for and did not really stand out. The shop did have a big selection of packaged snacks and treats that actually looked pretty tempting, though I did not end up trying anything beyond the shave ice. I would not go out of my way to visit again, but if you are nearby and really craving shave ice, it gets the job done well enough.

This place has always been solid for me. It was my first time at the Kailua location, and they were super helpful. I ordered the Kailua Monkey and had them go light on the peanut butter, and they had no problem customizing it. Everything was quick and easy, even though it was pretty busy. Parking was easier than I expected too. There are a lot of shops there, but I didn't have any trouble finding a spot. Inside is a little tight, especially with a couple strollers in there, but honestly it wasn't a big deal. I still got my smoothie fast, and it was really good. Just a heads up -- they may use Skippy or organic peanut butter, so if that matters to you, just ask for organic. It's a gentrified and heavily congested area with all the tourist that visit year rounds. The parking is horrendous so I would suggest visiting mid-late morning on the weekdays or just before they close if you want to beat the rush. I order the same thing from Lanikai Juice because this smoothie is that good! I typically order the Kailua Monkey which consists of soy milk, peanut butter, banana, protein, honey and ice. This is the smoothest and most creamy smoothie you'll ever enjoy. The service was fabulous on the day I visited. The female who took my order was very friendly and they complete my smoothie in less than 10 minutes.
