Decided to give Jamba another try... and was unfortunately disappointed, yet again. Are we serious now?? I paid over $20 for this and my drink and açaí bowl aren't full. I could get past my açaí not looking pretty, not being filled is crazy. The drink not even being filled to the top is just the cherry on top too! Please keep in mind that I was the only person there too. Genuinely don't understand what's going on there.

    Wrong drink lol

This is the worst Jamba Juice ever lol It's been the same story every time I've come here over the past year or so. The workers never seem to care about the customer, acting as if we're an inconvenience to their work shifts. Not even the slightest hint of a pleasant tone in their voices and eye rolls for days. Not only do they not help you, they in fact, make it seem like you're to blame if they don't have the ingredients to fulfill your order. Today's example: ordered an electric berry lemonade smoothie and received an electric berry lemonade in lemonade form. The girl shook it in my face to get my attention and told me I had to take it like this since they didn't have blue spiralina or something. Someone needs to talk to the tall, skinny girl w the highlights and remind that she's being paid to do this, no matter how little bit. If it's not worth the pay to be respectful at the very least, get a job where you don't gotta talk to nobody.

    Oatmeal with lots of blueberries

I don't go to Jamba often but I came this week for teacher appreciation week. I was about to get an oatmeal with one topping. The first day I was surprised how tasty the oatmeal was. The blueberries have some kind of sauce it's soaked in. The oatmeal absorbed the blue syrup and blueberries which was delicious. The second time I came in the worker was not friend at all. She didn't greet me or say my order was ready. It was somewhat strange. This time my blueberry oatmeal did not have many blueberries and there was two small chunks of strawberries which I thought was unusual. There wasn't enough syrup this time for me to eat my whole oatmeal cause some parts were bland without the blueberry syrup. I mean overall it is a good oatmeal but it is inconsistently made.

Service seemed a little bit slow. There were 3 people working and 3 customers and there was still a wait. Somehow the cashier felt that she had to make the orange juice and the other two were making açaí bowl and smoothie. It could be a division in responsibilities I don't know. The store front is clean. When we finished the smoothie, there was large chunk of fruit on the bottom. Never experienced this at Jamba.

New Lava Flow & Fire Flow Smoothies with bursting boba!
    Jillian T.

If you didn't know, now you know that Jamba Hawaii has rolled out BURSTING BOBA to their menu! We tried the: - Lava Flow Smoothie: Pina Colada smoothie with strawberry and apple purée, and strawberry bursting boba. They revamped this drink because that apple was never there before and it hits real nice and strong on this one. - Fire Flow Smoothie: Packed with mango and orange flavors and orange bursting boba. To me, it's like an Orange Dream married Mango-A-Go-Go. But it's missing something. I definitely enjoyed the Lava Flow way more than the Fire Flow smoothie. We ordered 2 medium sized smoothies and it came out to $16 total! Gone are the days when the smoothies used to be $5 each. As for the service, it was a little blasé. The employees were working diligently at cleaning, making smoothies, etc. but with customer interactions, it didn't look or feel too warm, as I remember it being when I used to work there years ago. Nevertheless, you can also add their bursting boba to any of their regular menu items for $1. This promo only runs until March 28, so don't miss out on this one!

This location does not adhere to its hours. You might want to call ahead, or avoid and don't waste your time altogether.

Really helpful and energetic personality! Service is a 5 star experience! Drink Connoisseur Lauren who made our delicious beverages. What a wonderful variety of drinks here! Grateful for Lauren's talented mixologist skills. I ordered the Mamaki with watermelon flavor! 5/5 star flavor here. Irene ordered Lotus Energy Pretty in Pink ( on the tart side, but refreshing side). Open tables to sit on and enjoy. One table in the sun and one table in the tree shade. Support local.

It's a cute little spot in the middle of Kailua, blink and you'll miss it. Had a hard time finding where to park, but other than that, it was a pretty simple to find location. Thank God for maps! In my head, I was thinking "drive up" like "drive thru" but I was mistaken. It's an actual walk up and order type thing. I was surprised that when you walk up to the deck area, there's a server/cashier standing outside waiting to take your order vs a walk up to the counter and order experience. Makes it feel much more customer service oriented. She explained to me the difference in all the drinks, and what I could add to each drink and what not. The matcha is pretty good! I was told that their matcha isn't naturally sweet, you need to add your own sweetness to the drink itself. The server did recommend vanilla, or brown sugar in which I opted for vanilla. That was a nice touch! Overall, the drink was good. The matcha quality is really nice. I have however, tried better. But that's just a personal preference at the end of the day. Will I be returning? If I'm in the area again, absolutely! Customer service is great, and I would love to try their coffee and other drinks. Love that I can bring my kids and they can run on the grass while I put in my order.

It's super local except for what I guess are the occasional tourists that are visiting the temple and nearby campground. The lovely server took my order and promptly brought my decaf coffee. It was very much an old-school diner cup o' joe (weak) but at least it was fresh. I switched to regular caf later thinking it would be stronger, but it was the same. Not a dealbreaker, (but kind of expensive at $4.75 per cup- free refills). My sandwich wasn't stellar because they forgot the cheese that I requested, but I also forgot to order it on a bun instead of regular toasted bread, so it already had one strike against it. But that was my bad. Service was great and local vibe really nice. And speaking of camping, the café sells 20 pound bags of ice for $5. I think that's a pretty good deal and convenient if you're already having a meal there. Not sure how much they sell them for at Times Market next door, but I discovered that they have a small section of camping and fishing gear at the market that's very convenient to the area. I will come back to Times Cafe again sometime, and try the sandwich again ordered "the right way"

It is a little dated and needs some updates, but it didn't hurt my experience. My waitress was very friendly and the food came out quickly and hot. One minor gripe is my scrambled eggs were cooked more like an omelet and they were bland, but I have had worse. The orange juice was much larger than expected. I ordered a jumbo because I always get such small servings. It was not the case here. I would stop by again next time I am in the area. It was kinda dead when I got there at 7:30am, but soon there were more people that showed up. The prices aren't bad, especially for Hawaii and compared to the mainland.
