Worst jamba ever!!! Horrible customer service. And I mean horrible. They act as if customers are an inconvenience from the moment they take your order. This goes as far as the manager herself!! I bought multiple bowls 2 of them barely had any acai. They had way less acai then the rest of my bowls. I took those 2 bowls back I mean each bowl is $12 so it would be nice to get my actual monies worth. The manager automatically argued with me saying it was the right amount and told me I'd need to purchase new bowls if I weren't satisfied. I did argue for 2 new bowls to be made she then asked me for the 2 bowls I had brought back and threw them across the room into the trash. Completely unprofessional! However, the lively blonde woman at the counter today 1/17/26 @ 5:06 pm was totally awesome ! She greets you and has perfect eye contact. Listens with a smile and thanks you for your patronage. She was amazing & makes me want to come back here again. Thank you Jamba for hiring a wonderful counter cashier person because it really makes all the difference. Honestly one of the worst experiences at Jamba juice and probably won't ever return which is sad because I've always gone to this one. A lady had ordered 2 acai bowls before me and I ordered three smoothies. We both wait there anywhere from about 20-25 minutes which is iNSANE especially considering we were the only two customers in there. After almost 10 minutes there was no sounds of blenders going. Then we hear one of the workers say "what are you doing? that's not a priority now we have orders to make" and then they start moving doing SOMETHING. Then some guy comes and drops off food to the workers and they all (including the guy who's dropping the food off) and the workers just start talking in a circle NOT DOING ANYTHING...mind you me and the other lady are waiting. She's looking at me visibly upset and in disbelief that they're not getting our orders out and just socializing. Then they finally give us our order and they don't even say "thank you" or "thank you for waiting" LOL it felt like we were being punked. I don't mind if you talk to your coworkers/friends whatever, but I'd appreciate if they would make our orders WHILE talking. This is the worst Jamba Juice ever lol It's been the same story every time I've come here over the past year or so. The workers never seem to care about the customer, acting as if we're an inconvenience to their work shifts. Not even the slightest hint of a pleasant tone in their voices and eye rolls for days. Today's example: ordered an electric berry lemonade smoothie and received an electric berry lemonade in lemonade form. I don't go to Jamba often but I came this week for teacher appreciation week. I was about to get an oatmeal with one topping. The first day I was surprised how tasty the oatmeal was. The blueberries have some kind of sauce it's soaked in. The oatmeal absorbed the blue syrup and blueberries which was delicious. The second time I came in the worker was not friend at all. She didn't greet me or say my order was ready. It was somewhat strange. This time my blueberry oatmeal did not have many blueberries and there was two small chunks of strawberries which I thought was unusual. There wasn't enough syrup this time for me to eat my whole oatmeal cause some parts were bland without the blueberry syrup. I've been in a mood lately for some smoothies and usually we head over to Starbucks because of the convenient drive-through but know those sugar filled drinks aren't good for you or your wallet as a customized drink can cost you almost $10 but we're not here about Starbucks. This is about Jamba Juice neighbor to Starbucks in Kaneohe establishment is in such a good location, easy parking and a stoplight to help ease you in and out of the parking lot so I can imagine a high volume store. The last two times I was there. I got a smoothie and I really enjoyed those pretzels the Parmesan one and for some reason both times the pretzel was burnt to the point it was not edible and the smoothie was watery with chunks in it. I was so disappointed I don't think I would go back to this location. A smoothie is like close to $10 and the pretzel was five. Don't waste your money here. read more

We tried the: - Lava Flow Smoothie: Pina Colada smoothie with strawberry and apple purée, and strawberry bursting boba. They revamped this drink because that apple was never there before and it hits real nice and strong on this one. - Fire Flow Smoothie: Packed with mango and orange flavors and orange bursting boba. To me, it's like an Orange Dream married Mango-A-Go-Go. But it's missing something. I definitely enjoyed the Lava Flow way more than the Fire Flow smoothie. We ordered 2 medium sized smoothies and it came out to $16 total! Gone are the days when the smoothies used to be $5 each. As for the service, it was a little blasé. There was a hair in my smoothie. As I was drinking, I felt this really weird texture in my mouth and panicked. I quickly took it out of my mouth to find someone's hair. I tried to convince myself that it was mine and it somehow got into my covered cup, but the color was significantly lighter than my hair. Tea Home Kaneohe looked promising on the small screen... lots of 5-star reviews and a 4.5 star overall rating made me head there first. The end result was extreme disappointment. Not only did Tea Home not stock any form of fresh fruit, (even frozen would have been acceptable), but all their flavors come from containers full of sugar and artificial ingredients. It appeared to us to be a travesty if living on Oahu where there are mango trees in ever neighborhood, we should be forced to settle for chemicals and sucrose. Second choice was a nearby Jamba Juice albeit with a two star rating. I never set foot in one before but my guest indicated that they were fairly certain Jamba used fresh fruit. Upon entering the empty store we were greeted by racks of fresh local oranges. Wow! Only in America does a shop serving artificial ingredients score higher yelp ratings than one using fresh fruit... could it be the service? Our orders were quickly processed and the young lady behind the counter even took the time to answer all our questions. The smoothies were delivered fairly quickly and it was fun to watch the process. I satisfied myself with a bowl of fresh strawberries, blueberries, and açai berries. A great experience and we were very grateful. Why f fix others only give them 2 stars? Can't say. But our experience was very impressive and pleasant. First time visiting this location, as we were in the area. BRUH-- I haven't experienced customer service this BAD. Walked in, wasn't greeted by any of the workers, but they'd stare. I said that's ridiculous n the response was, what do u want us to do". Kaneohe loc.... Not sure what's going on. Been to this spot a few times but the last two times has been horrible. This time I ordered online and as I was walking in someone was walking out with my order. The time before that there were so many people inside waiting to be serviced thought I walked into a club lol. And the time before that, my order was messed up but they compensated me. They apologized this time too. I know it's only 2 people working right now so I wasn't tripping off the wait. I also wasn't happy that I was charged a different amount when I ordered off the app. I added my $3 reward and saw my balance to be $18 and then when I checked my bank account it said $21. I looked on the online order and it didn't add the $3 off. So from now on will just use the rewards under the store. Updated review: this is the 3rd time I ordered a acai protein BOWL but they made a DRINK instead. After the first time it happened I make sure to emphasize bowl. Today I even made a hand gesture of a bowl as I said bowl and the cashier shook her head yes. But they still made a drink. I'm speaking loudly and clearly so I don't know how you can confuse bowl and drink. It's so irritating and a waste of my money. So when we ordered multiple flat breads they laid them one on top of the other in a bag. What happens when hot sticky cheese touches paper? The cheese sticks to the paper. When we tried to take our flatbread out of the package all the cheese was stuck to the package. We were left with a naked flatbread with no cheese! I was also disappointed with their new sandwiches.
