Google reviews for this place are fairly overhyped. Important to show here fairly early as they sell out quickly...but I can't tell if this is just because they're in a good location somewhat out of the way from the main street. Cute new bakery addition in the neighborhood. I tried the tiramisu latte- this was interesting as it had actual pieces of tiramisu? In it so it kind of tasted like mush. The croffles were so delicious and the thing to get here is definitely the sweet pork floss cake or bread. The combo sounded weird at first but it works and was decorous! read more

Not enough bakery items available in the morning and if you needed to buy a cake nothing available. Hot coffee to strong. This is my second time here ordered a iced caramel latte which was good and an oreo croussant.croissant. friendly service but more items need to be available for a new bakery. I have to stop by again if I'm in Flushing, NY. The bakery is pretty big there is seating in the back which I was happy about. There is a large variety offered and baked fresh, they kept replenishing while we were there. I love the Korean garlic bread, I would get it again. The service was nice, they were able to give me a extra bag to pack up my other leftovers. read more

Great modern Asian bakery. I loved their wheel croissant and Mochi taro bun. Also tried the salted egg pork floss taro bun but wasn't a fan. It was dry and strange. Also got the monte blanc which was great but small for the price $17. Will definitely be back! read more

I just tried the Matcha Green Tea croissant today and I have to say the croissant is REALLY well made! Very flaky on the outside and soft on the inside. The matcha green tea cream was also really nice, it's a strong green tea flavor, but it's not too sweet, so I enjoyed it. I only had the green tea croissant, but based on that, I'd recommend this bakery. read more

The bakery is really good but the labels need better description as it's not really friendly to Vegetarians. I was pretty upset they put milk form on top of expresso in my latte. Came here a few times bc it's close to the subway station. They barely have any selection on the selves. First time there I brought a cake but they took 30 mins putting that into a clear plastic box. Made me wait across from the cashier while other customers waiting in line stared at me... so embarrassing! For my most recent visit while I was looking around, I saw a worker putting bread into plastic wraps without using gloves. Even if we're not in a middle of a pandemic, using gloves when handling food is basic sanitation etiquette. I was shocked and definitely will not visit again. read more

The Chocolate Ferrero Rocher cake reminds me of Mr. Tu's Bakery chocolate swiss roll. They used to have it, a thick Swiss roll that was covered with chocolate and probably some nuts were under the chocolate covering the cake. It was much less expensive and the same flavor. read more

This is a very rude and unprofessional place. They do not have any phone order function and pressured client to use an app to pay, which is not accessible to all. In like 3 hours I said I can give you a phone number and i def will be here the cashier said no. No training and no courtesy at all. Thinking they are the gold in the heaven while they are not. Been to this place twice, the food are not as good as they advertised, ordered milk tea, but give me coffee, and taste so bad. A lot of bakery items are not available, half of the shelf are empty, when asked why, the staff said it's too busy and too early to make it, com on, it's around 10am, is it too early? My wife and I came here to purchase a cake for Father's Day. The selection of cakes and baked good was wonderful and the cashier/worker there who greeted us was very nice, patient, and accommodating to us. We asked if there were varying sizes to the smaller cakes that were on displayed and and was patient. We ended up purchasing the pork floss taro cake which ended up being delicious when we brought it home. 9 out of 10. The only thing that I'd take away two stars for was the other cashier that ended up finishing the transaction. It was night and day compared to the first cashier. As a born and bred New Yorker, I'm used to the transactional hi and bye, but this was even too much for me. The cashier walked up to the register, yelled "ice!" I guess in response to the ice we received from the original cashier to keep the cake from melting, stuck out her hand and rudely yelled the final price. When I handed her the money, she snatched it out of my hand and pushed my food forward. My wife and I looked at each other and were perplexed and how quick the experience went from sweet to sour. We gave her the benefit of the doubt by thinking everyone can be allowed to have bad days, but even so, the customer shouldn't ever be the victim for it. Would I still recommend this place? Yes for food, and hopefully you have to deal with Bubbles rather than Buttercup. read more
