Overall this is an average Shake Shack. The lines are long and with that requires waiting a while to get your food. I don't enjoy that they make you take a number and then try to find you. Being near the food court some times you can sit right in the SS area. It can take a while for the employees to find the right numbers. If they called out the numbers that would honestly speed things up. I ended up ordering with an employee and man, she was not friendly or helpful. She honestly gave off vibes that she hated her job (which honestly so would I lol). The food it self was good, simple burgers and fries but they hit the spot. This isn't the only burger spot in this food court but it's the best one. Are there other options nearby for better food? Yes- but if you're craving a burger you can't really go wrong with Shake Shack. I would come back if the line was a little smaller. read more

The ShakeBurger was pretty good, but I'm not sure they are worth the price. My daughter loves their cheese fries and it's one of the few restaurants that my entire family enjoys, so they get points for that. Well, unfortunately, I am unimpressed. I must say the ambiance was quite enjoyable. However, their level of customer service did not reach my expectations. When I ordered my yellow rejuvenation fluid, I grabbed a table about 20 feet away from the register. When they made my drink, the lady clearly may have had some chronic fatigue or blindness. Because my pal waved our number in the air for a painful 60 seconds, and she still couldn't find us! It resulted with me needing to get off my comfortable seat and grab the drink for my self. Been here a few times and each time I'm a bit annoyed mostly due to service. First time I ordered burgers and they came out with the wrong toppings. I did get them replaced ith the correct toppings, but it took some time and by then everyone else was done eating. This last time I came in just for some if the custard icecream. Ordered 3 of them. The wait took forever! The place wasn't even that busy. Week night around 730. I eventualky walked up and saw my 3 custard icecream cups were sitting in back while the lady kept filling up other orders. I found a manager and asked if he could at least bring me the icecream before it all got gross and melted, which he did. I was more annoyed because my icecream was already melting. Who likes slow service and melted icecream? As far as space, ample seating. You take a number after ordering on their kiosk and bring to your table. Then they bring food to your table. read more

It's all about the taste, and a Shake Shack burger comes with plenty of it. I am a Shack fan. My wife and I used to live in NYC and frequented the original, actual "shack" location in the park. I am a bit mixed on this location. It is in MoA, so it got packed, like every other food place as the clock approached lunch. It was very busy, with a line and a crowd waiting for food, but by no means mayhem. The person who took our order was friendly and we were able to find a clean table to sit at. However, waiting for the food was a different matter. From the time I ordered our food, my wife wandered the rest of the food court, carefully inspecting many menus, ordered food, and brought it back to our Shack table and began eating before our Shack food was ready. This is pretty bad. I watched what was going on behind the scenes and it seemed that burgers and fries were not coming out a few at a time, but rather in massive waves with very long gaps, with the expo person scrambling to fill the orders when the food avalanche hit the line. Hopefully, they fix this because, otherwise, the food and service were pretty good. read more

She told me it's a distinguished food store in Dubai and it's not like McDonald's or Burger King it's more like a dining in every single mall in Dubai. I hate my live choices every time that I come in here. It seems like a good idea to get a great All-American hamburger, some fries, and either a shake or drink. But, it's overly expensive, it takes like four days to get your meals, the place is dirty as a barn, and employees look like they're dying inside minute by minute. They need a bit more hustle. I'm glad to have had the chance to try them during a week night as I remember always being intimidated by the line during the weekend. Don't remember if they had the iPads for self ordering before but it was pretty nifty this time around. After placing an order and supplying your cell phone number, you'll be texted updates and ultimately when your order is ready you can pick it up using your name. So, this location was way more chill than the one off of Washington. Doesn't mean I didn't enjoy myself less at either. Walking in, you're greeted with 5 star customer service with a smile . The one in the Mall of America is busy, but they have implemented self order through screens which goes pretty quickly and is very hassle free! They will text you when your food is ready. We waited around 10-15min. I like that Shake Shack had a burger for everyone. The classic shack burger for people who like tradition, to the mushroom burger for the vegetarians. I will warn the beef tasted a little too salty, so be careful for those watching their sodium intake... Make sure to try their Pride Shake! It is very fruity and creamy and will fill you up. I got some kind of regular burger with cheese and lettuce and sauce, and it was fine. The fries were VERY average. I got a concrete mixer that tasted great, though, so there's that. The people working behind the counter were not very enthusiastic. They also gave me a pager-thing which was pointless, because they just called my name out and didn't page me. I've been dying to try Shake Shack, but honestly it was very underwhelming and did not live up to the hype. I mean it's a decent burger, just not as amazing as I thought it would be. The crinkle cut fries are definitely worth it though. I didn't realize I had to tell the person I wanted tomatoes and lettuce on my burger. I just assumed it would come with it. However, I received my burger with just the patty between the buns. I felt kind of dumb. Luckily, my boyfriend let me have his lettuce and tomatoes. I have been to a Shake Shack preciously in Vegas but wondered if this place would hold up apart from the scene and environment that goes with Sin City. We were in for a day trip with visiting friends at the Mall of America and decided to hit Shake Shack. We ordered the traditional cheeseburger, a hot dog, the mushroom burger and fries. You can tell the budgets are fresh and there is a greasy but delicious taste that comes in every bite. The crinkle fries are amazing, cooked to perfection and are a great addition to the burgers. The mint shake and chocolate malt were to die for and the overarching best part of our meal. Shake Shack isn't even going to win the best burger award but is a delicious meal and in the middle of a mall provides some delicious fuel to shop. The ice cream was terrific. However, here's why I'm rating it a 3/5. The "Christmas sugar cookie" flavor title is rather misleading. There are red and green sprinkles, with a small amount of crumbled sugar cookie on top. All this was just piled on top of the whipped cream. I would've preferred that all the toppings were blended throughout, and also more toppings included. Because once I ate the whipped cream, I was just eating plain icecream.
