Overpriced and not kid friendly. Walked in during lunch on a weekend, and this place was nearly empty. This location is nice, clean, and spacious. Lots of seating indoors and a few tables outdoors. Ordering was quick and convenient. No lines, as ordering is available at multiple kiosks. Our lunch came out quick and everything seemed freshly made. We really enjoyed the cheese fries and the burgers were good. However, this does not justify the price. Everything was priced ala carte and there were no kid's meal options. Each person's meal was about $20 or more. We could've easily spent LESS than this at a regular full service restaurant. Overall, the experience was decent, but unless you're okay with overpaying for basic fast food burgers, it's better to go elsewhere. Also, the burgers were a little on the small side. First and last visit to this "fast" food place. Ridiculously expensive, low quality food, and slow. You order yourself from a kiosk, then they prompt you for a tip with payment. Come on now! That's just insulting. All Items are ala carte. Popcorn chicken was $9, fries were $5, and a soda was almost $4. At the risk of sounding old, good grief! How is fast fried food $20 a person? Portions were child size. We received 10 chicken balls in this sad little cardboard boat. Chicken was mostly breading. We also received about 10 fries and they had spilled all over the bag (see photo). Order took About 20 mins. Our bag sat on the counter in front of us for 10 mins, but no one called our name or number. When I asked why, they said it was because they deliver it to your table. Craving a burger and shake we decided to try a new place and we were not impressed. This is supposed to be a fast food chain but with speciality burger joint prices. For 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 shakes we spent $50. Not worth the price. You order everything separately, no meals or combos. I'd rather go to a sit down restaurant and spend that on a better burger and shake. Honestly the in n out across the street tastes better and is a better value. We both got the classic shake shack burger, it's a smash burger so very crumbly and falling apart. The special sauce and the butter bun was a nice touch but the meat flavor was off. We didn't even finish our burgers. The fries were not crispy and lack luster. The strawberry shake was good, a great classic that never goes wrong. I'm not saying anything wrong with that cherry limeade, but they are not alike. They are the same ONLY by name and that is it. There is nothing like a hot fresh batch of crinkle fries with ketchup. It just can't be beat and finally the banana pudding milkshake. It had so much layers and depth that if you closed your eyes, you would think that you were having banana pudding and if I would've had a spoon, I would've popped off the top and ate it like it was banana pudding. That's how delicious it was it also had these cookie crumbles at the bottom kind of like a Like a graham cracker-Ish shortbread-ish crumbles. Prior to this Shake Shack Opening, I had never heard of, or been to one, so I was excited to try it out! My initial impression was good, it was new & very clean. There were quite a few people dining in. I started to use a kiosk to order when a staff member advised me he could help if needed, or take my order. He had a very positive attitude & personality. I decided since I had never been here, I'd have him help me with my order. I decided on a SmokeShack single, added pickle & crispy onions, as well cheese fries on the side. I advised it was to go; he provided me a number & told me to take a seat. My food was complete in a timely manner & brought out to me. The experience itself was great & fluid. When I arrived home I unpacked my food, I found that it was well packaged & put together. Unfortunately, I feel as though my 16 minute drive home made the meal less appetizing than I expected. The burger was a little sloppy, the fries weren't super crisp, etc. Outside of that, I can't say the burger itself had much flavor. The pickles & crispy onions were good, the cherry peppers gave it a nice kick, but the burger itself, was bland. I really wanted to love it, but was a little disappointed. After ordering I was told I had to purchase $10 worth of food. Even when I calmly pointed out the sign directly behind them that said with a purchase of any item, nothing was done. The food is excellent! I like the tenderness of the burger on a potato roll. The Patty looked like it was hand shaped in that it wasn't a perfectly round circle of dense meat. Crinkle fries were, as was the cookies and cream shake. You walk in and it's self-serve ordering with at least six machines. You put in the number of the table tag you selected, and they find you and bring out your order. This place has both a trash and recycle bin. I took away one star due to the volume of the music. My ears almost hurt when I left, and it felt so good to have the quiet of my car surround me... and I like music. Two shack burgers, fry, and milkshake cost around $25. The hamburger was great in every way. The shake was wonderful and tasty. I'll never go there again. The ambient noise level in this uncrowded place was overwhelming. It was a constant cacophony from the un-muffled kitchen. There was music playing but who or what was indecipherable. The problem was acoustics, There wasn't a soft surface in the place and somehow the semi-open kitchen was placed to amplify the din. I don't do takeout. My friend and I came here yesterday. It's been probably 10 years since I've went to a shake shack. My friend had recently been to the one in Castle Rock and she said it was trash, but wanted to give this location a try. She got the Korean spicy chicken sandwich with regular fries. I got an avocado chicken bacon sandwich with spicy Korean cheese fries. The Korean fries weren't spicy at all and the cheese tasted like cheese whiz, but I'm not gonna lie, I kinda liked it... but still no real flavor. My avocado chicken sandwich was crispy and not soggy at all. It had a good flavor but was a little messy and was falling apart a little. My friend's Korean chicken sandwich, she said, was a little bland. There was a little spice there, but not a lot. I will say I was pleasantly surprised by the fries. I expected them to be a little soggy as well, but they had a nice crisp to them, but again, no flavor (no salt at all). Over all, I would still try this place again. For the two fries and two sandwiches I paid about $35. read more

I have already sent my feedback to corporate and they were of little help. Apparently "Shake" is what hey do, not burgers. Did not have a shake because $6.50 seems a bit much. Burger experience and price turned us off for good (along with lack luster support from corporate). Ordered a bacon cheeseburger on lettuce and that is what I got. A burger, slice of cheese and two strips of bacon between two leafs of lettuce that looked like soggy green tissue paper. Burger patty tasted decent so two stars. $9 (What???). $3.50 for a small coke (cup of ice and maybe 5-6 oz of Coke). Service was mediocre and ambiance was lacking, unless you like watching The Jetson's on TV. We were in a hurry and hungry, wish I had read reviews before we went.
