Double shack burger, double cheese burger and crinkle cut fries
    Aramis R.

I stopped by for a quick bite and was reminded why Shake Shack is always a solid go-to. First off the Cookies and Cream milkshake is on another level. Super creamy with real chunks of cookie blended throughout. It's rich without being too heavy, and every sip delivers that perfect cookie-and-cream combo. Honestly, I'd go back just for that shake. Now, the burger. I got the ShackBurger with bacon. The bacon was perfectly crisp and added the right amount of crunch and saltiness to balance the juicy, flavorful beef patty. You can tell they use high-quality meat--it's not greasy, just tender and well-seasoned. The bun? Soft, fresh, and lightly toasted, holding everything together like it was meant to. It didn't fall apart halfway through like other places. Crispy crinkle-cut fries on the side rounded out the meal perfectly. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the whole place felt clean and welcoming.

What I believe is one the the best burgers you could possibly buy. The flavors of the burger are phenomenal. The meat grade is high quality to the point you can both taste and feel it. The service here and excellent and works like clock work. The ambiance gives that of a relaxed food court. I highly recommend these burgers if you haven't tried one.

First time at a Shake Shack - I love me a good burger and Shake Shack delivered! We ordered our food at the counter and everyone at this Shake Shack was very friendly and professional. We ordered a double cheeseburger, two single cheeseburgers, double Carolina bbq sauce cheeseburger, two order of crinkle cut fries, vanilla shake, ginger ale, strawberry lemonade, unsweetened tea, and sprite - it came out to be $65. It was all very delicious! Smash burgers are my absolute favorite and Shake Shack knocked it out of the park! The service was great, the one woman brought waters, condiments, napkins, utensils, and even refilled our drinks for us. I'm so happy that we visited this location and will definitely visit the Pittsburgh location when we are back!

The service at this location is always good for me. I've been here multiple times, and the food is always great and up to par with Shake Shack's quality. Shake Shake burgers and fries are always great. The milkshakes are also good. The shack sauce is excellent.

Came for the new dairy-free chocolate shake and it did NOT disappoint. 10/10 So happy to have a vegan option, even if it's just sweets! Miami needs a vegan shake that isn't out of reach for most. Staff was very friendly and were super efficient.

I'm not much of a burger person, never have been, but I will say shake shack is a go-to for me if I ever want a burger. I like smashed , thin patties. That's the only way I'll eat a burger and I find their burgers to be flavorful. I get their original shake shack burger, with everything on it. The buns are nice and soft and the fries are nice and crunchy but soft on the inside.

Service wasn't great, and the food assembly was a bit wild. The ingredients are the usual for Shake Shack, so the flavor was good. My burger with bacon had the bacon mostly outside of the burger. My wife got the lettuce wrap option instead of a bun, and there was so much lettuce you could hardly find the burger. Staff wasn't friendly or welcoming, and the dining room was pretty messy. Overall a little unpleasant.

The plain tart was very thick, the Greek honey sweet, th hazelnut & chocolate were perfect. We were directed to walk around the corner to sample frozen yogurt that we equally luscious. While waiting on line I went into the private bathroom stall to wash my hands and it was immaculate. I tasted the Greek biscuit frozen yogurt, and didn't need to try others since it was tangy and full of flavor. The cups were large, I took one and served myself. I didn't try the greek honey chocolate, tart, wild beer nor mango. We got to the immaculate topping bar and the fresh fruit, nuts, candies ... were overwhelming. My yogurt went on the scale, and it was heavier than I thought, but worth every penny and bite. At $1.35 an ounce it was worth every cent. The selection of smoothies & bowls would make a perfect lunch. In 2012, David, Tanja and Jonathan opened a Go Greek Yogurt in Beverly Hills. Ingredients are sourced & imported directly from Europe, bringing the taste of the Mediterranean to the Coconut Grove. Currently there are six shops in the Miami area, one in Manhattan, Kuwait & a few in California. I'm thrilled that Go Greek Yogurt is coming to City Place in West Palm Beach across from Eataly. I joined the club & downloaded the app; I'm very ready!!! However, I'm equally afraid because the calories & grams of sugar are not posted!

ChatGPT actually suggested that Go Greek Yogurt was the closest thing I'd find in Miami, so I was excited to give it a try. The yogurt itself was good, but the surprise came at checkout. Three frozen yogurts came to $56!!! We honestly thought there had to be a mistake. Even in Seattle, Hellenika wasn't anywhere near that expensive. At that price, it's very difficult to justify going back. While I enjoyed the product, the value simply wasn't there for us.

She wanted to create her own business that fostered community around food so she thought of opening an ice cream shop. The only problem was neither Kim or Tyler had ever made ice cream before they decided to go into business together. They started out experimenting in Kim's basement with farm to cone locally sourced ingredients. One of their most famous flavors is bone marrow with smoked cherries. Eventually they began selling ice cream from a cart in the Alberta Arts District of Portland, Oregon. They have now grown to 50 locations and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is part owner of the company. Salt & Straw's motto is "If you ever stop believing in magic, eat some ice cream." In 2021 Salt & Straw opened their first east coast shop in Wynwood followed by this location in CocoWalk in March, 2021. A Lincoln Road location opened on September 1, 2023. I was in the area for the King Mango Strut when I had a craving for ice cream. Based on the line everyone else in the Grove did too. The seasonal flavors were Double Bubble Toil and Trouble and Cranberry Orange Sorbet. Limited edition flavors included Blood Orange Froyo Creamsicle, Chocolate Pistachio Milk and Cookies, Peanut Butter Brittle Caramel Fudge, Death by Chocolate Chocolate Cake, and Bananas Foster with Candied Pecans. After a few samples I decided on one of their most popular flavors Sea Salt with Caramel Ribbons in a waffle cone. I appreciate that they go heavy on the caramel. I love the way Salt and Straw is always changing up the menu with seasonal flavors and collaborations with other area businesses. Their creativity always shines in their unique flavors.

I have a serious nut allergy, and at most ice cream shops, employees are willing to take reasonable precautions, such as using a clean scoop and serving from a fresh container in the back to reduce the risk of cross-contamination. When we explained my allergy, the employee quickly told us that she could not accommodate it and immediately returned to watching the FIFA game on a laptop. Two young employees were working at the time, and despite there being only one other customer waiting, they seemed distracted, rushed, and more focused on the game than assisting us. I completely understand that a business may not be able to guarantee an allergen-free environment, but the lack of concern, explanation, or effort to assist was extremely disappointing. Sweet Melody makes all of their ice cream from scratch as well as any baked goods that go into it and toppings. They don't use any artificial colors or flavors. The 16 percent butterfat ice cream is made without egg yolks and can be described as having a rich and dense texture. An egg yolk French base is used for flavors like creme brûlée, key lime pie, and brownie batter. They offer creative signature, weekly, and seasonal flavors. I have enjoyed Sweet Melody ice cream at the Citadel in Little Haiti and at their Kendall location. I was really looking forward to coming to the Coral Gables shop which opened in October of 2022. Interestingly this location didn't open until 5PM. In any case the timing worked out perfectly for us and there is even free parking in the lot behind the store. We were the first ones in Sweet Melody's as they were turning on the lights and by the time we left, there was a crowd behind us. I wanted to visit this location because they have more of a variety of scoops rather than just selling the $12 pints. A single scoop of ice cream is $6.50. After a taste test I decided on the Strawberry Pop Tart but the Krispy Treatz was a close second. The Strawberry Pop Tart is a vanilla ice cream with homemade strawberry pop tarts. I really enjoyed the large chunks of flaky pastry filled with strawberry jam throughout the ice cream. I really wanted my ice cream in a waffle cone but was told that it would be an hour before the machine heated up to make the waffle cones! While I enjoyed my ice cream in a cup my friend bought a few of their pints to go. I ended up getting the Berry White pint along with her haul. Unfortunately my pint had none of the promised raspberry swirl. Sweet Melody's tastes like a care free summer. I love how they generally get the ice cream to mix in ratio just right for my taste. I like a little ice cream holding my sweet treats together. I wish they had all of the pint flavors available as scoops but no bueno. The June special Pina Colada Cake was really calling my name. I also discovered too late the incredible looking BDAY Cakewich made with cake batter ice cream in between slices of cake. Maybe next time.
