LOCATION: Sweet Scoops is located in the new shopping/apartment complex at Brookfield's Four Corners. There is ample parking in the adjacent lot. FOOD: I tried a special -- Dubai chocolate ice cream. I chose the chocolate-dipped waffle cone. Next time I will try the bubble cone, as those are made as ordered, ensuring cone is crispest. AMBIANCE: The space is unusually large for an ice cream shop.
