Another amazing visit! First time I decided to get red meat at cheesecake and I must say I was not disappointed. The filet mignon was so worth the price and the meat itself was cooked to perfection. Although it was a dinner rush the service was fairly quick and refills were always ready available when asked. The restaurant looks absolutely stunning with the dark glow of an evening settling in. We were looking forward to dinner, but just to be disappointed. My daughter ordered the kids' salmon, only to be told after the rest of our meals were already being prepared that they had run out. She was understandably disappointed. I asked if they could substitute grilled shrimp instead, and the answer was simply, "No." As someone who has spent a lifetime as an actual chef and now a district manager in multiplie parts of the food industrial , that response made no sense. Shrimp is less expensive than salmon, easier to cook, and would have been an easy solution that would have turned a disappointed child into a happy child. Instead, there was no attempt to accommodate us or offer an alternative. This wasn't about the cost of shrimp versus salmon....it was about customer service. Great restaurants empower their teams to solve simple problems and create positive experiences. Unfortunately, this felt like another chain restaurant more focused on protecting the bottom line than taking care of its guests. We went upstate to visit family for the day and decided to have lunch here prior to walking around the mall. Our waitress had a busy section but still managed to provide great customer service. It had been a long time since I ate here and forgot how busy this place gets. The restaurant looked clean and everyone was on the move helping each other out. I had been craving a turkey club and this was perfectly made. My GFs ceviche looked amazing and tasted delicious according to her. Customer service was on point thanks to Johnathan P. He was prompt, polite and made sure everyone was taken take of at our table. Made sure to check up on us every time we might need something. We ordered the Miso Salmon, it was just as good as i remembered. Also got the Cuban Sandwich and my husband was happy it was delicious. We got our son the pasta with Parmesan and broccoli. He is a picky eater but he ate most of it, smiling and enjoying his pasta. We ordered some drinks, both were smooth, a bit on the strong side but we enjoyed them. The Pineapple Moscone mule was a great mix and the hydrated pieces of pineapple gave it a little tang. The Coconut Mojito was smooth and perfectly mixed, the mint wasn't overpowering at all. Stopped in for lunch and wow were they busy! After looking through the massive menu, I finally decided on one of the specials (ceviche). My aunt got chicken and waffles and my partner got the club. The presentation for the ceviche was really nice but above that, it was absolutely delicious. The factory is a nice chain experience, the location is very convenient and the food and service are solid. Location has tesla superchargers nearby if you need that and of course has the mall right there so you can get some shopping done after the meal. We had people arriving from NJ and MA so the highway Location is ideal. Food is good, no complaints and the selection is very large so everyone including the vegetarian and from very old to very young found something they enjoyed. Portions mean you will have a meal at home from the takeaway bag. Deserts are great as always, it's their obvious signature move. Price point at $38 per person is very affordable imo, could be less if you don't double dip on drinks and desert etc.. Servers were very attentive, and helped us take group photos. Sad that this restaurant is going downhill. Went to dinner tonight - slow for a Friday. Waiter messed up my friend's order; wrong type of Fries that she asked for, no wine sauce on side of steak like she requested, tiny piece of steak, while my Shepherds Pie had a pool of grease on the bottom. Our server was excellent, very friendly, entertaining and attentive, so that set the mood for the night. The food was pretty good. The things I sampled were the breads of course, which I loved. Especially the pumpernickel. The Calamari, avocado rolls, bow tie pasta. Shrimp from someone's shrimp and pasta dish, Korean barbecue chicken. I had the chicken Caesar salad. It was decent, but I've had better. I'll give it a 7/10. It was dimly lit. Very warm decor. For my daughter's birthday, she requested the Cheesecake Factory. My wife is a rewards member, so we were able to make a reservation. The table was ready when we got there. Plenty of parking outside. It is connected to the mall but not in the mall. Very clean inside and a very friendly staff. One of the first things you see is a giant refrigerator of cheesecakes on the right. It automatically puts you in a good mood. Kaitlyn was our waitress and did a great job. She consistently checked on us and even sang happy birthday to my daughter when she brought out her piece of cheesecake. The food is amazing. There are so many choices of appetizers, small bites, entrées, desserts, and duh cheesecake. The nachos were some of the best that I have had. Loaded with everything you can think of and layered properly. Every chip had something on it. I also enjoyed the crab bites. Pretty much crabcakes fried into a ball. The pretzel bites were also very good. The fondue cheese really put it over the top. The leftover cheese was used as a vehicle for the french fries. I have the mac & cheese, burger. Delicious and filling. I almost couldn't finish, almost. I sampled a small piece of the peanut butter fudge cheesecake. Very creamy and delicious. Overall very satisfied. My only issue was the price. We came with a large party to CF, and tasting the food sure came in handy. The layout worked perfectly, fitting enough of us in one space. Reservations sure made the difference, which I highly recommend when having a large party, just like us. With that adding up, waiting definitely brought on the game. Our waitress did a wonderful job accommodating all of us, from start to finish. We were fortunate to get support from the rest of the staff while bringing out our appetizers (can't forget about the awesome-tasting bread), entrees, and also desserts (cheesecake). Even when it was busy, coming by no surprise, the staff got it together, but please have patience. For the main entree, I ordered the French Dip Cheeseburger, very tasty and enough to fill me up. I wasn't expecting the burger to be cut up a certain way, which seemed to reduce being messy. Give this burger a try, and you won't be sorry. Thankfully, I had room for some Chocolate Cheesecake as well, which you can't resist. I loved the Cheesecake Factory. Until I went yesterday on 04/25/26. My wife and I went to grab a nice dinner and enjoy our date. What looked like enjoyable food turned into disaster when my wife's Pasta Da Vinci came out watery, cold, and what is supposed to be "chicken" mixed into the dish. It was not edible and she could barely eat it. The Fried Calamari was dry and overcooked. And The Cuban had undercooked pork and has given me food poisoning as I write this review. Please train your Chefs better or get a new crew so people don't get sick!!! read more

Of all the franchise restaurants the Cheesecake Factory is the best. Their cheesecakes are delicious and they had so many different choices. The only drawback was their prices but considering the current economic climate they are reasonable. The waitress Angela was good although she never brought out the water we asked for. The place wasn't busy when we went so I think she needs to concentrate a little more because there really wasn't an excuse to forget. Water at the table used to be standard. Conveniently located at the mall. There was a bit of a wait, so we decided to be seated outside. We of course enjoyed the iconic macaroni and cheese balls, as well as the cheesecake. We ordered the cheesecake to go at the counter in the lobby. My friend enjoyed the miso salmon and said it was one of the best she's had. I had the shrimp and steak. Both very good. The shrimp was in a creamy and citrusy sauce. The plate, especially the potatoes, were a bit cold. Meghan was a great server and made sure to check in on us throughout our meal. read more

It was ok my pasta was overcooked and just not good. it took FOREVER for the food to come. It took 10 MINUTES for them to refill my water. The employees were nice but not enough of them. So... where to start? We had a 6 pm reservation and waited for 30 minutes and then finally went up to host stand and asked what's going on and we were told "oh we texted you, your tables ready" which never happened. We then waited another 20 minutes for our server to acknowledge us and ask for our drink order, and she was quite literally the rudest, most unfriendly human I've ever encountered. She honestly seemed like she was angry at us and it was tense when she came over & we felt like we were intruding on her evening..very odd. Appetizers were good but main chicken dish was questionable and I'm pretty certain it was veal or maybe fish?? It was not poultry though. Perhaps flamingo? honestly it was unrecognizable meat. The waitress HATED us and wanted us gone immediately, cleared food while still eating, basically tossed silverware at us and rolled eyes on numerous occasions... very weird experience. Overpriced and not good. Server was tattooed and very curly haired female. Ohh and to top of the lovely experience there was a piece of thin plastic or a string of some sort in my mysterious meat. The food was not satisfactory with the rice being undercooked, the curry was lacking seasoning, portions are not matched to their prices. I'm here to say great things, all because of Brittany (I know I'm probably spelling her name wrong!) - the cool girl with the cool tats! We came here on a Sunday evening with some friends and had such an amazing night out thanks to our bomb waitress. Despite it being such a busy night and her handling her tables and being a rockstar doing everything herself, she made us feel comfortable and at ease from the moment she introduced herself. We knew things were going to take long but given her kind, chill, awesome vibes, demeanor, she made everything so much better. Yes, things took long, yes we had to wait. But that's to be expected! You're at a restaurant and if you're out with friends just having a good time, who cares! Especially if your waitress that evening is as awesome as Brittany! As soon as she was able to, she hooked us up with the brown bread, water plenty of butter even olive oil and vinegar. Once it came down to placing orders, I had a pretty complicated burger request and she nailed it down without a problem. Because she's so easy going, as it should be! We had a great night with our friends and thanks to her even better. She's a really hard worker that actually cares and values her job and her guests experiences and I just wanted this to be acknowledged. My family and I went for the first time to this location. At first everything was great, our server (Brianna) was super sweet. The service and food were good. When we had asked for the check, we told our server that we have a $20 gift card from a different Cheesecake Factory. She proceeded to tell us that our gift card was invalid and that there was a $0 balance. I honestly thought I was the one that was mistaken but I wasn't. I logged into the cheesecake factory website for the gift card and in fact there was a $20 balance. We told her to try again but she insisted that she had put the number into the system correctly. She gave us attitude once we asked nicely to try again and she wouldn't not and walked away. As former server, I found this situation to be very frustrating and upsetting. This Cheesecake Factory location at the mall was clean and there was not much wait to get in on a weekend afternoon. The staff at the from and our server were all friendly and efficient. Bread and drinks were served quickly and kept full. The food was not as well prepared though as other CF locations I have visited. The food was cool when it was brought out and the chicken was dry. We came here for a birthday lunch for my best friend. Between the phenomenal service and the delicious food and large portions it's one of our favorite "treat yourself" places. We had 2 waitresses due to shift change and they both were excellent. Very on top of things and incredibly kind. I mentioned that we were celebrating a birthday and they surprised my friend with a little sundae and candle. Our food was delicious, our favorite app is the Buffalo blasts. The only complaint I have is the spinach dip wasn't hot and lacked much needed flavor. But other than that, our pasta dishes were so flavorful and so filling. Even our flavored Arnold Palmers were so good and had a little sugared rim to add to the fun.
