    Avocado Bacon Burger single patty.
    Neville E.

The food is still as good as I remember, it has been a few years since I last had Shake Shack. I really loved my avocado bacon cheeseburger, the hotdog was OK. It's still good but it wasn't mind blowing. Now the milkshake that was something else a lot of flavor a lot of taste in a small amount of cup. That's gonna become my new favorite milkshake. My order came out quickly. Everything was made to my liking. The overall Ambience is quiet and sterile, which is good.

Ordered at the self-service kiosk and took a number stand to place in our table. Food was delivered to the table hot and fresh. Really enjoyed the flavor and quality of the burger. Not completely sold on the krinkle style fries. Clean restaurant with and abundance of seating inside and out.

2 Double ShackBurger in lettuce wrap & Fries

Come here often and usually for a quick pick up, have not yet dined inside nor outdoor patio. Food is always fresh and hot when picked up. Today is the BoGo deal for double shackburger and we decided to get them in lettuce wrap. Never disappoint , loving this shake shack location!

Big Shack Tasted OK , complete mess to eat due to the buns being so small, and likely contains a fourth bone fragment
    Jeremy C.

BONE FRAGMENTS IN MEAT I ordered four "big shack" burgers. Because they had a deal for buy one get one free. To be honest, the burgers were pretty decent except for the buns being too small and very soggy. I would've preferred a larger (if need be lower price/quality) bun. After every bite of the burger, I had to wipe my hands because the bun could not house the toppings due to how small it was. I ate the first burger and two or three bites into it I bit into something Very hard that hurt my tooth. And I spat out what appeared to be a bone fragment. I thought it was an uncommon coincidence and ate the rest of the burger with no more fragments. Then I start to eat the second burger and about halfway through it. I bite into something that's hard, hurt my tooth again, and once again I spat out a bone fragment. Then following that I foolishly thought there was another coincidence. Decided to eat a third burger. Lo and behold the third burger contained a third bone fragment. Following this, I decided to call the restaurant and the managers multiple times today and they did not pick up so I left a message. I contacted the Service that I ordered it from, and the issue is being investigated. And following this, I will be contacting the Montgomery County Department of health. I I still have the bone fragments and and the fourth burger. I will be keeping them as evidence. Side note- I ordered the garlic Parmesan fries. They were said to come with garlic aioli sauce for dipping, but I did not receive it. And the portion was extremely small. I don't recommend getting the fries, but the burgers are OK when they do not contain bone fragments.

    Thai iced tea shake

This location is very nice and the staff is pleasant and everything but I spent my $10 birthday promo code on a Thai iced tea shake and it didn't taste anything like Thai iced tea . I hate wasting food but I don't want to consume 800 cals of something I dislike the taste of. Wish I could give it to someone. I KNEW I should have gotten the Oreo shake. That's what I get for being adventurous . Tl:dr if you love Thai iced tea, do NOT get the shake. This ain't it.

    Very sad burger
    Patricia O.

This location was packed and chaotic. I had Shake Shack elsewhere and enjoyed it, but this one really missed the mark. The burgers were disappointing, two out of three were made incorrectly, and all of them looked sloppy. One had pickles thrown in the bag, another was missing cheese and lettuce, and the third was just a squished mess with a very sad green film that I guess can be called lettuce. The taste didn't make up for it either. Definitely not coming back.

7.19.24 Burger, fries, lemonade, and frozen custard all five stars. Only wish their portions were larger and that they had combos to be most reasonably priced. They do offer catered boxes of fries and burgers in servings of 12. Orders can be placed at kiosks or the counter. You pick a number at the kiosk and enter it in and the food is brought to your table. They have a pickup area for online and app orders. Service was great. Seating and parking were adequate. Only thing that would have improved my experience was if tables and seating were cleaned off more frequently by staff.

The shackburgers were excellent. Weird how someday it's really quiet and others is really loud. Today, super quiet at noon on a Saturday. Food was ready very quickly and tasty. I think the Angus burger is still my favorite but the spice on this burger is a great change.

We had a take out order for one plain burger the we customized a bit with onion, pickle, and the sauce on the side which was not used. Also an order of fries. It was fresh, and tasty. They serve a good quality bun. The customer service was 10/10.

We have driven by here many times but finally stopped in. You have the options of ordering at the counter or kiosk. We opted for people interaction. The Korean BBQ cheese fries, a limited time item, was delicious. The fries could be a little more crispy. The two burgers, single ShackBuger and double SmokeShack, were good; however, part of the burgers were not well done even though we ordered them well done. Overall, it was a good experience.

    Lettuce Wrap Shack with cheese.

The Shake Shack location had a welcoming ambiance with warm lighting, and the Shack Sauce on the Shack Burger tasted like relish-less Big Mac sauce. It was fresh but not as flavorful as the Black Truffle Burger. The hot dog was just okay and didn't stand out compared to the burger. Custom options on the menu could be little confusing because somehow I accidentally ordered the lettuce wrap twice instead of just lettuce on the burger. Make sure don't choose the lettuce wrap if you like the buns with it. The burger was $8.99 and hot dog $5.49. ShackBurger 6.5/10 Hot Dog 5/10

After doing some shopping at Lowe's I placed a mobile order for take out, which was ready early! There was a promotion for a free hot dog, otherwise I wouldn't have ordered one. That being said it heated up nicely for lunch the following day. The shack burger was excellent as always and their cheese fries are some of my most favorite. A nice treat on. Friday evening after the work week.

    My patty is extra small.

As I drove in the lot, I could tell the place was busy (a line in their drive-thru and lots of folks at the entrance (ordering or picking up, I was not sure). I was willing to wait. I saw they had some June specials and a few caught my eye: Brookie - Upside Down Pineapple Cake Jamaican Me Crazy Key Lime Pie Mixed Berry Cheesecake Strawberry Matcha Chocolate Raspberry Truffle Ube There were some others, but I could not decide on which one I wanted (wished I could try all the above). I settled on the one called "Jamaican Me Crazy". The employee described it as: Coconut Ice Cream with Fudge Swirl and Almonds. I only got 1 small scoop since I was trying it for the first time - it was good. Next time, I will need to get 2 scoops as I really enjoyed the flavor of that one. The line in front went very quickly as I sat and ate my ice cream on the premises. There were several employees tending to the customers. I wonder if I can make it back before the end of June to try some of those other flavors, seeing that I have a $1 off coupon.

I noticed they added more lawn chairs since the weathers nice! The staff is always helpful and quick at serving orders. They have a bunch of flavors to pick from and honestly it can be sort of a hit or miss. The classics are always great though like the cookies and cream or butter pecan. I got the cherry vanilla and honestly that's my bad because I thought it would be real cherries not maraschino cherries lol. The mixed berry cheesecake was so good though, it had a mixed berry jam and graham crackers swirled throughout. The pistachio was another slight miss for us. I appreciate the amount of pistachios sprinkled throughout but the base was giving amaretto/almond flavoring as opposed to a true pistachio ice cream. (I also don't like amaretto) so that doesn't help lol but overall glad I tried the flavors and now I can try different ones next time!

Calling the selection good would be an understatement. Flavors and styles lined the walls, and they have even introduced seasonal spring drinks alongside their custards and Italian ice. I ordered a gelati, which came with two flavors and the option to add a warm brownie in the center. They also offer prepackaged pints to take home. The only item that could not be sampled was the not fried chicken, their iconic Shark Tank inspired creation shaped like a chicken leg, where the novelty lies more in the form than the flavor. Some flavors had intriguing names like Tiger Blood and Midnight Fantasy, and the staff were more than happy to explain each one in detail. *Midnight Fantasy: featured a chocolate base mixed with chunks of brookie. It leaned heavier with a slightly grainy texture from the cookie pieces, but the chocolate itself was not overly sweet. It worked best when paired with something lighter. The brookie itself was well balanced, with a fudgy brownie component and a cookie that had a snickerdoodle like quality. *Mango Italian Ice: had a clean, fruity flavor and a smooth texture. It was not overly icy and paired nicely with the custard on top. *Honey Milk: was my favorite of everything I tried. The honey flavor came through strongly, both in taste and aroma, while the milky richness added a smooth creaminess. It paired beautifully with the Italian ice and balanced the richness of the Midnight Fantasy. *Spring Break Soda: was an interesting take on a Sprite style drink, with kiwi syrup, blue raspberry syrup, grenadine, and cold foam. It definitely delivered a sugar rush. There was a tropical feel, but it may be best suited for those with a serious sweet tooth. There is likely something for everyone here, and the friendly service makes it easy to find your match. While I would probably skip the sodas, the Italian ice and custard stood out for their quality.

There were endless fruity and chocolate combinations to choose from. I had a chuckle at their Luck O' The Irish flavor, a leprechaun inspired mix of mint Oreo and Lucky Charms. There was a sign stating that samples were limited to two, but I appreciated that the employees let us try a few extra given the overwhelming variety. *Lavender Honey: leaned far more heavily into honey than lavender. I was disappointed by how faint the floral notes were. The base was overly milky and dominated by sweetness rather than any delicate herbal flavor. *Cherry Blossom: suffered from the same issue of muted flavors. Supposedly a rose water and cherry combination, neither ingredient made much of an impression on the base. The rose lacked any fragrance and the cherry failed to provide either tartness or brightness. *Salted Caramel: slightly too aggressive with the sea salt, though it could have worked if the caramel had more depth. Instead, the caramel lacked any rich, toasted flavor, leaving the overall profile rather flat. The variety was entertaining, but the execution fell short. Many of the flavors sounded far more exciting than they actually tasted. The mix-ins and toppings needed to be incorporated more generously, and the bases themselves required stronger infusions to carry the advertised flavors. In the end, the playful names were more memorable than the ice cream itself.
