No way this place has less than 5 stars. The food and service is always consistent. They always great you and when you depart. Food is make fresh and never inconsistent. Chicken way is juicy and I like how it comes attached with the wing and drum. Plenty of seating inside and some outside.

They have delish chicken tenders and fries. I could honestly come back just for that alone. Super juicy, meaty chicken on every tender, love that. I got the buffalo and it was super flavorful with that nice buffalo zing. I bet the honey butter sauce on the tenders would be bomb too. Not the biggest fan of their chicken sandwiches though. If you're a slow eater, think twice because the bottom toasted potato bread gets soggy from the sauce + heat, and it becomes a mess if you don't eat it fast while it's still held up by the bread. If you do still prefer sandwiches, I'd recommend the Honey Butter Sandwich over the Isaac Sandwich. The honey butter one was way more flavorful and not dry. The broccoli slaw on the Isaac Sandwich was kinda bland and the meat wasn't anything crazy. I liked how the honey butter soaked into the chicken more -- made it more enjoyable. Chicken was sometimes stringy? Tough to take a bite out of maybe because of the outer layer of the breast, not too sure? Fries were nice and crispy. Also tried the mac n cheese, very cheesy and soft. Pretty good but nothing crazy. I liked the mumbo sauce to dip my tenders in lol. The Isaac sauce was good too, lowkey reminds me of Chick-fil-A sauce if you were curious. In terms of vibes - lots of seating, big airy restaurant. Very clean and cozy inside, and they also have outdoor seating. Could be a cute spot to grab drinks with friends.

Fabulous, moist chicken for a great price! I came in on a Thursday around 12:30 and it wasn't very busy! If it was warmer, I would have sat outside on their lovely patio. I ordered the 3 chicken strips with buffalo sauce and it was perfect amount for just me. The fries looked good so I'll try them next time! Delmy was awesome! She helped me at the counter and then brought out my meal with two sauces (blackened ranch and blue cheese) which she explained worked well with the buffalo sauce. Such a lovely touch! And she was right! Then she came to check on me (and the other patrons). And then she came at the end of my meal to pick up my 'clean plate'. This is not your typical counter service experience so be sure to tip accordingly Nice array of beer and wine too!

Came here because we heard the chicken sandwiches were really good. Got a chicken sandwich and the bread pudding. Chicken sandwich was okay in my opinion; the chicken was on the drier side and there was nothing special about it. I thought maybe it was a one off so I did get it again another time but maybe it just isn't my cup of tea. I don't think it's bad, I just don't think I would go out of my way to get it. Honestly would try it a third time because maybe I just got unlucky twice. The bread pudding here is excellent though. It's very moist and flavorful and it goes well with the white sauce they lather on top. If you come here, definitely try the bread pudding! Shared a bread pudding with three people the first time and then we went back and each got our own.

Saw very high reviews of Isaac's poultry market online so since I was in the area, I decided to visit. I came in around noon on a Wednesday and it was empty. The person working took my order immediately and everyone working there was incredibly nice. The space is really open and airy, with plenty of seating indoors. I got my sandwich and mac & cheese within 5 min. The sandwich was very good, dropping with honey, and chicken was crispy and well cooked, though maybe a touch too tough in some places. The Mac and cheese was also great. And price was good and there was plenty of free parking! Great place, will be back!

I came here for lunch off of the recommendation of some friends in the area in this place did not disappoint. When I got there, I arrived before the lunch rush, so ordering was really quick. The staff was very, very kind and helpful in answering my questions about the menu. There's plenty of seating if you wanna dine in in the bathrooms were clean. I got three tenders with a side of fries. Three tenders comes with two sauces and the fries comes with Isaac sauce so I was able to try a couple of different ones. The tenders and the fries were hot and crispy. My tenders were nice and juicy as well as well seasoned. Out of the sauce that I tried, the Isaac sauce was the best in comparison to the black and ranch in the hot honey mustard. If I'm in the area, I will definitely be back again.

Excellent chicken sandwiches that might be the best in the DMV. Wifey and I spent the evening in Gaithersburg Rio and on our way home, decided to dine for lunch at this establishment. The service and ambiance were on-point. If you are in the area, please stop by and judge it for yourself, however I highly recommend!

Tonight was my second time there after enjoying my initial visit with a very kind and informative gentlemen working the front of the restaurant who suggested that I come back and try their new sesame chicken sandwich. I came in today and walked up the front register and ordered the said chicken sandwich recommended to me by the staff here during my first visit along with a small fry and proceeded to ask for some ketchup packets or a small ramkin/container/dollap of ketchup. I was promptly told that I would be charged extra if I wanted any ketchup?? And that the sandwich comes with their fry sauce already. The front register lady this time said that I NEED to choose between their sauce for the fries or ketchup I guess I must have underestimated how bad the economy is currently or overestimated how well this self proclaimed "Best Chicken Sandwich in Maryland" place is doing that requires this level of recuperation for any and all costs, even a few grams worth of ketchup The icing on the cake was when the front desk lady brought out my fries and sandwich on their tray, she literally proceeded to grab my fries from the tray and looked at me expecting me to take it from her hand. I asked her why she was handing me my food item by item instead of just giving me the tray with all the food on it. She told me I am not allowed to have the tray and the food must be taken off the tray and if I was to dine in I need to eat it off the table. I mean at this point maybe we can get the president to bailout this spot with some tariff alleviation or subsidies or something to help it survive as it is pretty clear it needs some serious support at this point.

I've had wings from a lot of places, but this spot seriously stands out. The wings were perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the sauces? Next level. I tried the Buffalo, BBQ, Old Bay and Honey Butter and each one slapped. The vibe inside was chill, service was quick, and everything came out hot and fresh. Whether you're a flats or drums person, this place delivers. Definitely my new go-to for wing cravings!

I really wanted to love this restaurant, and I will go back again, but I'll try something different next time. I got the honey butter wings, I mean, who can resist the thought of honey butter? Obviously, not me. I ordered 6 wings, and my first thought was that they were really kind of small. Then I realized that you weren't getting 6 drummettes or flats...you were getting 6 whole wings. They were still kind of small. So what you got most of was honey butter sauce. There wasn't much chicken there. But they were served with a few pickles, and pickled carrots, and they were really good...and you needed them to cut the richness of all that honey butter sauce. My nephew ordered the chicken sandwich... with honey butter sauce. He said it was "ojay" but really messy. But the sides! I got a very fresh and tasty side salad with tomatoes, cukes, and onions...really fresh and delicious. The French fries were nice and crispy, and the Mac and cheese was out of this world! My friend Amy got the chocolate and banana swirl...and didn't taste any banana. Oh well. We'll try again...but no honey butter sauce next time!

Food was decent but not special. Wings and fries were good but broccoli slaw overshadowed the flavor of the signature chicken sandwich.

We asked the host for an odd favor and not only did she honor it, but also followed up well after we were seated. Our server, Josh, was so knowledgeable on the menu items (both food and beverages) and gave the best recommendations. Our drinks were delicious and strong, and the food was reasonably priced and pretty tasty. We left stuffed and had to go boxes so you can say you get a bang for your buck. We did have an issue with one of our entrees, but it was quickly handled with care. All in all, zero complaints. Burtons is a solid choice for a casual restaurant.

I reached out and was speaking to the back end and was told that they were sorry for the quality and quantity of food and that they would mail me a gift card. I am attaching a photo of receipt of how much we ordered. We ordered a chocolate cake, the photo online showed a massive slice of cake, ours looked as if someone cut half of it off where the cake is supposed to be pointed. $12 for half a cake. My bfs meal was supposed to come with two sides. He ordered mashed potatoes and cole slaw. The mashed potatoes were in with the steak and it was a small portion that looked like a small ice cream scoop, ribeye ($49.00). We did not get the Cole slaw. We ordered a house side salad. It was literally a huge chunk of iceberg lettuce thrown in a bowl with some of the sides. ($14.00) I ordered the steak frites (34.00) the fries were fine, my steak had these weird pieces (see photo) inside, that were veins or ligaments but def not edible and very chewy and gross. I chewed a few pieces and kept having to over chew and then would spit out the pieces because it was rubbery, after the second piece I noticed the texture and then spit it out, then saw whatever it was that was causing the texture and issue. Seeing that immediately made me lose my appetite. So I was left hungry and turned off by my meal and filled up on calamari and fries. I have ordered this before and it usually comes with a nice amount of slices. Mine came with four pieces of sliced steak. We ordered the calamari and had no complaints. The back end comes to my house and drops off a GC of $25.00! Which to me is an insult. For that they can keep their cheap cop out. I will not be back. We spent $134.00 and tipped $19.00 for a take out order. And all they could give us back for a terrible experience and quality of food was $25.00?! Their salad alone was $14. The cake is $12. So basically come back spend more money and we will cover one simple thing but several of your items were sub par and or gross. I would not recommend. This restaurant took a lot of money and did the bare minimum to fix the issue and threw a minimum amount to appease the customer. But didn't mind taking my hard earned money, which I will now spend elsewhere. I also will be mailing back the card. Whoever came to my condo to drop off the gift card came at midnight. Which to me is weird and an odd time to come to someone's house. I have it on security video.

Dear Management, I…read moream writing to share my family's experience during our Father's Day visit to your restaurant. Unfortunately, what should have been a special celebration turned into a very disappointing experience due to the service we received upon arrival. We had a reservation for 4:00 p.m. When we arrived, the gentleman at the host stand was not welcoming or friendly. He simply told us to "step to the side" and that someone would assist us in a few minutes. As the minutes passed, we continued to wait without any communication. During that time, a white family of five walked in without a reservation and was seated immediately. At that point, I approached the host stand to ask what had happened and why we had not been seated despite having a reservation. The host searched for our reservation, asked what time it was scheduled for, and then casually stated, "I think someone stole your table." I was shocked by this response. I asked how that could happen if he was responsible for managing the seating. He had no explanation and, more importantly, never offered an apology for the mistake or the inconvenience. A manager later came over and asked what had happened. After I explained the situation, he appeared genuinely surprised and concerned by what had occurred. Once we were finally seated, our server acknowledged the delay and kindly offered us an appetizer because of the long wait at the front. We appreciated that gesture, but it did not change how unwelcome we had been made to feel upon arrival. I am writing this letter not because I am looking for compensation or anything in return. My purpose is simply to ensure that no other family has a similar experience, especially on a day meant to celebrate loved ones. Every guest deserves to be treated with fairness, courtesy, and respect. A sincere apology from the host at the time of the incident would have gone a long way. I hope you will use this feedback as an opportunity to coach your front-of-house staff on the importance of customer service, communication, and accountability. Thank you for taking the time to read my concerns. Sincerely, Ms. Deas
