I was drawn in by the novelty of the concept but the execution I wasn't wowed by. First thing I ordered a chicken waffle cone and was told the prices on the board were old and it was more. I get inflation, but I am disappointed when boards aren't updated. It's also not updated in their website which should be a lot easier to do than updating in store. I also ordered a taro bubble tea and were told they were out of some flavors including that and got matcha instead which was also disappointing. The drink came pretty quickly and was a solid flavor with plenty of tapioca pearls. The plastic top was hard for me to penetrate with their straws and took a lot of effort to pop into the drink. The food took a long time. In the picture the cone is laid out on a plate but it is actually served in a mug so it's hard to eat. The chicken tasted good as did the mozzerrella stick but it mostly ended up being fries. The cone was sweet which didn't pair well with the fries (maybe would have with the chicken if the chicken wasn't all piled on top. At the end of the day, almost $20 for one of their cheaper meal options and specialty drinks. It was nice, but for the price, the food wasn't special. I think sticking to any of their chicken-only dishes is a good bet though. read more

Kinda pricey for the amount of food your getting. $40+ for 16 wings, fries and 2 sodas. The chicken has a good crunch but it's mostly batter. Not a fan of The sauces, they chipotle mayo had a citrusy taste, there was another pink sauce that came with the fries but didnt like as it tasted old. Not sure if I'll be coming back. read more

Can't think of any way this food or service could have been better, so, 5/5. I called in an order for pickup. They had everything I wanted except for the Pink Lemonade Slush, so I told her to just nix it. When I arrived to pick up my order, she had replaced the drink they didn't have with a complimentary Pink Lemonade Shaken Tea with Mango Popping. Main order was the Honey Soy Fried Chicken, a Chipotle Mayo Chicken Sandwich Combo, and a Matcha Bubblr Tea with Mango Popping. Perfect amount for two people for lunch (and we have leftovers). I also like how the fries were packed--in their own "compartment" to keep them dry from any sauce. Nice touch! read more

Came here the day that they opened (4/23) because my friend hyped it up. Definitely a great decision. Food: I asked the girl what she recommended for food and she said that the garlic soy chicken and waffle box was their most popular item at other locations. I said let's go for it. It's honestly surprising that this is one of these places that the pictures look exactly like how it was served. Everything tasted delicious. I did go on a run beforehand and had a strawberry milk tea which wasn't pleasant, but that's because of me. I went to W&B for a nice lunch with a friend. We ordered sat ourselves down and waited it took less then 10 minutes to receive our food. We ordered MacAs we received it the food it looked delicious and had great presentation. I ate the food and it was really good. The place was also very clean and looked like a nice place. A variety order of entree, side, and drinks. Everything was stuffed into one stapled brown bag and we ended up spilling a drink because it was too heavy and the bag ripped in half. Need some common sense there from the employees. I'm somewhat glad I didn't have to drink one because the other drinks gave a good sense of how bad the other one would've been. Made with flavored powder it would've done better with flavored ice cream. This place tries a little too hard, putting 2-3 garnishes on everything. It feels like this place is going through an identity crisis trying to be a fusion spot. The ranch chicken was clearly made with the honey soy so it was way sweeter than supposed to be and comes off as lazy. (Just stick to waffles with fruit topping and you'll be fine) read more

The texture of the chicken was not good - it seemed like frozen chicken heated up and not fresh. I tried each of the different pieces but they were all the same, and I couldn't eat it. This is only a review for their drinks. If you're looking for bubble tea expect to be disappointed. The drinks do not contain actual tea. They offer non dairy drinks with whip as well as frozen slushie and shaken tea. I get that the concept of the colorful drinks is to make it look IG worthy, however the drink does not taste good at all. I ordered the watermelon bubble tea with mixed fruit jelly and it was all sugar and artificial flavoring. The topping was also an additional charge. Save your money and go elsewhere. read more
