Plenty on parking in shared parking lot. Kiosk to order which I never like. Ordered for 3 and our order came out pretty fast and was accurate. Burgers were tasty, fries were good, and pop is well pop. I was not impressed and the cost was not a good value for the size of the burgers or portions. Over $20 a person for three of us buys a much larger burger meal almost anywhere else we have been. $4 for a large soda? Really?? Had to try them, but doubt we would make the trek back. read more

Cold burger, cold fries, runny shake. The side of cheese sauce had maybe 2TB of sauce in it, the burger was basic, super small and not worth finishing. Threw it all out. For $40 it was not worth it and will not be returning. read more

Service is slow so slow I went to the counter after 20 minutes to see what was going on and they lost my order. They gave me my shake but it was warm and liquefied by then. Just horrible. My dining companions said the burger wasn't great and over priced and so were the nuggets. Fries were cold. Probably won't be back ever. This is our second time eating Shake Shack but our first time dining in. The girl that was taking our order was not very friendly and seemed like she lacked customer service experience or just may have been overwhelmed so I'll give her a pass. However, there was a gentlemen name Sean that was very friendly and exceeded expectations. My son dropped his water on the table and he came and helped us clean it up, also kept checking in if we were doing ok which is not usual for a fast food type restaurant. He also went around to tables asking if kids wanted a coloring page. IMO, Shake Shack does have good quality food for being considered "fast food", the patties are smashed and have good flavor. Genuinely a day ruining place to try to eat at. Dont arrive early for a pickup order or you will be waiting 25 minutes after the designated amount of time and the order will still be wrong. Take forever or give me a quick order that's incorrect, not both. read more

We didn't have any prior experience with Shake Shack, but had heard from others that it's "pricey". Well, I had a coupon code to use with the app so we took advantage of the opportunity to try it out for the first time and loved it! First of all, the burgers had a wonderful homemade flavor, and the service was great. Took a little while to get our order, and they are pricey for fast food (in the Carl's Jr. price range, I'd say) but the quality is a step above the McDonald's and Burger Kings because of the fresh ingredients and how things are prepared... definitely had a good griddle flavor to the burger instead of conveyor belts and heat lamps, and the crinkle fries were DELICIOUS! Fresh and crispy! So, I may look for other discounts to take advantage of to help with the cost, or trade a cup of water for a soda, but I definitely plan to return! read more

Hands down the best burgers, and I've tried many over the years. I am so impressed. They nailed everything... perfect meat patty, perfect flavor, fresh ingredients, perfect bun, ... I savored every bite and the calories were worth it. To note, I had a double patty shack burger with bacon added to it. I also ordered the regular fries and was equally impressed with the fries... perfect crisp on outside and the was as it was supposed to be. The flavor was expected with the fries and I appreciated that they weren't overly salted like most places nowadays majorly over-salt. I will definitely be a repeat customer and can't wait to try other things on the menu, such as the vanilla custard. We've missed the one time Couve frozen custard places called Sheridan's so this will especially make my daughter happy. Awesome place, calories and money well-spent! read more

Just tried Shake Shack on 164th Ave in Vancouver Wa with the family. They would not use any of the deals listed on their app and said they were not set up to use at all yet. We tried the mushroom burger and it was so small and mostly cheese with hardly any actual mushroom inside all the crispyness. Fries were nothing special we couldn't find in grocery frozen section. Vanilla & Strawberry shakes tasted good. We will not visit again and just wait for Ridgefield In N Out to open! Prices are very high for the quality received. Save your money. read more

These people talking about "value" and complaining about size/price.... This place is defined as a "gourmet" fast food joint. The quality of the food is levels above what you're getting at Wendy's/Mcdonalds/etc. Not to mention the price of everything going up these days.... We got two burgers, added bacon, pickles, onions, two fries and a malt for $37. The average price of a lackluster value meal is $16. The food was fantastic. Fresh, visually appealing, and full of flavor. Nothing sitting around pre made (even though they were busy as all get out). My chocolate malt was decadent, like almost too chocolatey for my liking and so much flavor. We walked away from this experience and my boyfriend said he thought this was one of his best 1. Burger experiences and 2. Shake Shack experiences. And I'm in agreement. Also, the staff was friendly and attentive. Shout out to the lady with glasses, the patterned headband and bangs who was working today who was about 45-55 y.o. You were incredibly kind and went above and beyond in your job. The food was meh, gave me an awful stomachache. Ambiance was just fine. Nice new building. Service was....... AWFUL because of waiting too long and the Nazi door chick at the front on Saturday pm. We tried out he newly opened Shake Shack on 164th in Vancouver WA on 24 April at about 1800/Thursday. We tried to order through the app but this store does not have the app set up for online ordering yet. The line took 15 min to get from the outside of the door to a kiosk (only two) or order at the counter (only one register). Also, no beer or wine (on the menu) was available for purchase yet) Once ordered, our meal took 25 min to arrive (2 burgers, one fries, and milkshake). We were looking forward to the meal (we are from the East Coast) after a long time with no Shake Shack. Sadly, the burgers were overcooked and dry and noy worth wait. Talked with the manager but it would have taken to long to reorder. This was sad. Likely won't return. Sahe Shack was such a disappointment! read more

First time eating here, it's on my not going back to even if I am craving a shake! The double cheeseburger was questionable the shake was supposed to be chocolate vanilla yet my wife's chocolate shake tasted the same the cups were not marked which one is which and the waiter had to guess at the shakes. The fries I have had better fries out of a frozen bag that I make at home. Finally I am not interested in going to restaurant that has gender neutral bathrooms. Men and women have different needs and having a bathroom that is not setup for a women's needs is disrespectful to women. The burgers are good. The price is terrible. 3 burgers,two fries and deep fried pickles $40. I do not like the way they dont cover your fries or burgers in your to go bags. The fries are in a boat put in the bag. The burger is wrapped with one side exposed. Milkshakes $7 why? Its milk,ice cream and maybe 1/4 cup of berries. Ac at the Vancouver location is awful. I will not be back. Any grass burgers you can cook at home. It taste the same, except you get 3 bigger burgers for $9.50. If you are thinking of getting this door dash your nuts. Shake Shake was very busy with a line out the door. My burger was a smash burger and well seasoned but I didn't care for the sauce and the bun was too soft and kind of soggy. The shake was ok but not great. The service was good and they bring the food to you and the service time was good for even though they were busy. read more

I just left this place and I have to say I am not impressed. For a new franchise Shake shack's burgers do not taste good. You can't hide behind two slices of bun lettuce and tomatoes and cheese. I took two bites of a double cheeseburger and was disappointed and the only reason I took the second bite was because I was still kinda hungry and wanted to make sure that I'm never coming back to this franchise. The french fries they weren't all that great as well they weren't hot and Parmesan on the fries wasn't very flavorful. I wanna say this, I know everyone doesn't make burgers the same, with that being said, there are a few basic ingredients that you cannot miss out on when adding them to your burger patty. Seasoning is the main one. No matter what seasoning you use you cannot neglect the flavorful bite of a burger. Shake shack, in my opinion, is an overrated experience that charges way too much for their products. And their products don't measure rock. The young people that were cooking the food were doing their job I had no issue or problem with them. They look like a little worker bees in the kitchen making honey, in this case burgers, and was very polite when they brought my food to my table. I think you get the point and I think I've made it very clear, this is not franchise. and if someone's wondering why I gave two stars it's because I'm business owner and I know the effort it takes to get your business to the public I know that pain sweat and tears that it takes to come to Market. The two stars in no way reflects my interaction with any of the workers being negative or something that they could've done better or differently. read more

The Burger was vegetarian and very good, but very, very over done! It was cooked crisp as a cracker! Fries were ok. Shake was ok. The burger size was very very small. The Price was very very high. I don't think it's worth the cost. My wife would like to return next year. I'll save up. read more
