I'm done giving this location another shot. I've been pissed off every time we come. And I knew they were screwing people over on the portions. TOGOs is a franchise. They're supposed to follow the same standards across the board. They are cutting the oz being served every time. Last time I offered to drive and physically go into the store (instead of a DoorDash order for my family). Unfortunately this location is set up where you can't see them making your sandwich. But proof is in the pictures. Per franchise /corp website 4oz of meat is allocated on all sandwich's as a standard. People can pay for extra portions but 4oz is a standard REGARDLESS of size being served (mini, regular, large, etc). Not only is 2oz on the printed receipt but the SCALE shows they didn't even give 2oz. F THAT. Never coming back. It's not even about getting the sandwiches right. It's being robbed at least 4 times in a row when we've ordered. read more

I've been wanting to check this place out since they opened but have seen such mixed reviews. Finally decided to come by the other night to check it out. It was very bright and clean when I walked in. No other customers in there and only 2 employees behind the counter. They greeted me right away and were patient with me when I couldn't decide on what I wanted. I ended up getting a chicken bacon ranch wrap and a chicken Caesar salad. The wrap was okay -- fresh enough and tasty -- but nothing special, as it seemed very skimpy and portion was so so small. The service was decent. Overall, an average experience: good for a quick bite if you're in a hurry or if you want something simple and healthy. They have lots of options for sandwiches and wraps and salads. Long time since I've been to Togo's and it's still great! Staff was super nice brand new digs were lovely and the food was abundant and fresh as always. Both sandwiches were stuffed with everything ( all fillings available: pepperonis, tomato, onion, lettuce pickles everything was crunchy with bright flavors. I had the Italian my fav and my hubby had the Rueben pastrami filled with everything of course. Big fountain soda pop you pour yourself. Comfy seating spacious and you can order on a station or with staff your choice. Easy to find off first and 182nd in the new shopping center across from Walmart highly recommend Togo's ! Decent sandwiches. We stopped by for lunch on a weekday and they were quick to make our order. Considering the price point of the sandwiches, I wish we were given more options/better service as this was our first time coming. We ordered two sandwiches, the italian and a pastrami cheesesteak. The meat to bread ratio was okay. They forgot the pastrami on the pastrami cheesesteak, so we had to drive back to get that fixed. Sandwich was decent, definitely a fresher tasting subway. Not sure if i'll be back, as I think there are better places for lunch at this price point. read more

This is a new place here in Vancouver East. I've had the sandwich shot before and I've always enjoyed it. Today was no different. I got a 6 inch tuna. The bread was very fresh and a little chewy. The tuna was white and very tasty. I enjoyed the customer service and the price was right. They have a lot of selections of great looking sandwiches. I was a die hard Togo's fan growing up in the Bay Area of CA. I was so excited to find a location several years ago when I was living in the Beaverton area. So when we finally got one here in the Camas/Vancouver area I was very excited. Even better, they have an app that will let you order ahead and then just grab and go. My only complaint about the app is that you can't fully customize (I'd love to ask for extra pickles). The #24 Turkey & Avocado sandwich on wheat is my favorite and it is absolutely incredible. The portion size is genuinely impressive - this sandwich is packed with generous amounts of fresh sliced turkey that's piled high. The avocado deserves special mention - it's Hass avocado that's hand-mashed daily in the restaurant, and they don't skimp on it at all! You get a substantial amount that adds the perfect creamy texture to every bite. The wheat bread is fresh and hearty, providing the perfect foundation for all those quality ingredients. What really stands out is how everything tastes so fresh - from the turkey to the veggies. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure my sandwich was made exactly to my specifications. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained too. If you're looking for a sandwich that delivers on both flavor and quantity, the #24 Turkey & Avocado on wheat at Togo's is absolutely the way to go. What a great spot. The smell of fresh cut ingredients as you walk in gets your senses tingling and the sandwiches didn't disappoint. I've been going to TOGOs since the late 1970s. Back then we order the #7 or #9 and the meat would be overflowing from the sandwiches. On special occassions we ordered a family sandwich. All sandwiches were always made in front of you. So you could add topping and see it made I keep going to TOGOs in the 1990s. TOGOs had started to franchise and the process was the same, made in front of you but a little less meat and double the price. Yesterday went to the Vancouver TOGOs and was shocked by the franchise changes. No more getting the sandwich made in front of you. The meat portion was small, more bread and toppings than protein. The price had gone up alot even with less meat. Dont recognize the place anymore. read more

The Reuben Pastrami was bland! The Parmesan bread was chewey - eeewwww! The thousand islands spread was thin and bland, too. The cherry Dr. Pepper was flavorless. I had chips, as well. I didn't appreciate having to wipe down my own table. And all for over $18!! Badly done people. read more

Togo's was one of our favorite sandwich stores in California, so I was really looking forward to visiting this new store. It was not up to the Togo's standard. The bread was a bit stale. The hot roast beef tasted bland and dry. Very disappointing. I'm thinking it was due to the rather low traffic to this location. In California the turnover is fast and everything is very fresh. I hope things get better and Togo's expands in the Vancouver area. I hope "In and Out Burgers" has a bigger reception in the PNW. read more

They have the best sandwiches and salads. Portions are big and everything is fresh and so delicious. My favorite I crave is the Asian Chicken Salad. (Get it with extra sauce) I have to have it at least once a week. This is a new location so everything is very nice and clean. Lots of seating. Nice staff was very fast. read more

Wanted to check out this "true to the sandwich" place Signed up for their app and club. Got $2 off. When paying for the order I was told the offer had already expired...even though I had received the offer only an hour before, and the app showed expiring in 2 weeks. The staff member then made a few key strokes and honored the offer. None of this is affecting my rating. So, for a place that's "true to the sandwich", when I order a cheese steak, I expect chopped steak. Instead what I got was roast beef. Wet roast beef. This was more like an Italian beef sandwich it was so wet. The sandwich had all the meat on one side, and all the wet veggies on the other. And my first bite, the wet bread split open the entire length, and literally every pepper and onion fell onto my tray. I'm not sure how wet roast beef qualifies as a Philly cheesesteak, but next time I'll stick with Philly Bilmos. I mean, the name says it all. This is NOT the Togo's you are expecting if, like me, you grew up eating Togo's in So. Cal. Gone is the sweet Honey Oat Wheat bread that made this the best sandwich in the business. What they now call wheat bread is dry as a bone white bread, tasteless, and crumbly. The classic avocado and cucumber used to be filled with actual mashed avocado, buttery and chunky and predominated the sandwich. Now it's a worthless "spread" like you would get at a Subway, overwhelmed with the flavor of citric acid or whatever they are preserving their (not fresh) avocado. I paid for extra avocado on my second attempt to get a real Togo's sandwich at the new Vancouver store. Even with the upcharge you can hardly find the avocado in this avocado sandwich. I will not be giving it a third try. If you are looking for what used to be Togos, you sadly wont find it here. read more
