Charcuterie board $25 and sns pornstar drink (sweet)
    Tatiana J.

Friends and I walked in lucky to get a seat at the bar bc reservations are encouraged. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's tight so u can't just order a drink and stand.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I enjoyed the charcuterie board, sticky rice w tuna, and drinks. I enjoyed watching bartenders make all of the other drinks also.

Came in with a group of coworkers on a weekday evening. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The venue is small but felt homey.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We had a reservation and had no issues being seated right away. We ordered a couple cocktails and I ordered a non-alcoholic Aperol Spritz. It still tasted great even without the alcohol. We decided to share a bunch of small plates - Gyoza, French Fries, Spicy Popcorn Shrimp, Salmon Avocado Roll, and Crispy Rice. Out of everything we ordered, my favorite was the Crispy Rice. It's made with tuna, jalapeño, and eel sauce and the crunch made it perfect. Great night with great people!

don't try walking into this place without a reservation - won't happen. the drinks are very unique and pretty looking but don't taste all that great lol. but the crispy rice was lowkey amazing??? menu is kinda all over the place so i didn't expect the food to be great but it exceeded my expectations. [[HIGHLIGHT]]inside ambiance was dimly lit and romantic.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]good date night spot[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

This newish hotspot for the area is deff a happening place. I had been meaning to come here for a while and finally did this past weekend. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It is dimly lighted in this cocktail bar.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Very nice bar area with some seats around it and alot of tables for a somewhat smallish place.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I definitely suggest making reservations even if you are just going for drinks like we did. The drink menu is definitely on the interesting side. The menu is cool looking too. I had the SNS Pornstar Martini without the passion fruit in it though. It had eggwhite, vodka, raspberry and basil I think. It was topped off with cute and pretty rainbow sprinkles. My friend had the 007 Vesper Martini, which had Gin and Vodka in it mixed with some other things. He said it was very interesting and he enjoyed it more than he thought he would. He is not a big gin person. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The staff here was nice but it does get pretty loud in here so for me it was tough to hear the waiters.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Also, the tables are pretty close to each other in this bar. Unless you get the corner booth area which seems to be in its own little area.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I would recommend stopping in if you are in the neighborhood.

Popped in here for a cocktail 6 girlfriends. We all loved our drinks and the little snacks as well. The cheese board was a great shareable and the guac was super fresh. Staff was extremely fun and friendly and attentive.

3.5 real rating I have a dear friend who lives in the area so we figured that next time I visited we go have a drink. She made reservations for 4:30 pm on a Sunday. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place is on the smaller side.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The inner decor takes it a step up from your regular pub/bar. The cute pics on the wall is a reminder you are on the UES and not any hole in the wall in the city.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When we arrived we self seated so not sure what the reservations thing was all about. There was one gentleman working behind the bar and he was the same one to come over and take our order. He was very knowledgeable about the drinks and able to explain the ingredients/notes for the drinks we inquired about. I of course went with the SNS Pornstar, like with a name like that how could I not and the fact that it had sprinkles on top makes it that much better. The drink it self tasted like a natural flavored raspberry lemon drops. My friend opted for the Cotton Candy which came with a big glob of cotton candy for garnish. We only had one drink each. While they did have a full bar I personally feel that there specialty/curated drinks are a one and done. If I had stayed for more cocktails it would had simply been drinks from the bar. Would I go back...not sure. I would not say no...I would not go out of my way to go but if I am in the area...I would stop by.

    Geneva Sunset & Ginger Highball
    Kelsey S.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]We walked in around 8p on a Saturday night and it was fairly empty to start. Must have set the trend though because suddenly it was packed about 15 minutes later.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We ordered different mezcal drinks; the ginger highball & the Geneva sunset. We both got the highball for our second drink. Tasty drinks, friendly service. Enjoyed but not running back for more. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The theme really only seems to apply to the menu & drinks. Decor could have had more James Bond to be on theme![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Continued to be a great neighborhood spot! Great artisan cocktails. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Nice ambiance and service is friendly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Good drinks and good service! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Love the ambiance and the location.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I would definitely return.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Another great spot for a date night or girls night.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The cocktails are delicious and super fun. And we were happy with all the bites. Can't wait to come back.

Amazing fresh sushi and Sashimi . You have to try the California Rolls here and it isn't imitation crab it's actual Snow Crab meat .

    Julianne W.

Fantastic service, snacks, and drinks! We tried two of the signature cocktails, both of which were aesthetically pleasing and very delicious. The shrimp was also incredible, highly recommend. 12/10 spot!

I came here on a weekday night. There weren't that many people in the bar. I got the Candy Cane drink. It was so good and you can't taste the alcohol which I am a fan of. I also love an egg white in drinks. It came with a piece of cotton candy.

I liked how they organized the menu by country/geography to facilitate an understanding of the flavor profiles. I got two of the date & fig-flavored smoked whisky drinks and it was a well made, balanced, and very good. I was warmly greeted by the gentleman at the door (5 service there), which set a great first impression. However, as soon as I walked downstairs, it felt like the space had lost its speakeasy vibe. I was seated right near the stairs and could feel cold air from outside every time the door opened, which made the experience uncomfortable. I was also surprised to see how much the cocktail menu had been reduced. When I asked about it, the response was that "the place changed a lot." That's fair -- places evolve -- but instead of highlighting the improvements or new strengths, the explanation focused negatively on what the bar used to be. As someone who really enjoyed the former version, that wasn't reassuring. Unfortunately, the drinks themselves didn't make up for it. One of the two cocktails was simply not good. No one came back to check on the drinks, and when I asked for the check after about 20 minutes, there was no acknowledgment that I had barely touched mine or any inquiry about my experience. Overall, a place I once enjoyed and recommended now feels more like a standard dive bar where " Mixologist " were replaced by bartender and were fun cool looking and tasty drinks were replaced by " less complex cocktail ", lacking the warmth and attention to detail that once made it special.

We were sat at the bar once and were very well taken care of by our bartender, Nikola. It was a Sunday night, so it wasn't terribly busy. It was dark when we entered the coffee shop but an ajar door gave way to the bar. The decor is a homage to the works of Nikola Tesla, which can be seen in the subtle electric theme throughout the space and the naming of the cocktails. The space isn't too large - the bar and stools take up most of the space but they also have some booths/tables. The place looks great. The cocktail menu is very creative - I got one of their seasonal mixes that was actually two drinks in one. The main cocktail was meant to be sipped first and they provided a small glass of beer to be sipped after. The name escapes me but it was very good. Since we had cocktails at dinner, we only stayed for one round. Service was good, and overall I enjoyed my time at Patent Pending. I would definitely return to explore more of their menu.

It somehow manages to feel both refined and relaxed at the same time. The kind of place where you half expect to spot Hemingway in the corner pretending not to eavesdrop. We started with half a dozen oysters, which were fresh, briny, and exactly what you want with serious cocktails. Crisp, clean, gone in about three minutes. For drinks, we ordered the Smoke Show and the King Tusk. The Smoke Show was beautifully balanced. The Grey Goose vodka and Dolin Dry gave it that classic martini backbone, but the fino sherry and brine added depth. The smoked olive oil and blue cheese olive brought just enough savory drama without overpowering the glass. It was complex but not fussy. The King Tusk leaned more aromatic and layered. The vermouths gave it richness, while the Buddha's Hand and osmanthus flower added subtle citrus and floral notes that lingered in a really elegant way. It felt like a cocktail designed to be savored slowly. The music fit the mood perfectly, not too loud, just enough to give the room energy without killing conversation. Overall, it's a great spot if you want elevated drinks in a space that feels transportive without being pretentious. Definitely a place I'd come back to when I'm in the mood for a refined, slightly cinematic night out in Flatiron.

We walked in without a reservation around 6:20 p.m., and they were able to accommodate us at a shared table until 7:15. The menu surprised me a bit. Since I associated the address with Eleven Madison Park, I wasn't expecting to see items like wings stuffed with sausage, which were done in partnership with Jungsik. We ordered those along with the mushroom burger and asked them to cut the burger in half for us. The cocktail menu was creative and a little intimidating, with unconventional ingredients like cream cheese and green curry. I went with a fruity Hendrick's-based drink, and my friend ordered the spicy green curry martini. Both were good. Mine didn't taste very strong, but it also wasn't overly sweet because there was enough bitterness to balance it out. The green curry martini was more adventurous but still worked. Service was mixed. There was a woman standing near us, so we tried ordering food with her, but she seemed hesitant to come over. Maybe she wasn't a server or was newer. For drinks, she brought over someone more seasoned, who quickly helped guide us based on our preferred taste profiles. Her suggestions were very good. The mushroom burger was the highlight for me. It was a little salty, but the crispy mushroom and soft bun were a great combination. I honestly wished I had more than half. The wings were okay. They were crispy on the outside and juicy inside, but coated in a Dorito-like powder that made them very messy. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'd come back, especially for the mushroom burger.
