Living in a townhome community I haven't much of a choice to whom they hire for landscaping…read more Perhaps this company is better servicing commercial properties in lieu of anything residential from single family to townhome development. The staff is oblivious to the fact that people live here and blowing grass into and at their homes on their personal property is not ok. I'd say borderline vandalism. Into newly installed & maintained clean windows/screens and beware if it's a nice day and your windows are open they'll blow grass at your house with lawn dust tiny clippings through screens. They also blow grass into central air conditioning units. My HVAC company who maintains my AC unit every season let me know grass clippings clog condenser coils and put a strain on the fan motor or damage compressor. My AC unit is newly installed, 2yrs it's a scary situation. They will not stop at flowerbeds with professionally installed fresh mulch in meticulously designed and well maintained flowerbeds. They have one or two employees who use a grass catcher, but it's a crap shoot if you're lucky enough to have one of those employees cutting around your house. Otherwise it's a frightening situation and experience to your investment at a point of liability.

They did a great job in plus 90 degree heat. This year (6/2021) I had Tom and crew out again. This time to install a new tree, shrub, mulch, remove 4 bushes that save din 2005 (should have had them removed then) and to seed over an area that needed repair. We added things as it started and he was more then accomidating. Ironically, when Tom came out to give us an estimate I thought he looked familiar. Later that week I was shredding old statements and bills from the house and I found the old landscaping bill from 2002 after we did a 2nd story addition. It was from Tom. Completely by chance we ended up with the same landscaper 18 years later. We were happy back then and happy now. Very professional, when I said I'm not yelling I am asking a serious question why do you park like this blocking the street they had no retort and got even more belligerent. Oh and I am not talking about the machinery in the street, that is ok. It is the parking of the truck and trailer especially when someone is parked right across the street like that no respect for the neighborhoods they work in.
